Its a good place for statues and incents

Incredibly slow service always. Manager was rude and lied about law governance of shop to excuse their rudeness.

I just stopped there today to get a pair of plugs. There was a sign on the case I picked from that said 50% off but when I got to the register they refused to honor that. The man said that those items had just been moved in front of that sign today, but I was there 2 weeks ago and they were in the same place as before, so he lied. I will no longer be purchasing my jewelry from here, as they lied over an $11 discount and refused to honor their own posted signage.

This is the only place where I can find good body jewelry I will always go here for my jewelry

Beautiful statuettes of dragons and fairies... as well as a bunch of other creatures. Hotep and Budda pieces - stunning. A ton other really cool stuff. Cant wait to go back. Its the kind of place where you can see something new every time you go in... even if its the same day.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Ive randomly gone into this store about 20 times over the past few years and NOT ONCE has any of the employees greeted me upon entering. As a matter of fact, they usually dont say anything to me at all. I really wanted to buy some new plugs today, and I walked around looking at their jewelry displays (which are in glass cases) for about 15min before I finally just gave up because no one even attempted to ask me if I wanted to see anything from the case. As a customer, there is no reason why I should have to hunt down the employee for service. Work on your customer service skills, learn how to INTERACT with the people that come into the store.UPDATE: The owner actually tried to JUSTIFY their lack of quality customer service, because they said that I was only in their store for a total of 5min according to them. Yet anyone in customer service knows that regardless of time frame, EVERYONE deserves to be acknowledged at some point when they are a shopper. Also, they lied and said that they were helping other people while I was there the whole time. There was an older woman working behind the counter in the back with her head down; she too never said a word to me.I left a very similar comment on HOT TOPICS google page, because it is ACCURATE, whats your point? The way that the owner handled this situation was extremely immature and horribly unprofessional.---But these sorts of excuses should not be shocking coming from a place with subpar customer service.

Very poor customer service experience today. We were shocked by the woman’s rudeness. I’ve always had great service there in the past. Sad that this is the direction the store is heading.

This place is amazing. Tbe people are amazing. Prices are a little high for somethings but still a good place to go

I got a ring for my nose here and within days it was infected. Would not recommend.

I love this store and have no problems other than the quality of the jewelry. After having a couple skin reactions from the metal of the belly rings, I figured Id buy those somewhere else and continue to buy my plugs here, but I purchased 2g Bloodwood spirals for $25 the other day, today they fell once and completely shattered. Are they actually wood? I am very dissatisfied and will no longer be spending my money here.

Great place for any kind of body jewelry. They also have a lot of great incense smells and really cool knick-knacks.

Omg I love this place. It is so peaceful in their store. Ilove it. All the people that work there are really friendly and nice and talk to you. And are really kind. And help you out when you need help to look at the jewelry.

This is one of my favorite stores in the mall. Great staff and selection.

Such a disappointing experience. After over a decade of being a customer and purchasing many products from this store I purchased a tongue ring that was less than high quality. The swirl design came off within days because its painted on instead of being actually different-colored plastic swirled together. The person I talked to at the store by the name of Bailey was quite stuck up and rude. I could point out all the ways he was rude but suffice to say I will no longer be shopping there, ever. Watch out for their cheap jewelry.

One of my favorite stores in the mall. Always have unique and one of a kind pieces.

I went in with my friend to get a nose ring. We walked in and we werent welcomed. This wasnt the part that made me mad, the worst part was the 20 minute wait. Then when we asked for help we were told to wait a minute. You can guarantee that I will not spend another penny here.
