How can you be closed at 8 in the morning? As a gas station that has hours posted saying you open at 7 and no one is here at 810 is ridiculous

Incredibly wacky experience. First visit ever, I pulled in to fill up. Two men were talking at the pump island next to mine facing me; one I assumed was the attendant but I couldn’t make out the logo on his blue work shirt. He stood talking for some time about cars and engines while I looked at them now thinking this couldn’t be an employee since he was completely ignoring me. He finally nodded his chin at me and asked what’s up. I asked if he pumps gas here. He didn’t answer. The customer went inside. The attendant went to finish the other car and nodded his chin at me again and asked what’s up, again. I asked how he was was doing. He asked what’s up and if I had a problem. I said I did now, especially with him letting me sit there while he talked about engines, instead of pumping gas. As I said this I started my vehicle not wanting to give them business and he answered me with a what the F*** are you looking at. As I pulled by him to leave I said that was no way to run a business. He replied with, “don’t F***’n tell me how to run my F***’n business. Get the F*** out of here. Just shook my head. I know many good people in this valley and I’ll tell everyone I can not to give this guy business. I’ve never heard of an employee, let alone an owner(?) acting like that. Bizarre. Also zero stars.(Follow-up: After this post I emailed the Spirit brand home office who contacted the owner of the property who called me right away. He was very professional and explained how he leases the property to the dealer/operator, but does not directly control operating decisions at this sight, though he does own and operate several in the Rogue Valley. He strongly condemned the actions of the attendant/owner and made a sight visit to make that point clear with promised consequences if such behavior were reported as it has been twice in these posts. If anyone reading this has a similar experience, please post a review and contact the home office in Washington who will connect you with the gentleman with whom I spoke.)

So me and a friend came up to Oregon from California so apparently you cant pump your own gas okay not a problem. But when Im sitting in my car waiting on the LAZY gas station attended who left us sitting there didnt acknowledge us or anything just kept talking to a lady in her car then went on to help another man who had a pump in his car. Then proceeded to help other people that pulled into pumps after us. So we left bechase he refused to look at us or help us. This boy needs work ethic and needs to learn how to treat people because this is not it obviously dotn need to work with the general public. Dotn go here

The best Station in Town.

The hours posted on their store front and on Google say they open at 7am so I typically stop by there on my way to work around 7:50 but theyre never open by then. 5 times in the past month this has happened.

The Gas attendant was belligerent, vulgar and down right unprofessional. He grabbed his private part and approached me yelling profanitys. A friend and I had a discussion if I should of spoke in espanol or English. (not towards the attendant) The attendant accused me of being a racist and was becoming out of control. I told him Espanol was not a race and that it was a language. I asked him to calm down as I had 4 kids with me and he continued yelling profanity and grabbing his junk. I felt at one point he was so out of control that I was going to have to protect my family. Just dont go there.I told the attendant that I would be contacting the owners and telling them what happened and he yelled he was the owner.ZERO STARS.......

The lady is always on her phone talking never really friendly. And they never open on time.

I come to this gas station exclusively when Im in Medford. The attendant is friendly and remembers me even if its been a bit between fills.

Fraudulent scammers reporting to the police

Website says this gas station is open at 7:00 am, Monday through Friday. The signs on the window says the same. I was there at 7:45...AND NOBODY WAS THERE!!!!!!! This is infuriating. Change the information if you really aren’t open that early.
