Their stuff is pretty expensive, but the variety and the store staff still bumped them to 5 stars. My family of 3 went and all got a new pair of boots. At checkout, applying for their store credit card got us $100 off our purchase and enough double points earned to get a whole second set of boots for our little one for free next time we went! Fast track one month later we go to pickup the FREE pair of $60 kids boots and on our way I noticed that the nails on the bottom of my husbands set of boots are almost pushed all the way out and falling apart already. We let the store employee know and asked if there was anything they could do since the boots were still new and falling apart. They said go pick out another pair and theyd trade it right over. I couldnt have been happier about a business standing by their products. We left with 2 new sets of boots that day and hadnt paid any extra out of pocket. So far the new pair my husband got seems to be much stronger and is holding up better. They keep all of their inventory on the floor, so if you buy you grab the ones off the shelf you want and those are the ones you leave with. I was a little grossed out about it at first but when I realized this lets them order in more bulk and waste less packaging I was all for it. Our little got a kick out of their boot shaped mint boxes and every worker was amazing. Especially impressive during this time.

Love this place! Super cute clothing and accessories. I was a little disappointed at the amount of jeans, but there is a good variety of sizes. And the people working there were very helpful and positive.

Boot Barn has an absolutely stunning selection of Western boots! 98% of which are out of my personal price range...as are the rest of their beautiful womens clothing and mens menswear. That being said, Boot Barn always has great clearance and other sales. I love the store and make a point of shopping their discounted items.

Customer service was superb. NOT pushy. Very helpful. Manager was so helpful to us, we are getting married and she made sure we got the 10% discount that they offer for marrying couples. Boot barn will not honor a commercial account discount on orders made in store on their tablet if they do not have the iteam in store you need. Im just going to amazon where I can try it free and cheaper sticker prices.

Why would anyone want to shop somewhere else? Boots galore, all kinds! The womens clothes are so cute AND they have LAYAWAY! Yes, I said it and am not sorry. This is the only place to shop.

Bought some boots and socks. We came from Grants pass so we called ahead. The clerks set our boots at the counter until we got there. We were very happy with our purchase and the customer service.

I purchased a belt took it home and took the tags off to try it when I discovered damage on the belt. Then I tried it on and it was not the size the tag said. I went in to return it but they wouldn’t take it because of the pre existing damage. The lady that helped me was very rude and accused me of causing the damage to the belt. Definitely not going back.

They were very helpful, my nephew got a gift card for a cinch brand shirt for winning with his rabbit at the Siskiyou Golden Fair. They had to make calls sit on hold for quite awhile to figure it out for him. They get two thumbs up thank you ladies.

Staff was terrible, the 2 ladies there accused me of being in the store multiple times that day, although this was the first time Ive ever set foot in this place. My goal was to buy a belt as the one I had on had broken and Bootbarn was the nearest location. After deciding I didnt want to spend $52 on a belt at that moment I left, only for the 2 ladies to sent their goon after me to tell me that that I am not welcome in the store anymore and to dont ever come back. I felt this was all a misunderstanding so went in to clarify the situation and was meant with even more rudeness and unkindness. They would not help me with any info or understanding of any kind and demanded I leave before they call the cops. I was discriminated against because I did not look like the person they thought should be shopping there. I run a business downtown and will be making sure to steer people clear of this place and the vile people who work there. (To clearify not all employees there are vile), but the 2 ladies who claimed to be the store managers are indeed vile humans.. This is the first time Ive ever had such a bad experience that its the 1st time Ive ever felt compelled to leave a review
