Its always clean. The people are friendly. I love that they hire people that are disabled. Also the customers are so lovingly good. I watched a young women pay for an older gentlemans groceries when he didnt have enough on his food stamp card. At least 33.00.So I paid it back and did the same with a young man who needed 13.00. The good example of people reminded me of Jesuss teaching: HEB.13:2 do not forget kindness to strangers.

Average grocery store. It’s the most convenient for me, although it has its issues sometimes. Overall, less busy and better stocked on some occasions than other Safeway/Albertsons in Medford. Wouldn’t say there’s anything special about it but it’s decent and definitely not the worst in Medford.

Extremely busy, the pharmacy had like 20 people in line. The store is clean the people are nice, its a great place to shop just seems like the pharmacy is very overwhelmed.

The people at the bakery are super rude especially the older white haired lady. Disgusting, I dont buy bread here again.

Nothing bad to say!! The staff is helpful and patient!! I am a huge couponer and they will take the extra time to help and dont make you feel like it a chore!! Not to mention the cakes are on point

Love this albertsons! The employees have gotten to know me, which for someone with anxiety in crowds is great. They go the extra mile to ask about your day and make it a more pleasant trip. Decent sales, clean store.

I frequent four grocery stores and my favorite is this particular Albertsons. I consume mostly fresh produce and theirs seem to be the freshest most consistently. Even the things I dont usually buy (meat) looks beautiful and appetizing. The employees are helpful and friendly. The only regret I have is the employees are not required to be vaccinated. The young man yesterday who was my checker was not vaccinated and was totally uninformed about Covid variances and had never heard of the long haulers who are sick for months. Perhaps businesses should have a way to educate their employees.

Got some chicken an jo jos from the deli and a few other things . I think there prices are a little high . But if you got there discount club card you save .

The employees were very nice and helpful. some of the prices were higher than what I was expecting but you get what you pay for, and, so far, I have really gotten what I paid for. The place was exceptionally clean. Couldnt tell you how it smelled because I havent been able to smell anything since I was 5 years old. So overall, I would say very very nice experience!

The meat is over priced at albertsons I bought a family pack of rib-eye steaks for $20.00 at Walmart . The same steaks at albertsons were $50.00. Ridiculous I wont shop there again.

Dont bother with the bakery, thank god i didnt have my kids party today. They sent me an email confirmation for pick up for the cake, when i got there i waited at the counter for 25 mins then got an associate from produce to help me. Turns out they never even made the cake. Either very poor service or a distinct lack of wanting to complete their job.

As always,well stocked, friendly staff. I dont like those self check outside because you miss the human interaction(Needed with Covid)

Its all about the fruit, baby...There are only about three grocery stores in town that have the good fruit that doesnt start going bad the day after you purchase it Albertsons and Safeway.

Store is close to our house. It can be a bit spendy, but it has my favorite drink there. Its the only place I can find it.

I believe it was a manager named Lori that was my cashier and she was very pleasant with my not-a-morning-person attitude. Its tough to be nice when I havent had my my coffee, (trip to store for coffee & fresh donuts) then to realize I left the house without my teeth. Poor Lori couldnt help the chuckle that followed, ..So is that 1 or 2 reasons to be happy you remembered your mask?... 😷 🤣😜

Located inside of Jackson Creek Plaza on the West end of Medford. Classic Albertsons with deli, bakery, floral, ATM/bank, walk in beer cooler, meat and seafood department and plenty of restaurants/stores near by.

Albertsons need to retrain their employees on how to use the Albertsons app. You get some interesting looks when you mention the app at the register.Safeway: owned by albertsons. The staff openly tells you to use the app and shows you how to use the app.

Always good there new cashier made a mistake but so did I got it fixed.

Friendly staff at registers and in produce. 2 women in particular. Premade meals are not good for a healthy diet. No more unprocessed lunch meat in store. Produce and lein proteins from butcher counter are blueprint for feeling your best.

Came in for my Covid shot.... Sean administered it and did a tremendous job. Hardly felt a thing.

Misty L. has an excellent customer service. I had concerns about my remittance to Manila, and she made sure that everything will be alright at the other end.

Good chain grocery store. I especially enjoy the wine and floral departments. Seafood and fish are fresh and well priced.

Employees should not be parking in the front parking spaces, especially when they are smoking in their cars and making the customers walk through their smoke. Employees do not get an immediate pass to park up front. Not every customer who has a disability or issue walking far has a placard. The employees should not be gossiping about eachother from check stand to check stand while talking over their customer as they ring them in. This place lacks some serious professionalism. Keep the gossip in the break room. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO EACH OTHER. Ridiculous

If it was just about the people working there I give it five stars. They are all awesome and attentive. The items they sell are as you would figure an Albertsons / Safeway would sell.. HOWEVER.... THEY DO NOT ROTATE THEIR STOCK AS OFTEN AS THEY SHOULD. Check your expiration dates. You can find dairy products and meat products that are a week past their expiration.

It has been ages since I was last in an Albertsons. Most died off down south where I lived, and this was a pleasant revisit to a very familiar childhood institution. Solid prices, impeccably clean, and the staff I interacted with were courteous and friendly. I didnt put anyone to the test or anything though. Will be back.

The employees are always friendly. Prices are average for an actual grocery store. They have a good selection and always have clearance deals.

Not usually very crowded, good deli, and very friendly staff. Prices very reasonable and I always find something interesting, especially when I look for new cheese to try. Prefer the central point location only because its layout is more familiar to me. The Medford Location is a bit larger with more selection though.

I was a bit disappointed going into the Albertsons on Ross Lane this morning. Albertsons stores has made a lot of effort in cleaning carts and placing signage on their floors for shoppers to follow due to Coivid 19, and I appreciate their taking my health concerns seriously.While I was shopping I notice “many” shoppers were not following the one way floor signs and just going up and down the isles as they pleased and the employees were not paying any attention or showing any concern.I don’t understand the point of placing the floor directional signs If they aren’t being enforced.

Over the years I have made this Albertsons my #1 grocery shopping destination. The staff from top to bottom is the main reason Ive kept coming back. They always greet me with courtesy, respect and a friendly smile or conversation. They are like my extended family whom I trust to make shopping a treat, not a chore. By joining the Albertsons rewards club, Im able to save with coupons, freebies, and rewards for groceries or gasoline. The quality of products offered in store are second to none! The only knock keeping me at 4stars and not 5stars is the increasing problem with people loitering and panhandling in the parking lot and store front at all hours. But looking past this I will recommend the West Main St. Albertsons to any and everyone. Kudos Albertsons employees, youre my #1 team and thats why Im a loyal customer!!!!

I love Albertsons, I save enough money, to be able to feed my family good quality food, for pennies on the dollar. Its nice to pull up to the pump at the gas station, and save ¢50, off per gallon of gas. And the help is very helpful and informed.
