Diamond audio is great! Honest and no upselling. They used the existing hardware in my car rather than charging me for a dash kit or wire harness. Definitely going back to them for an amp and subwoofer upgrade to my new stereo.

Dan is the man to see. VERY large store with lots of merchandise. Dan will not try to OVER SELL you. Tell him what you are wanting to do and he will set you up accordingly with a surprisingly nice price point. The installation fee is not that much more, VERY worth checking it out.

THEY CUT THROUGH THE SEAT BRACKETS OF MY BRAND NEW CAR!!! Apparently they are not adept with taking a seat out, and they decided to cut the brackets. My car was only a month off the lot, brand new. Did not notice until a couple years later when we had to remove the back seat. We also noticed they put in a really crappy ground. If you like your vehicle and want a quality installation... DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is not a car I will ever get rid of, and it is permanently damaged from these fools. It makes me sick!!

Outstanding work, put a great head unit in my truck, that works great, even offered to show me how to use it.Called me after i dropped my truck of and let me know that the bezel was cracked, but they would be careful with it. They got it off and back on without snapping it so thats really great.Also, let me know some of my speakers were out, so will definitely be keeping them in mind for future work.

Way over prized went in to get an estimate on a stereo with backup camera dude gave a $900 almost $1000 estimate. Went to another place got the exact same pioneer stereo I wanted with backup camera, for only 500 plus it has gps too. They did a great job to and had great reviews! Thankfully i didn’t do it here!

Update -- I recently had more work done and they once again lived up to my highest expectations!Original review -- Really easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and high-quality work. I dont normally let anybody do electric or electronic work on my vehicles. Dan, the owner, and John are totally trustworthy. Im a retired technician and I know when people know what they are talking about and what theyre doing. In addition to navigation units, satellite radios, remote start systems, interior and exterior lighting upgrades, Ive even had them do things like replace a sideview mirror and and power window because I knew they would do it correctly!

Very pleased with our experience. Their work was very professional tacking a truly challenging installation In our short school bus. They were business like, but very pleasant. We had them install systems in two of our other vehicles, and highly recommend them.

I think they are very good at what they do, but so overpriced and very limited options. We had back up camera installed and dvd player and tv. It all still works a few years later. Very satisfied....but $2000!!! Yikes, good thing I love my wife and kids.

Set up my appointment for a full alarm and remote start over the phone with Dan, they had my wifes 4runner finished sooner than expected and were nice enough to pick me up at my work so I didnt have to walk. Awesome guys

Sold me a dash kit he assured me would fit my after market head unit. After trying to return it, (they had the head unit with them at the time, we were going to pay to have e them install but changed our minds after they told us they couldnt retain OEM backup camera, which geek squad did no problem). So ordering something that most definitely isnt the right size, not allowing me to return it even for in store credit doesnt seem right. $60 dash kit that now sits in my storage.Must not be up to date with modern tablet style head units.

Walked into Diamond Audio regarding an automatic start. The young kids at the front desk was brisk and very rude. He said that since we didnt buy it through them so they wanted nothing to do it. I understand that they did not sell it to us, however no one in town did because we moved here from Alaska. There was no need for them to be rude and refuse service... When we went to the parking lot, one of the employees was in a customers truck with their door wide open touching our passenger door. I was standing on the curb waiting patiently while the driver started his car (keep in mind we had a record high of 107 degrees). The employee continued to have to door open and didnt bother to budge. My driver then rolled down the window and asked him to close the door a little so he could back out. He got defensive and said you dont have to be a dick. In my personal opinion that if very unprofessional and rude. You should never talk to an individual in the manner. I couldnt believe the quality of care we didnt receive. I would never recommend or suggest going to Diamond Audio EVER!

Put a NAVI console in my FJ! Great install, and worked perfectly! Even took time a couple weeks after the install to train me on it!

Not sure why these guys are so rude? Seriously. You are a service business, you should provide great service! I have had 2 experiences with them. First, I came in asking about a new stereo installation. They didnt even want to talk to me because I had bought it online, and they said no one would touch it. Wow. They second time, I wanted them to look at changing out a different stereo, and again they were rude, saying they were waaaaay too busy to answer all of my questions, and that I should just trust the professionals. Wow again. With all of the other options around in Medford, stay away!!

Dont go there if you dont have deep pockets. I ask em to help me just get some noise in my truck and I dont want to spend too much on it and didnt even need a deck just some speakers and maybe a amp . He comes back at me with 900 dollars . You must be crazy I told him . I said I dont want to put a bunch of money in it . Then he gives me a 500 number . So I bailed . Wouldnt even take the time to explain why and what I would get just say 4 speakers a amp and a sub woofer .Go next door to the other shop.

We recently went to get and IID installed into one of my clients cars and it was a terrible experience. We were taken into a back space of the store to watch the video on a very outdated TV, after such we handed the employee the keys and a credit card at 9:00 AM, and was told that it would take three hours and they would call us when it was ready. After around four hours we had called and asked the time frame in which we could pick the car up and the man rudely told us it would take them until 5:00pm to finish getting it installed, without further explanation as to why it would take much longer than previously described. So, a job that originally was supposed to take three hours ended up taking eight and we were given a rude tone and a disrespectful employee. If you are thinking about getting an Ignition Interlock Device installed into your car here, try looking somewhere else.

Helpful and quick service for automotive audio needs!

I dropped in to Diamond Audio to add my own car stereo to my Geo Metro. The guy behind the counter took one look at it and said they would not install my Blaupunkt stereo because it came out of a VW or something. WTF, over? I told them thanks for nothing and if they didnt want to install it I knew someone who would. I went a half mile down the road to Sport Audio and they were happy to install it for $30. Prollem solved!
