This place is a horrible scam. I made an online appointment for noon and selected the tires that THEIR WEBSITE recommended for my car, which were $86 each. I showed up at noon and was told that those particular tires were not suitable for my car (why did the website recommend them?) and that the ones they wanted to sell me were $119 each. They also told me that they did not have them on hand and it would take an hour to get them. I was told that I had to leave and they would call me when the other tires arrived. So, now my appointment was pushed back and the price of my tires went up by $33/tire. So, I go out an run some errands. TWO HOURS later, they still have not called me, so I call them. Their guy HANGS UP ON ME before I could ask my question! So, I go to the shop and ask if my tires had come in. The guy told me that they were in but they forgot to call me. So, I had just wasted 2 hours of my time, despite having an appointment. Now, I am told it will take 45 minutes to put on 2 tires. Fine. I sit down and wait....for almost 2 more hours!! To put on two tires! That is it! I had a 12:00 appointment and it took til almost 4:00 to get my car back and I had to pay a lot more than I was quoted. No apologies, no excuses. They just took advantage of my time and my money. I will never go back and recommend that you do not either.

The car would not start, we called in a guy from our insurance to get it started up. Art told us what the problem was, and he did not charge us for what the guy from our insurance told us it was; an alternator. Art told us, AS THE PLACE WAS JUST CLOSED (we got there as it was closing) that he would look into it to make sure whether or not it is the alternator. Art told us it would be ready by 1 next day, it was ready at my 11. He even made sure the car was in the garage overnight (my mom asked for them to do so if possible, didn’t want anything bad happening to the car).*TLDR;*Thank you so much for the help, Art Torres. You met our needs perfectly. We appreciate your honesty and integrity. You went the extra mile, man. We appreciate it.

Had my tires delivered here from TireRack.com. But, the manager said they werent. While I was on the phone with TireRack trying to figure it out, after 30 minutes, the manager found my tires. I am happy with TireRack, but not happy with this Firestone installer. And no apology or even a thank you from Firestones staff. Customer service training is needed in my opinion.

We sat there for nearly 4 hrs just to.be told the tires we wanted were sold out🤬we have 3 kifs and one is a 1 yr ild!no easy task!!no apologies no alternative solution..very rude,very bad business. Lost a sale of 4 brand new tires..we all left bummed out and irritated..waste of our time.

I paid $1250 and my car still has the same problem it did before they did anything to it. I complained about it and that Id dont trust their technicians to look at a 3rd time and asked for my money back. I was told to bring it back in for them to repair. I will do this but will not give them any more money.Update: went in and they did not find any further leaks however my car is losing water. I will take to dealer this week. Dont waste you money here.

I take excellent care of my vehicle, I needed front brakes, so I checked around for a good price for that...The dealership was too high on the brakes, so I called around and found that firestone was reasonable, so I made an appointment...They put new brakes in, and while I was driving my wheel starting making a very loud clanking sound, so I took it back to firestone, they looked@ it, and said it was the wrong clips that were on the brake pads, and told me they will order the right ones to replace them, I really hope this solves the problem, I havent had any issues with my vehicle it gets inspected everytime I go in for my oil changes @ Lithia Honda...They were nice enough, but seriously I hope they do this the right way this time ....

Came into town with a 5th wheel that blew a tire on the road, without having a jack and only a lug wrench, they were able to free up some man power and tools to help me get back on the road within minutes, Art (the technician) was thorough and friendly even in the 108° temp that day, would recommend them for tire and suspension needs, great job and many thanks

I had a very challenging serpentine belt replacement that took 3 times longer than quoted and would qualify as non-typical so it presented a few difficulties. Art could have charged me double the original quote and I would have gladly paid it, but he stuck to the original quote! Very pleased with his and Nicks efforts!

They said it would take 1:30hr for new tires and an alignment but its been about 2:30hrs. But they did notice I had a bad wheel bearing but wanted to charge me $480 for two when they cost about $100 each for the whole hub assembly.

Im pretty well over Les Schwab. I dont know what happened to them, but their customer service has gone down the tubes, and now they just try to upsell you on everything. This is what prompted my switch to firestone. I get better tires and better service for about the same money. They are quick, they notify of issues or potential issues rather than trying to upsell you. They invite you to look at the problem while your car is on the rack, rather than expecting you to take their word for it. These people are car professionals.

