Ive purchased around $10K worth of product for two projects. First shipment was great, second time everything showed up loose in a large box like the products had been poured into it. Upon receiving some returns we reached out about their policy and were given instructions. After shipping back and giving it ample time we found out the return amount. Now nearly a year has passed and after multiple requests they still will not provide us the check for the credit amount. No one is ever in the office(though I believe they are just dodging calls at this point). Out of the original 3 contacts I had, none of them are with the company any longer. Im guessing working there must be as bad as buying from them...
