I have never been to a Joannes store that was as empty, unorganized and messy as this one. Tags marking sales on shelves with merchandise not on sale, very disappointed. Will be driving out to Michaels or Hobby Lobby for ALL my crafting supplies here on out 🤨

Ill preface this review by saying that I do love Joanns. However this place in the last few months feels like only 2 people work here. One to cut fabrics and one to run the registers and help customers. I suppose its pandemic related but coupled with the dull, poor lighting the vibe here is not welcoming. So much so that I thought Id take the time to review it. The pictures they have of a different more up to date joanns from somewhere else makes me envious of their store.

Nice selection of fabrics and notions. You can order ahead for curbside pickup. The store has never been too crowded for comfort when I have been in after work. social distancing is observed and employees wear face coverings, hand sanitizer is available.

I looked all over WalMart.... JoAnns has seam rippers AND knit pickers. Knit pickers are by iron-on patches. A latch hook will not do when you just have a pulled up thread 🙂

I just got my first cricut machine from Joann. It was a bundle and it was a great price. It came with everything that I needed to start my first few projects. Joann has a great selection and staff was friendly. I will definitely return and shop here again.

I was very disappointed with how I was treated here. More so by fellow customers than the staff but the lady that helped us with our fabric was rude and didnt seem to want to answer any questions. To the other customers, stop being so snotty and judgemental. It looks bad on you!

Jo-Ann fabrics is exceptionally nice. I think they have something of everything that anyone could want. Mind you I am not an expert but I spent hours in this store looking at everything they had to offer. I did find the perfect match for a material I needed to repair a jacket. And they were in fact knowledgeable about the material, (linen); I highly recommend this business which I believe is the best of their kind in this area.

A bit low on merchandise. The clerk was outstanding.

If you get their mail flyers & use their APP you can almost always get a good deal on what you need for sewing and crafting, but you have to watch the sales.

Staff VERY helpful . Made the return &finding of new item a breeze.

I dont like giving negative reviews, however, nobody available to assist, to smile and pretend to want to anyway. Only 1 clerk ever cutting fabric. This is how it is whenever I go in. Checkout clerk gets a star for friendliness but cant help in any other way. Store is clean.

You can find items for most crafting projects at JoAnns. And for most hobbies as well. So I always have a good time at JoAnns. The people tend to be friendly and helpful, too.

I simply love this place, they have every fabric, lace, ribbon, thread, sewing machine, needles, bobbins, anything you could ask for when it comes to sewing! I myself am a craft person and they have great crafts supplies and on top of that they show ideas in almost every Department. So, for instance they had these lights and they showed you several ways of using them in the craft ideas. Just love this store!

We have gone here for years. They have great sales on fabrics during the holidays especially. Be ready for a wait to the cutting area during sales though. The line to check out could be drastically improved. Today we waited for over 10 minutes because they only had 1 person working the front. This is typical every time we have gone in. I think it could be fixed by management. They have many crafts here too.

Really love this place! Nice variety, easy to get to. I am a yarn and notions maniac and love Joannes in general. This one understands that we crocheters need attention, its not just knit books. Like the collection of animal eyes for my stuffed animals, and nice selection of the softer yarns for my donated hats, scarves, etc. for low-income groups in the valley.

They have a lot to choose from. But no one to answer questions .

Amazing! Such nice people, SO MUCH STUFF! Whether youre a maker or a baker, theres something here for you. I strongly suggest you download the Joann app. Shopping here can be a little pricey, but between sales, clearance, and coupons, I saved as much as I spent tonight. I call that a win!

Very good selection for such a small store. I wish the associates that stock the merchandise knew the store better. I usually end up asking for help from the ladies at The Cutting counter because they are not only friendlier, they often know the store better.

I love JoAnns. This one has tons and tons of fleece, and lots of cool fabrics and crafty stuff to choose from. Wish these big box stores would put more employees on during busy times to assist customers, as it feels you can walk around a store for hours without seeing a staff member who can assist you in finding something or answer questions. This store does have several cashiers on hand so at least you dont stand in line forever, though.

I used to go here all the time it seems their prices have gone up quite a bit although I found some killer deals and ended up walking out with a bunch of other stuff that I didnt need and not finding the right price, on what I did need.

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is a pretty nifty place to get your knitting, Crocheting, and other art supplies.I only wish they had classes on circle/round looms. I love to loom knit, I lost interest awhile back forgot how to cast/bind off.

Good inventory and a clean store. Medford store is much larger, but having this store in GP is a blessing for those of us who craft and sew. Getting assistance from the employees can be a challenge.... they often dont know where to find things, either! More (employee) familiarity with products and the store itself would make my rating a 5- star instead of a 4.

Standard Joann items. They didnt have the particular specialty fabric my mom sought on this particular trip, but thats okay. Joann is good about sending out coupons. My mim and I are both quilters. We can usually find something we like.

I 💗 JoAnn Fabrics because it has such a wide variety of crafting things I cant find anywhere else. I just bought a large hot glue gun with a precision tip on it. Ive never seen one before. Also, another item that I have never seen, that I bought, is a double stick tape dispenser. Now I wont get fingerprints on the tape when I do my paper crafting or anything else that I want to use the double stick tape instead of glue. Side note: The fabric selection cant be beat.

Always something there that you need for home decorating and/or crafting.

The shelves look bare and it smelled musty. I was happy with my online purchase that I had to pick up but it took more than 15 minutes to get my order because there was just one check out lady up front.

This store is the worst. It feels like a dungeon, dark, old unkempt. Very limited painting, cake decorating, knit and crochet supplies. I have( 2) 60% and (2) 50% off coupons and walked out with nothing. Giving up on this store. Will go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels. Sad, Ive been loyal to Joanns in 3 states but Medford changed that.
