Rosegal online totally sucks. I had to argue with customer service to refund my order. Then they send a text saying they refunded me and the amount isnt in my account. Total crooks. Ill NEVER order from this company again and I will be sure to tell anyone that I can how they to bed me instead of simply giving me my money back.

Very unprofessional company I placed an order back in early November and never received anything because I was told they didnt have it in stock on November 24 2018 I canceled my order and asked them to refund my money its now December 28 2018 and they still havent refunded my money I think this place is a horrible place to shop for anything they have no supervisors on site the support team only responds and contacts customers by email and they have been giving me the ultimate run around giving me back my refund
