My 2017 CR-V needed its first oil change. I called the service department at Lithia Honda and they were able to get me in the same day I called which was very convenient for me. When I arrived Josh quickly got me checked in and explained what was needed for my first service. I could have gotten a shuttle ride home or to another destination but I chose to wait. Josh estimated it would take an hour and it was very close. They gave me the complimentary car wash and I was very happy to drive away in my clean CR-V!!Thanks Josh and the mechanics at Lithia Honda!

Very professionally he began the process of getting our Honda in and serviced.
