I am not happy with how i was treated when coming in to my local Walgreens. I didn’t catch the guys name but he had black longer hair and he was very rude when i asked him a question. He then proceeded to laugh at what i was asking so i just left. I can’t believe Walgreens hires such rude people.

The store itself is fine, but there is one guy who works in the pharmacy who is incredibly immature and annoying. He was hopping around and constantly joking. He would talk about customers after they left, and he even brought up politics to me as if I cared to hear it. I was honestly shocked at how immature he is, and the fact that they allow it.

Very helpful/kind pharmacy employees. Walgreens as a whole is entirely really cool but too expensive. The store has some unique merchandise though (particularly the As Seen on TV section.) Lots of cologne and perfume.

Pharmacist Alex and Ashley are very warm, informative, kind folks. Both of which will go out of their way to help you achieve your goals. There was problems with Walgreens mobile pay option and they both spent over an hour squeezing in each spare moment trying various methods until they did somehow help me achieve my goal. They both take pride in their work. Refreshing!! :D

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now. This Walgreens pharmacy is AWESOME! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Today is particular, Brandon took time out of his lunch break to help me out - service is above and beyond! Plus they have a convenient drive through. 5 stars all the way!

These folks are intelligent, humorous, and efficient staff, after having to quit a few unsatisfactory ones. All my meds needs are met including necessary shots via this branch. What a relief !Furthermore, Alex in Pharmacy is fantastic with flu shots. I recommend this pharmacy for all seniors nervous about getting heavy dose flu shots r this winter, he does it painless and with no after affects. I don’t leave many reviews but man did I have a rough go at this store. Called ahead to ask about a passport photo for my 2-month-old daughter, the clerk said I could bring my daughter in or that I could bring in a digital picture that they could print. I brought in a digital picture and they said they wouldn’t print it without the child present. I offered to bring in my child and they said they don’t take pictures of babies and that they can’t charge me for the passport photo service ($15) if they weren’t performing the whole service (taking the photo + printing). I offered to pay the $15 and for them to just print the photo like a non-passport photo and they said no. The weirdest part: they printed the passport photo for my oldest daughter when she was 2 months old. Different management maybe? Either way, calling ahead only served to waste even more of my time. What a bummer of a business.

Jackie the pharmacist is TOP NOTCH!!! Her and few of the other staff members in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help with my prescriptions. I will never be able to thank her enough for the normal conversation and help with things that i needed!! She stayed after her normal working hours just to make sure I got what I needed. Jackie you are a kind, compassionate, and very professional!!! This pharmacy is wonderful.

I just have to say that Ray at the Photo department was amazing! he is the definition of excellent customer service and great sense of humor. I will most definitely come back to this Walgreens. I have never gotten bad service and all the staff is very helpful and they greet you as soon as you walk in.

Fast and easy curbside

Most staff are very nice but there have been management changes for the better recently. Pharmacy staff is very courteous. New head pharmacist is very nice and replaced someone who needed to move on. UPDATE: Sadly, that new pharmacist left for the Midwest. The interim pharmacist would be a great replacement. Shes funny and personable but I dont know the details. I just hope for some stability.

What a great drug store. Halley and Ashley in the pharmacy are amazing, friendly, helpful and always eager to be of service. We are leaving the area and will miss this Walgreens. We have been all over the country and at many Walgreens, this was the best so far.Thank you Halley and Ashley for all you did to help us and most of all for being so nice!

Dropped in a half hour after I was told my prescription would be ready, and was told I had to come back 45 minutes later. I feel bad for the pharmacist working all by himself, but management needs to get proper coverage. I now have to wait 22 more hours in quite a bit of pain because I cant get my meds.

The store staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly, unlike the central point and Barnett stores. This is the ONLY Walgreens I will shop at.

We shop at the West Main location frequently for prescriptions and household items, and are usually extremely satisfied with the customer service. Most of the staff (especially in the pharmacy) are kind, courteous, and personable! Especially when compared to the Barnett location. Thats why it was so surprising to have the experience we did this evening.My husband drove there right before closing when we realized we needed to grab diapers for the next day. It was about 9:45pm, and as he entered, the cashier? turned from her obviously personal conversion with another employee, and YELLED at him from across the entrance youve got 10 minutes! No hello, no welcome, nothing. There was no one else in the store that he could tell, and they were clearly still open.He was so unnerved at being yelled at like that, he walked to the diapers, turned around, walked out and drove across the street to Alberstons to get what we needed.We have never had issues with any other staff, so Im very much hoping this was a new person or someone not accustomed to customer service positions. We are not easily offended people, but the wording, volume, and tone was just crazy! Especially because it should have been an unremarkable 5 minute shopping trip for him. Definitely hope they get this girl up to the normal standards of the rest of the awesome staff!Im posting this in the hopes that these are read by the management at this store. Tonights experience was out of the ordinary for sure,thats why I still give 4 stars.

Took an hr to fill a script and closed the bathrooms. Hold you captive but not let you go? Really. Walgreens is in a downward spiral as far as customer service is concerned. Step it up!

I will not be using this pharmacy again! I was treated badly several times when I was asking about side effects of my epilepsy meds! Im looking into a filing a complaint with the ADA!

I went with a friend and found the store confusing. I had to interrupt 2 employees gossiping to get help. While the employee, gladly helped me, was totally ignored Me! I dont want to be pressured to buy a item, I expect not to have to find a employee, to interrupt to help Me! I, found, their prices high, 1 cashier, I was the 4th inline, should have called for additional help, will not return to this location on West Main! I gave Walgreens 1 more chance, I dont know if they hate there jobs or think there special. Today, July 6, a older lady cashier could not have been, more snotty or ruder! To get a sale price, I had to get a rewards card, I didnt want. To get, the card, they needed my name, phone number, address. I thought, are they going to ask me for my social security #, place of employer ect!! I, totally believe my phone number is none of there business, in fact, I should be allowed the sale price, without my life story. Yes, they got, the information or pay full price, but on top to be, treated, rudely, over charged, is a big, NO!! I can say, stay away from Walgreens on West Main street!! They have nothing, worth being treated, for the 2nd time, this way!!!!!

Always clean and stocked well, great deals on clearance items, and they always welcome you when you walk in!

Worst service in the photo department I ever have endured.To be fair There was a Mexican guy and he was knowledgeable and helpful but everyone else Ive dealt with their didnt know their job. The cashier was rude and in personal, I will not be going back .
