They try to help you. Downside, closed at 4PM. Doesnt matter if youre about to walk in 5 minutes before. Theyll see you and put the key in !Yet theyll stay inside till 5PM.Its their world so be careful.

Nice place, great customer service, always they have in stock what people need. Only downside is NO RETURN. SALE IS FINAL.

A little pricier than going to home depot or something but the knowledge the staff have Is worth the difference. I e had nothing but good experiences with this place whenever I have and issue and cant get a part anywhere else they always have it .

As many others have already said, these guys ACTUALLY know what theyre selling. and if they cant help you (like when i needed a 4-wheel steel pipe cutter) they will go way out of their way to help you find where you can get it. (I went to Dynamite tools off vets in Bohemia)

Showed up at 4:02PM (this location apparently closes at 4 now FYI) one of the counter guys felt the need to say something to me about coming in after closing. I replied saying it says 5 o’clock on the door and online when you look it up. He continued giving me an issue. This is a taller guy dark brown hair with glasses. I said to him settle down i didnt know to which he got more confrontational. For some one who seemed to be a manager or something and act like that, just sad. This place has REALLY gone down hill since Ferguson took over Blackman. Little does he know ive been going to this location for over 15 years-not anymore

They have lots of items to do any repairs your home needs. Good service.

Customer service seems to be lacking. Called up and asked for a specific part and was told there was 13 in stock. Needless to say when I got there there was none.

The girl behind the counter Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable .

In the past, I have found them always to be extremely helpful. I would bring in a broken part and they would be able to get me the exact replacement. Always courteous and helpful. However, during this virus crisis when people really need the help they failed to come through. The person working behind the rope wouldnt even look at the broken part I had in my hand and rudely told me to contact the manufacturer. I had already done that but the problem was not resolved. Now is the time people need to help each other out not send people in need away.

Doing my bathroom renovation at the moment and while Im not a pro, I can always count on Tommy to help me out. Hes been very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I would have given a 5 star but seems like no matter how many people are behind the counter, its always only Tommy who handles the line. Eventually, the line builds up and now you have a long wait. But on the whole, I recommend this place.

I order all of my bathroom and kitchen fixtures from Cheryl; she is nothing short of amazing. She was so kind and patient with my questions. Even after the products were delivered, I had questions she was still giving me the same level of exceptional customer service. Thank You Cheryl and Blackman, if I know of anyone in need of your assistance I will be sure to send them over.

Bought Tub in Medford. Went to warehouse in Bayport to pick up. Was trying to beat rain and box looked good so I didnt inspect till I got home. Tub had big chip in it. They let me return tub and pick up another which I fully inspected before leaving. Thank you for the great service and standing by your products. Steve F

If I could give stars to individuals I would. Im only giving 2 stars due to treatment on a 25k order and I cant personal give Joe Giovingo 5. He saved the day along with everyone else in the contractor department. Do yourself a favor, pick what you like in the show room, get the model numbers, and go see Joe. Real great guy to work with and he cares about the customer. Again! Those 2 stars are reflected on treatment I received from a 25k order. The crew in the back would get 100 stars!!!

Wow! I have NEVER been treated like this in my life! Came into this store in my clothes to do house work in. The sales person immediately thought she was better than me. I told her I was looking at packages online for shower fixtures (ceiling mount rainhead). She IMMEDIATELY accused me of looking at cheap fixtures. So I asked her what she recommended, she laughed at me and pointed to a wall of books. Again I asked her what she recommends, she starts naming off brands. So my wife getting aggravated at this point just says Kohler. She opens the book and throws it at me. She barely wanted to help me, everything that I picked out was actually less expensive than what I was looking at online. DONT ASSUME PEOPLES INCOME BY WHAT THEY ARE WEARING. Blackman lost a 3k sale because of how the sales person judged me. Never again will I go into this or any Blackman.

I bought a Moen cartridge for $70(which is insanely overpriced ) they assured me that the cartridge would fit. I bought it Friday the 30th tried returning it the 5th and they wouldnt accept the return. They told me I had to take it up with Moen. Thats a crappy way to do business. Obviously theyve had this issue before. They should let you know that the sales are final. I will never shop at Blackman ever again.

Warehouse picking is still slow, weak point.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, the man that helped me was able to find me the exact part I need for my shower handle based on a vague description and a low quality picture of the metal thing it attaches too.