I scheduled my car to get a new set of tires on Sunday, October 4, 2020. I drove down to discover that they didnt have the set of tires that I wanted (which, is on me - I should have called ahead of time the week before to see if they had them).The fellow at the front desk said that hed order the set of four Primewell tires I wanted, that it should take about a week and then hed call me back to let me know they arrived.Well, nine days later (Tuesday, October 13, 2020) I hadnt received a single call. When I finally got a day off work, I called back to see if they had arrived, spoke with the same fellow from the week prior, he confirmed who I was and said hed look into the matter and call me back.He never called me back.Perhaps they provide great service and do great work on cars, but I wont know because they didnt bother to follow up with a customer waiting to spend money with them.I took my business over to Eds Point S Tire & Auto (at 2390 N Pacific Hwy in Medford). They ordered the tires I wanted within thirty minutes, actually called me back and performed the service within two days. I was there this morning for maybe an hour.Based off my experience, I do not recommend going to this Firestone. They dont seem too keen on retaining business.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Had an appointment for 11am for a wheel alignment and to address a check engine light. It’s currently 4:30pm and we just left the shop. Nothing was done on the car. We watched multiple cars come in and out. They waited until the end of the day to tell us they couldn’t do anything on the car. Complete waste of time...Edit: After inspecting the car we noticed the entire wheel well was incorrectly installed. It’s missing 3 screws and all the clips.

Complete auto care is a very inaccurate description for this business....brought my car in here because they were the only shop that could get me in same day. What I thought was going to be a quick and easy brakes fix turned into a nightmare. The employees seem to be incompetent from what Ive experienced. They charged me and fixed unnecessary issues and I had to return multiple times always experiencing the same issues after. I gave up on this shop and took my business to the Nissan service center. They replaced and fixed the same issues that Firestone supposedly fixed already. Now my car runs very well without issue. Take your business elsewhere! Considering small claims court

Awesome service, I got here as the store was opening hopeing they could help me out right away because I was on a road trip with the family and was pleasantly surprise they was able to help me out they found the problem and I was able to leave 20 min later. Now I’m happy to say we are now on the road in great spirits because of this Firestone! Thank you very much guys you gots are absolutely at the top of your class!

Made an appointment was told when I arrived it would be an hour but instead took 2 hours for an inspection and I was over charged. Realised after I left I still got over charged because they didn’t give me the correct amount for refund.I’ve been once before and their quote was almost twice as much as what I ended up paying at Les Schwab.

I went to Firestone because my check engine light has been going on and off. The guy had a way to test it AT NO COST! My husband had to pay $50 at another place! Turned out it was something minor that didnt need service. Firestone has been helpful in the past also.

I had an appointment and showed up an hr early. Which they were very nice about. My tier light went off and so I asked if they thought I needed new tires. He filled them all, no charge, and said they looked good. This could have an opportunity for a less honest person to say that I needed all new everything. But he said they were in good shape and sent me on my way. They were all very nice and clearly honest people. I will for sure go to them when I do actually need tiers!! Thank you.

They lied to me. I just needed a tire patched. I told them up front that could not afford a new tire right now. They said my tires were so bald there was no way to fix it. I would need a new tire. So, I took it to Costco for a second opinion. They said my tires were in good shape and it shouldnt be a problem to fix it. And since I had bought tires there, the patch and balance was free of charge! Skip Firestone and head to Costco!

I am blown away by the incredible customer service I received today. Heather M. was there for me at every step; courteous and professional! The crew got my car back on the road in record time after my alternator ... and battery failed and they pointed out other necessary repairs accurately. I was the first person there, waiting for them to open. They told me where I could get breakfast. I went and they took 2 others ahead if me because there was some confusion about who was first. Seriously? Those others are gone, one of them over 2 hours ago. Im still sitting here. I will NEVER give Firestone my business again. The only reason I stayed is because its Sunday and have a temporary spare that luckily got me here. Im stuck and they know it. Maybe thats why they feel like they can treat me like this.

Very reasonable prices, good service and MUCH cheaper than Les Schwab. Unfortunately, the other two 1-star reviews are from people who dont understand cars or tires.First, a tire cant be repaired if its too thin. The tire shop was doing its job. So you give 1-star cause you didnt link the answer?Second, tire rubber wears out after approximately 8-10 years. Most tired get replaced well before they hit 8 years. So even a tire with no wear will fall apart after 10 years. I know this first hand. So the tire shop was trying to tell you that the rubber compound was deteriorated and weak. Again... doing their job.

My husband bought me tires here and I have been back several times and then more problems... one employee put a tire on my car that was not even my tire. While in the waiting room I hear another unhappy customer wanting his money back due to negligence of employees... I would highly recommend go anywhere else but here.... my car is not driving safely now in the waiting area again... waiting on the outcome probably going to have to pay for there incompetence

Took my car to Firestone to have the AC worked on. They called me back with a quote of $1450. I declined and took it to Johns Auto Care. He did all of the same work for $685 and had it done fast with friendly service. I will never take my car to Firestone again.

