I just got new shoes for school I been getting school from them for like 2 year and there and there good its a good store so go get ur today

This store is amazing! I cant believe Tyler is a one man show, keeping this location in business. What other employees are willing to make a phone call on a customers behalf to get them what they want then take the time to keep the paperwork organized so THIS location, can continue to thrive. A huge shout out to the owners for hiring such an All-Star employee. And Im sure the reciprocation you show to Tyler for his hard work is paying off for him.

Not axhuge selection for me, I wear a wide wide shoe but I can always find a she that fits my fat short feet. Nice staff too. Always very helpful

For a small store they have a comprehensive selection of casual and athletic shoes. So far Ive found exactly what I wanted and the people working there are super nice and helpful.

Great place to grab a quick set of shoes. Was here last year and needed some shoes to replace the pair I wear when flying. The atmosphere was nice and the people who worked here were great. Really close to everything else in the area.

The shop manager was nice and friendly and was able to recommend a good pair of shoes.

Would be nice if there was a larger selection of boots, and/or a bigger selection of footwear that might have a bit more flair to their function.

Just saw an employee embarrass a man because he was not wearing his mask correctly. Also stated they would not sell unless mask is worn correctly. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning. I might add that they did not even consider this might have been a medical reason.

I liked it here the shoes were pretty inexpensive compared to other places, but I do have to say that the customer service was not that great. The staff was just bored out of there mind as if they didnt want to help the customer. Although there was one person who was pretty nice he got me my shoe size and he was happier to help out the customers. They just need to be staffed by people who actually want to work there if not people are just going to not want to go the store anymore. My family relative said that they would never go there again because of the customer service. But that is just my opinion and overall they store is a good place to get cheap, but still nicely made shoes.

I found a discontinued Hi-tech sandal in your on-line store. I was so happy to find a pair of these sandals and even happier with your customer service and fast delivery. I highly recommend this store. Wish there was one in Wisconsin.

Price can be a bother but a decent selection. Just be for wormed that mens average size shoes are often sold out.

Lots of stock on hand. The sales people were more than helpful. I went to the Grants Pass store as always. There was no stock on hand that I needed (wrong sizes and styles). The Medford Store had a wonderful selection. All of the sales staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to get some name brand shoes at a discounted price. They also have work boots of all different kinds. And the owners are super cool.

I went to all kinds of shoes stores and couldnt find dc s so i googled shoes stores in my area and found this place they were super friendly and the guy even laced my shoes a cool way. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I have had nothing but helpful people at Shoes Right Here. I really dislike going to the mall. Bought boots for all my grand kids. Took my mom there for boots, couldnt find any to fit but she and I are both hard to fit. Going again to shop for my daughter. Great downtown business.Forget the big box stores.

I love this place. They have great customer service. I am a shoe-a-holic, and they have taken down my number and called me when they got shoes in I wanted or that they thought I might like. I found the same shoes I bought at Shoes Right Here for $60 at the RV Mall for $99. They have a huge selection of Converse All-Stars and Vans. I highly suggest looking there before you go anywhere else in town. The Grants Pass Store is cool too. Kinda hard to find and a little smaller then the Medford store, but they still have a decent selection and great prices. :)

Not sure what the other folks making comments were expecting, or smoking....I have had very good service at SHOES RIGHT HERE on multiple occasions and though the selection is not like in the mall, what is there is waaaay less expensive and still good shoes - a store for someone who doesnt need to lose a huge chunk of paycheck just to have nice footwear!

Downtown merchants are dropping like flies in Medford. If the customer service at Shoes Right Here is any indication of the norm- I am sticking to the mall. ABSOLUTELY, hands down, the WORST customer service experience I ever had!!! Not even poor to fair! Just POOR!

Good quality shoes at a great price. If you are expecting Al Bundy to get on his knees to put the shoe on your foot, then the mall is the place for you. Have been buying shoes there for years and I have to open my eyes and find the right size myself, its really a no-brainer. lol
