I had my front windows tinted. They did a very good job. Thinking of getting a radio that has Serius XM. I will purchase from them and recommend them to others.

I know this review is a bit late, but back in June 2020, I had Art install a line output converter on the back of my Le Sabre factory radio for assistance on my sleeper system. I’ve never got my windows or my stereo done before so this was my first time and I was very excited last Wednesday I drop my car off he kept it for six hours when I took it home he forgot to hook my heater up so I went five more days with my heater unhooked then my tint has bubbles all over in it I took it back to get heater fixed when I asked about the bubbles in the tint he said that it would be fine as soon as it warmed up well after I took it back he had put two cuts in the window tint where a couple of the bubbles were so now I have cuts in my window tint that was going to be okay so I suggest nobody go here because he has no communication skills whatsoever and did a dirt job Never again

Please do not go here, brought my car in you have a radio installed and all wiring done, not even one weak later a electrical fire was caused from there services causing excessive damage to my vehicle, i asked for some assistance with this as it was not my fault but poor workmanship on there end the refuse to pay for damages, refused to to refund me and wil not contact me back at this point i will be contacting my lawyer for further legal action, luckily i was in the car when it happend knows if this could of happed over night in my garage my family home could of burt down and my family could have possibly bin injured or even worst, just PlEASE PLEASE dont go here go anywhere else but here.

Outstanding service and great prices ! Now, This wasn’t the first shop that I went to & (I don’t wanna Name names) but I price shopped and went to all the other car stereo places in Medford & in the greater area. These guys were by far the most reasonable, most knowledgeable and did the best installation hands-down!As someone who’s worked in the automotive industry industry for a few decades I’m very picky and I’m glad to of said I found like not only car stereo place but for any my tint needs etc definitely a rare find. I have massive respect and appreciation for their work....keep it up !

Great little shop they take pride in the work they do. Tinted my windows best price in town, had a couple bubbles after they cured talked to Art, and I believe Marco, they took care of it, made it right, and had no problems fixing it. Extremely satisfied with the work they do, the pride they have, and the customer service they provide. I will definitely bring cars back, send people their way, and be back for new speakers!

I had 2 cars tinted there and he does the best job!!! He even took the time to let me know what sub would work best for my car with the amount of room I want left in my trunk and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. I cant wait to be able to go back and have him do my stereo.

Bought my own car stereo with DVD player and back up camera... the shop installed it for a reasonable price. I had bought a harness kit but it only serviced 4 speakers. Art was very helpful: he ordered another kit that included hookups for our subwoofer and tweeters... and installed it for $35. That is more than reasonable. Small shop, nice people, great service.

This was my second time I went to Sport Audio. I didnt have to shop around or read reviews because of how totally impressed I was the first time I had work done at the shop. Even if there was a establishment near that had lower prices, (no chance) I would not go, simply because of the quality of work, the reasonable time in which it takes, and the great customer service that goes along with it.This time I had no doubts that the work I needed done was going to get done in a timely manner and at the highest level of quality possible, and at a shockingly low price. It is great to know that Art and the crew has what it takes to get it done, no sweat, and with superior customer service.A few things that stand out about this business is the atmosphere. I thoroughly respect the way that the entire staff speaks to their customers like they are an actual person. No phony baloney, overly friendly way of communicating. They are real with their customers and it is very apparent from the time you walk in there, to the time you get your keys back.They genuinely take pride in their skills, knowledge, and the fact that they are a family owned and operated business. With that being said, these are all the reasons why they will forever have my business.

Watch out sub might catch fire!!

I got 3 10s installed in my 2 door truck. I didnt think it would fit but Sport Audio made me a custom box and it bumps really hard. These guys are down to earth and charge honest prices. They have good brands and will not rip you off like Best Buy or some other local shops.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted to upgrade the stereo deck and have my two 12’s installed. My first choice was Best Buy. The agent there went through the costs with labor and the grand total was almost $400. This seemed a little high so I stopped by Sport Audio and talked to the owner. He explained everything that was required and with labor it was just under $200. Since this was a smaller shop and not as well-known as Best Buy I was skeptic. However, the owner seemed very confident and knowledgeable so I went with him and saved $200 in the process. My only concern was that my 12’s with the box set awkward in the trunk due to the wheel wells. I showed him and he confidently told me he would make it work. Once his work was done he showed me his work and I was definitely impressed. He mounted the box in the trunk on the wheel wells fitting perfectly and very securely. He didn’t leave it awkward like I figured it was going to have to. He took his time and made sure it wasn’t only secured but looked good. There is no visible wires and he clearly took his time and knew what he was doing. I don’t only highly recommend Sport Audio, I guarantee I’ll be in there within a year for more work to be done.