These folks were quite helpful ... an electronic part buried in the dash for the air conditioning & heating went out a weekend away from our 11th Anni trip to the coast ... an Oh Phine moment ..Firestone got me scheduled next day on a friday morning ... 5 hours later our windows could clear of fog for a safe drive to Brookings on time !It was done right, +/- 30 minutes from the guesstimate... used their Firestone Credit Card and we were good to go !I have used Firestone for maintenance on our older Buick... serpentine belt, tires & repairs, oil changes ect... its good to have a trustworthy repair service in the neighbor!I also recommend using their online apt scheduling ... very convenient ... the show room is clean & uncluttered & free wiFi, TV whilst you wait ...Give these folks a try ... they have treated amour service as they committed... honest, reliable and on time.Good job folks !

I went in to the Firestone Auto Center this morning (9/27) and was greeted by a tall guy in a blue shirt, I could tell that he didnt want to be bothered with a tire repair, he looked it over and told me that he couldnt repair it because is was 10 years old, I asked him to explain; he said that it was against the law to repair a tire older then 10 years old, I asked him to show me the law, he then told me that it wasnt a law but a rule tire shops enforce, I again asked him to show me, he then told me that it was an unwritten rule. OH REALLY! Why didnt the lazy jerk just tell me that he didnt want to be bothered? Lucky for me Sears was right down the street. Firestone... Youve seen the last of me. BTW the valve core was loose.

I recently tried to adopt Firestone as my primary auto care facility. However, this has turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. I would like to share the following account of my experiences with several Firestone locations across the country. This experience begins in Bowling Green, Kentucky.At the Firestone in Bowling Green, I decided to purchase new tires and have a tune up near the end of December 2018. The check engine light came on almost immediately after I left the store. I took it back to the same Firestone where I had the knock sensor replaced, as advised. They also recommended a fuel system cleaning and an alignment for life package, both of which I purchased. Everything seemed fixed at this point, and I proceeded to drive to California.When I was in San Fernando, California, the check engine light returned. I took the car to the local O’Reilly’s auto parts and had the codes read where it indicated and Evap system small leak (P1440 & P1441). They recommended that I attach the car to a pressure system and check for leaks. At this point, I took the car to the San Fernando Firestone store.At Firestone, they recommended that I replace the entire Evap system, instead of finding and repairing the leak, in a seeming effort to run up my bill. When I finally got ready to leave, two days later, the hubcap was missing and half the plastic screws off another one were sheared off. I was supposed to pick up my friend from the hospital in Crescent City, CA and I was now on a time crunch. As I got out of the city, my check engine light returned. I stopped to have the codes read, and it showed up as a large leak from the Evap system (P1444).After I picked my friend up, I took my car into the Medford Firestone to have the work checked. He hooked the car up to the pressure system for almost an hour and found no leak. This seems to indicate to me that in San Fernando they never did any kind of diagnostic, they just started replacing parts. The Medford store next cleared the codes and sent me on my way. The check engine light reappeared immediately with the same code of P1444.I took my car back to the Medford store, to give them one more chance to help me with this problem. They told me that the mechanic was out of town and wouldn’t be back for a couple of weeks. I called the corporate office and spoke to a few different people there. They first connected me with Joe from the San Fernando store on a Friday (7/5) and he told me he would call me back later that day. The next week, on Tuesday (7/10), I called corporate again and told them that I had spoken with Joe but he never returned my call. They advised me that they would have an area manager call me and Joe called my back pretty quickly after that.Firestone finally called me after having my car for three week and told me that my car wouldn’t start and that I needed a new fuel pump. At this time I told them I would just pick up the car, and the employee advised me that I would need to tow the vehicle to move it. When I arrived at the Medford Firestone to collect my car, they had the battery out of the car, in another seeming scheme to run down my battery and charge me some more money. Also don’t forget that my car had been here in the parking lot for three weeks when I never had a missed call or a single message from Firestone. I hooked jumper cables up to the car and it started on the first try.I picked the car up on Monday, and didn’t talk to Joe until the next day. He wanted me to take the car back to Firestone in Medford, which is not exactly close to where I live, right after I had gotten it back from them after three weeks. Instead, I took it for a second opinion. The mechanic showed me a wrench shaped hole in the air intake housing, right below the PCV sensor, which he explained could cause the car to fire up the check engine light.

