Ive used R&J Mobility to install hand controls in 3 different vehicles (a Scion, a Challenger, and a Tesla) over the last 10 years. Theyve always been helpful and have done a nice, clean job. The staff is helpful and has the answers I need. The most recent experience in June 2021 was a bit rocky, as there was some miscommunication about when my hardware would arrive and when my appointment for installation was scheduled. It resulted in me dropping off the car followed by a phone call an hour later letting me know the necessary hardware wasnt in stock and would delay installation by another 5 days. But, they went a bit above to compensate the trouble by delivering the vehicle to my house about 30 miles away and the final installation was free of charge. This installation had to be difficult as it was installed in a Tesla Model S, a fully-electric vehicle with a very non-traditional steering column and dash setup. The hand controls work beautifully and it was done incredibly cleanly.

I called R&J about my scooter problem and Brandon went to the max to help me out. Great to know they care about the the elderly.

Anthony was extremely helpful today as I needed my lift checked out. All the staff worked together to answer all my questions. I am looking forward to purchasing a second van from R&J as one comes available.