I have only been to Sport Audio once, and I didnt even need a new install. My car audio had recently developed some really annoying feedback while I drove and being a person who know nothing about car audio I gave them a shot. When I came in they greeted me, asked what they could do and continued to diagnose and solve the problem in about 15 minutes. Theyre very easy to talk to and they made it even easier to help me fix the problem. They won my loyalty and didnt even charge me a buck.

I took my car here to get the windows tinted, I had a few issues with some spots not sticking right and hairs under the tint. When I took it back the guy tells me well Im not going to do a perfect job on your car cause its older I will never take another car in to this shop ever again

Rude!! I asked to her my windows tinted on my car and immediately he requested money down, wanted to schedule right then, was not pleasant at all, didnt show me any prior work, didnt talk about what the time would take, what they do or anything. I dont care if I have to pay more i will not go there

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, we paid almost $200 for a basic window tint on a small car. A couple days have passed and we still have large bubbles at the top of the rear window, and multiple hairs stuck inside the tint. Secondly we went to the business to see if there was something that could be done about it and we were told that the only way that it would be fixed is if we pay to have them remove it, and then redo it. And that it shouldnt matter anyways because our car is older. Pay twice for something that should have been done correctly in the first place? No, thanks. Needless to say, we will never be back and I hope that this deters others from ever going in the first place. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE.

A wonderful experience. Art was attentive to my needs for a stereo to be replaced in my 1965 Chevy Truck. He looked at my truck and said no problem....offered ideas to place speakers and suggested a reasonably priced stereo....even with a disc player. They were nice, accommodating and very trustworthy. Their work was excellent and he took the time to show me what they had done and the operation of my radio. This is the ONLY car audio store I go to. It is locally owned, and the prices are better than any other car audio/alarm store in Medford (which is saying a lot). I am a person who does my research and the products that the guys keep in this store are always competing with the best new brands and the best value for the sound you want.Not only did I come to Sport Audio to install a system into my 4runner (install was free!?) I also brought my RV, and boat in for the same deal. Wanna know the best part? Every time I have had a problem with my car audio, the guys at the store ALWAYS help me! They make me feel like I am always getting the best bang for my buck, and that my sound is always crisp and clean! THANKS SPORT AUDIO!

Local, family owned, and very reliable. I went to Sport Audio about 2 years ago, and they did a great job on my vehicle then. I called around in the morning looking to set up an appointment to get the stereo system I purchased installed by a local shop. Sport Audio had said they were over a week out on appointments, and I tried other local shops with the same result. Art called me back about 20 mins after I had called him and told me he had a cancellation and could get me in that day, which worked perfect for me. I like the no frills attitude and willingness to gain my business at Sport Audio, they are top notch. You can pay more and get a lot of fluff from the big guys in town, but if you want honest advice & pricing, with outstanding service- these guys are the place to go in the Rogue Valley.

Owner was very smug and rude. Acted like he wanted to push us out the door. After the work was done I noticed that they left screws out of my paneling. Askefd about it they said they were never there. (Not true bc Im the one who added them in the first place)I asked for kickers and they installed power bass in front.Charged me $769 for sub, (power bass) amp, (boss) small speakers in front, (power bass) and sony stereo. (That includes the installation)

LAZY LAZY LAZY. Took 2 cars in and they did a sloppy wiring job, didnt put back the interior correctly and left me with a bunch of junk electronics in my cars. Then charged me extra for a part that I know I gave them and said that it wasnt there. I would not recommend taking your car there.

Installation while we waited took about an hour and the young man who did the installation walked us through all our questions, playing with the new CD player and its bluetooth feature until our cell phone and iPod worked perfectly. Prices seemed fair, slightly higher than online, but the installation charge of $25 seemed like a gift. They would have gotten five stars except for the side step when another customer showed up and was given full attention ahead of our place in line.