Came in 20 minutes to close and the lady at the front desk was arguing with a customer then proceeded to tell us that she was not going to help us with just a simple tire patch so we can get back on the road to Reno traveling from Portland. She was rude and unprofessional! Came to les Schwab 5 minutes to close front desk greeted me with smile and fixed tire and was back on road in minutes.

I went to the store to discuss the purchase of 4 tires. My husband and I spent $900 there earlier this month. I waited patiently for 10 minutes while one person helped someone and the other one was on the phone. While I was waiting someone called and was put on hold. Once the worker got off the phone he took the phone call never acknowledging me and that I had been standing there for ten minutes.If your customer service model is that a phone call is more important than a live body in your store, you are mixed up. I will look for tires elsewhere.

Do not come here. After spending a grand, I go back a third time in three consecutive days because the problem is still not fixed. They send my car to a dealership, and tell me the manager here will call me in the morning. I call the dealership about 15 minutes later so I know where my car is specifically since it’s still full of my personal items— they tell me it will be $4k to fix it because it appears someone has jumped my battery backwards and for lack of better words, fried the computer system. The previous grand I spent was for a new battery and alternator the previous two consecutive days. The dealership says it’s odd that they wouldn’t call me and tell me what was going on immediately since firestone was still open during normal hours and he’d already called them with the information. I go in to speak with firestone after speaking with the dealership, let them know what the dealership told me, and they act as if they hadn’t heard anything and continue to tell me “nick will call you in the morning— but you will have to wait til he comes in to talk about this”. So either the dealership is lying to me about having called firestone, or something shady is happening if all you can do is tell me “the manager will call”. I want to know why this is happening. I cannot afford the 4K to fix my car. I want to know why no one tested the computer prior to selling me a nearly $800 alternator job (and yes, all of the same problems and lights form the day before we’re still on at the second and third visit of firestone). I have filed a claim with corporate and am scheduled to speak with the manager above this stores managers boss. I have no vehicle and can’t afford a rental. If I were to pay for this fix, I will have spent nearly $5k— which is damn near what I was financed for my car. I have had no one work on this car outside of firestone. I have not had my car jumped in my two years of ownership. I have done 0 “home jobs”, tune ups, or otherwise. Again, do not go here. Find another shop.

Yikes. Charged $28 to fix a flat, took 2 hours to do it, then sent me on my way without balancing the tire! Wobbled so bad at 60mph I thought the wheel was gonna fall off. Called them and spoke with Connie... She told me that they were really busy and wouldnt be able to fit me in to fix the problem for at least 2 hours.... Took it to Les Schwabs... They fixed it in 15 min... It was 3 ounces off! Never going back to Firestone!

Oddly enough, the sales girl wouldnt match or beat the tire price I found online for Firestone brand tires. I had them shipped to the store for install. Usually they install the wrong the weights on the wheels and they come off. They dont line up the yellow dot on the tires with the valve stem, or put the red dot opposite. Very long wait time for not having any cars in the shop. They dont believe in using steering wheel holders to do alignments, because my steering wheel is usually off a degree or two from straight.I should add I used to be an ASE certified technician there when it was Expert Tire, so I know how these things used to get done, when the store was at its best.

Not sure where they are getting their parts, but they are marked up atleast 2.5 times the amount of what the parts actually cost. They replaced my Power Brake Booster with a Cardone, part number 54-71061, the most expensive Cardone offered in the valley is from Autozone at $89.99 and I was charged $229.99. A Cardone Master Cylinder in the valley costs approx. $35-45 and the Cardone, part number 10-2755, they charged me $133.99 for the part. I can understand a 10% increase, but this is asinine.

Our 92 Astro Vans water pump broke while we were on a roadtrip in the middle of Nowhere Southern Oregon. After calling AAA, they said our best and closest option was Medford. We live in Bend and it was Saturday afternoon so we were totally unsure of when we would be back on the road home. Firestone was open on Sunday, which was rare for auto shops in Medford. We had the van towed to the shop Saturday night and the guys said they would take a look first thing Sunday morning. They bent over backwards to make sure we were back on the road the same day! We are so thankful that they took care of us in such a short span of time even though they were super busy all day! Thanks to the whole Sunday crew at Firestone!

I bought my tires here and when I got a flat I was told that there was only 2/32 of tread and it wasnt enough tread to fix the flat. When I got home and measured it I had over 5/32 of tread left. Another tire dealer fixed the flat for me. These people are not to be trusted

Yuuuuuge help! Had a emergency issue with my valve stem splitting. They were the only ones open in a hundred miles radius of where I was at. They skirted the tire in as soon as they could and got us out before the day was over.
