Kimberly did absolutely amazing and gave me exactly what I was wanting!! She has a great attitude as well and we had a good time!(: I will definitely be going back to see her!!

Kimberly did a great job, however due to wanting my nails done every two weeks I couldn’t reschedule (I gave it a go a few times) because they were booked out too far. It’s very hard to find a good nail tech so I would still recommend them if you can wait 3 weeks between fills.

Absolutely Wonderful nail techs, unfortunately the front desk always seems to be unorganized, not very friendly, and not attentive to guests. They have lost clients just do to customer service issues.Hopefully it will be addressed. If you can look past that then its wonderful. The nail techs are extremely helpful, polite, kind and attentive.

I love this place! The girls are so nice and helpful! It never takes more than 30 minutes to get an appointment. Absolutely an awesome place!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is great. The prices might seem high to some people however they have soany options for you to chose from to make your appointment special just for u.

I called and was able to get in the same day for a gel manicure and it was wonderful! Daisy went above and beyond to make sure the polish was on point and finished it with a nice hand massage and exfoliating scrub and hot towel! I was not expecting that, defiantly made it feel like a treat! Highly would recommend and I hope when I’m in the neighborhood I can schedule with her!

I dont give bad reviews very often. They get an A for effort and friendliness. The environment was nice as well. But Ive never had a spa pedicure where my nail beds didnt have the cuticles removed, my feet didnt get massaged, and my polish didnt reach the entire bed of my nail. Sure, lotion was applied to my lower legs, had a masked applied to the tops of my feet, but honestly dont know why my toes look like a home job right now.

Wonderful, fun, clean and knowledgeable place to get your nails done.... I always walked out the something fun, beautiful and sometimes cutting edge... never a complaint... they are able to do something totally over the top or completely subtle.

Absolutely love the few gals Ive gotten my nails done by! All are super talented and have great suggestions! Would recommend to others highly!

The quality of nail work is amazing. The one time I had a new gal that did a horrible job, the manager got me right back in and they fixed it without extra charge. I do recommend choosing a more experienced nail tech. The front desk ladies are always pleasant and helpful.

As someone who has been coming here for years. I would expect the employees to treat their customers their very loyal customers who spend thousands of dollars a year buying young nails product. The costumer service is awful, girls at front desk are all nice until the customer is unsatisfied or if a customer has a problem. Then they make you feel horrible for even asking to fix the problem. Young nails owners would be embarrassed and probably take their product out of your store if they knew how you treat loyal customers. So unfortunate this is the only place that has young nails product or else Im sure so many nail techs would go elsewhere!!!

Disappointing they did not open on time on Saturday. Had a very busy day planned. Wanted to get tanning done early. Besides that I really like the place..

Customer service could definitely be improved not good at communicating about their service. Turned me down said there was no one available and didn’t even try to work with me, technically telling me to leave. Don’t recommend

I have been going to Sun Palace for about 2 years now. AND I LOVE THEM! I have been to a few other nail salons in this Valley and Ive always walk away slightly disappointed. Sun Palace has always left me so happy and cannot wait to show people my awesome unique nails. They have the best variety of colors Ive ever experienced and their whole staff in general is so friendly and fun. I recommend Amanda down there, she does my nails absolutely perfect every time and really takes her time to make sure the shape and design is exactly what I want. Yes Sun Palace is a little spendy but like the saying goes you get what you pay for, and spending the extra $5 to have my nails done this perfect is definitely worth the money. Thank you Amanda for being my go to girl! Please dont go anywhere!

I just went in yesterday and had Jessica do my nails. I absolutely love them. They are by far my favorite set of nails I have gotten.

They have a good selection for my nail needs. A little on the pricey side.

The tanning beds are amazing, and the tanning packages are reasonable. Its also a hair and nai salon.with valid beauty liscence you can purchase inventory for your craft. Staff is great and educated on services.

Bought my 18 year old daughter a gift certificate to get her nails done. Nail tech was very rude to her and refused to do her nails because her nails were apparently too short. Rudely talked to other techs around her about how short my daighter’s Nails were and how difficult it is to do nails and then took her up to the receptionist & told them to reschedule her but she said “ don’t schedule her with me.” Rude! Could have said the same thing and been much nicer about it.

After beginning cosmotology school, I realize that these technicians are professionals and they carry a great selection of tools and options for performing nail art.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment, always a great experience here!

(Tanning) Everytime I go in the ladies are so friendly. I purchased a 2 week tanning package, 2 days out of those 2 weeks they had 2 meetings so they closed early... I was bummed about this so I mentioned this to one of the ladies there and she gave me 2 days back on my tan package! (:

Lady is over priced who owns it and isnt very humble for being a godly lady i have spoke with co workers who used to work for her and have i heared some stories. I dont even see why this gal is still in business unless she changed her approach on things. I gave this shop more than 3 chances a year ago to make it right... first time the owner wanted to banned me for complaining about one of there nail techs horrible gel polish jobs she did on me. Like it was so bubbled out and thick it was really bad. I asked the nail tech to fix them and she felt they looked fine 35.00 for what looked to be new B with no experience kinda work. As soon as I left the salon I wrote a facebook letter to the owner and explained with a photo about the nail job and the tech. I asked if I could get it fixed that next day or later that week. oh what a mess that was. The owner got me in but tryed to charge me for a whole new set. When I say mess this was very in professional conflict. Then there was a tanning issue.. I was made out to be a bad guy and badly embarrassed.They have great beds and the for the most part great nail techs that can do great work but as far as the pricing and customer service goes Id say dont go. There are a few places in the valley that are just as good. Please think about it before choosing this shop.
