This is a great place to buy toys! No really this is the place to go if you are looking for bikes or trains or even video games. Im pretty sure its the biggest toy store there is. It truly makes me feel like i dont ever want to grow up because then i couldnt be a toys r us kid!

This is a pretty old location with out-of-date fixtures...which I love. They still have the glass cases for game console displays and the little booth at the front of the store you visit to get your game.Without fail, Im greeted when I enter and thanked when I leave. Each associate who passes by asks if I need assistance.Ive worked big-box retail for a long time and I know the trouble with getting product and building upgrades. This location makes up for the shabby building and sometimes lacking inventory with quality customer service. Their prices are still better than Amazon!

Great selection, a bit pricey but the its the only toy store in Medford, what do you expect? Last time I brought my niece here, it was Geoffrey Day and she got to meet and get a photo with Geoffrey the Giraffe. They had toys set up, it was pretty awesome. We had a good time.

Strange of Google to ask for a review one the eve of their last day of business. Stock is nearly gone. I was there to pick up fixtures my son and I had purchased. Sad for the staff there. Those I encountered were polite, competent and doing their best in a difficult situation. In just a few days this will all be just memories.

Price matching available and they often have exclusive toys. They do offer a rewards program to get money off of your total as well as member only coupons. Layaway during the holidays is helpful as well.

This toys r us is pretty outdated but has a pretty nice selection inside. During Christmas time it is a mad house, but what store isnt!The prices are competitive with online and you can find most popular lines of toys. There is not a very large board game selection, but they have some of your Staples.

Went to buy the last bike there. You could tell the bike had been ridden around in the store because the tires werent white like they should have been. The signs all said 50% off in the whole bike section. They checked only discounted 40% and then said the signed would be changed and then tried to charge $10 extra because bike was assembled. Most stores actually discount the display model. Checker was extremely rude. We left the bike and didnt buy due to rudeness.

Clean store. Easy to get around. The Isles are fairly wide, making it enjoyable to walk around and enjoy the variety of toys, games and other items available.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. The employees always greet me as I enter. As I shop throughout the store, Im asked if I need assistance often (but not too often that I feel annoyed). This store has always had a fun and professional atmosphere! This location is number one in customer service!! Every time my 7 yr old is invited to a birthday party, this is where I go. Last year, there was an employee that recognized me so often from all my shopping and questions that he would escort me around the store anytime I needed assistance!!

Im sad to see the end of an era. However, the store looks as old as that era and you can tell TRU never invested in modernizing. Everything is just dated. The toys are still there but the prices also looking exceedingly high. No wonder they could not compete with online. I think there is still a place for a big box toy retailer but they need to add some magic to get parents to bring kids in. Will come back when the closing sale gets bigger.

It’s going out of business for a reason. Everywhere and anywhere you want to buy will be cheaper than toys r us. Yes children love it because they can go crazy for an hour while leaving with nothing because their parents have just bought everything they wanted on Amazon for a third of the price.

A lot of nothing. Staff is hard to find around the store, aside from the front. A lot of products are over priced compared to other places nearby. They do have some products no longer in other stores, but nothing to go crazy about.Its really only good to stop in and look, not buy.

I wanted to share that people should pay attention to the fine print on the sales going on here after it was announced that they are going to close all the stores. I went in just to get a birthday gift, not thinking about sales, and there were tons of people trying to get deals. As of this review mostly everything was only 10% off and lots of things were excluded completely (LEGO!). Signs are misleading. There were a lot of unhappy kids and parents!Also please try not to take out your disappointment on the staff. They are all losing their jobs and still manage to smile and be helpful!

Meh, its a classic corporate store. Lots of stuff and prices are fair. I hate you admit it but I usually go here to compare/check stuff out, and order it from Amazon on my phone while standing there. Staff here has always been helpful though.

Good selection, and helpful employees. We usually pop in here for a gift for our daughter when were over in Medford.

You can find any kind of toy imaginable. Games, books, dolls etc. Good service, friendly staff.
