Great experience buying a truck. Owner was friendly, knows his stuff, and isnt a high pressure sales person. I had some questions and wanted to do a little research on a vehicle I hadnt considered until I saw it on the lot...Owner answered what he could and helped with research on what he didnt know. No pressure at all and I came back the next day to buy. Fastest car buying process Ive had in a while too. Ive had the truck 2 weeks now, its running exactly as it should, havent found any hidden issues, and will definitely recommend this place to friends in the market for a new (to them) vehicle.

This smaller dealership has all nice vehicles. I found two cars that I really liked. After the purchase one of my tires went completely flat. I called JC and he came immediately and got me bake on the road at no cost to me. The Honda is running perfectly and I am very happy with the customer service that I got!

This is what a buying experience should be like! I was planning on dealing with a dealership employee but instead feel like a made a friend and did not need to be on the defense. I took my time and felt no push from Jeff at all.

Its best to avoid this used dealer! Havent even had our vehicle a week, and its in the shop for the transmission to be rebuilt. So if you like spending $2600 in addition to the purchase of the vehicle, then go here. The transmission went out as I was driving on a busy highway with my young kids in the car. Their vehicles are safety hazards! If I could, I would give them a -5.

Super nice cars! It was nice to find a car lot that knows cars, is straight with the facts.The first time I went in they did not have the car that fit my needs. They did not try to talk me into one of the cars they did have. On my next visit I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted.

Found a car the wife and I wanted from here. Sent a message to him through their website. Two days later, no reply. I called and the question was answered. The following day, I scheduled a test drive thought their website. Received no reply or comment whatsoever. Showed up at my appointed time only to discover nobody was there, and the car Id scheduled to test drive was gone. I drove in from Grants Pass. Not exactly how I wanted to waste my time. I wont be even considering this place in the future. Taking my business elsewhere.

I felt very comfortable at this dealership. They have a super clean lot and office. Not the typical sales person, he let me take the truck to lunch and said take my time. We ate just across the street at jaspers. I was able to Make a decision without the pressure that I felt at Lithia where I did not buy!

Bought my second truck at this place. Very good inventory to choose from.

I bought a vehicle from them not even a year ago. Has been over heating since I bought it. Which they were aware of. Let them know as soon as it happened. They went as far as putting new thermastats in which i paid for parts and labor said if anything else happened to let them know. Recintly found out it has a blown head gasket. Buyers beware! When I told them all they said was sorry.
