I purchased a home surveillance system & installation from Audio Video Concepts. I spent over 5k on the system. They were friendly and did a good job on the installation. But I have to say this stands out as the worst purchase Ive ever made.I cant say that Audio Video Concepts isnt generally responsive to my complaints, its just that the system is completely unreliable and Im tired of asking for help. Yes, they are always responsive to but it never yields results and I have spent a substantial sum of money for a worthless system. I have to rate this company poorly based on the fact that they sold me an expensive but worthless system. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Jamie and Chris designed a home theater set up with a new Samsung television and Sonus soundbar that incorporated my older speakers and components. Great job! Looks and sounds amazing! They were extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend them for any and all audio/ visual needs.

Fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and honest. The work is always efficient and done in a resonable fashion. I have been using them for years. They will always be my first call for any AV work.
