I love Bed Bath and Beyond. Unfortunately this location is closing forever. They are currently having sales of 30 to 50% off everything. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the stores inventory is already gone. This location no longer accepts store coupons. I bought a great set of 45 piece flatware for $69.99 after the 30% off. I also bought a candle for $9 on sale.

The store is too small for the large variety of items they offer. Everything is really packed in there and it makes maneuvering around difficult. Thankfully the store is organized and stocked well. It is clean and the cashier I interacted with was friendly. Prices are reasonable and the 10-20% off coupon that routinely gets circulated in the mail is a nice discount.

This Medina store will close in 11 days. All lot of inventory has been sold, so not much left. I shall miss this store and their wonderful employees.

I will NEVER order curbside pick up from this company. I ordered 2 Christmas trees. When I pulled up and clicked on I am at the store now. There was no response. So I tried to phone.No response. I finally went in, clerk was confused and said, You ordered this on line. I cant help you.Finally got a manager, turns out store only had one tree. So that was a complex transaction ... Cancel order, resubmit order for two, send to my home for delivery in 8 days.Once manager was involved, things went better, but I was in the store for 30 minutes waiting for processing. Very time intensive.

Bed bath and beyond says when shopping online they do not charge your credit card until order is processed. That’s a LIE!!!! I ordered a $240 kitchen aid mixer December 19 for my mom for Christmas. 1 hour after they confirmed my order and charged my card they cancelled my order. They did not say sorry and give a reason. I’m assuming they screws up doing 2nd grade math and did not count correctly. But here is why I am furious... it’s Noon on December 24th and they still have not returned my money back on my card. I can’t buy my mom another Christmas present because they keep lying to me. Saying it’s my bank holding it up, I’ve had returns many times and my bank always has they money back by next day at the latest. I called my bank and they said BBB is lying as well. I’ve called BBB 3 times and they keep saying they emailed the department that refunds credit cards and I’ll have it in 24 hours... LIES LIES LIES!!!!

This store is very clean & organized. The staff is always very helpful. This trip I bought 2 sets of sheets from the clearance section. They are top quality & were 60% off. I know from past purchases that their sheets wash very well without shrinkage & last a long time with daily use. The sheets I am replacing were from Bed Bath & Beyond a few years ago & had some hard use. I was hoping to find some sheets in a dark blue or brown. When I asked the employees stocking the Christmas area if they could check at other stores in the area for the preferred colors, they said yes & that if what I was looking for was at another store I could have it sent yo my home. One of them took me to the computer & showed me on screen the colors that line sheets came in. There wasnt the colors I asked about so I picked out medium gray & teal blue that will be fine. They have helped me find things to complete a,set of sheets sold seperately and get extra standard size pillowcases to go with sheets on the store computer in past shopping trips.They also carry holiday linens, tableclothes, curtains, kitchen tools, kitchen& bath accessories. Deco pillows& some small appliances. For Christmas they have a section near the checkout for specialty gift items including boxed candy & pocorn, some imported beverages &home decor. You can easily sign up for coupons & mailers when you stop in to be sent to your cellphone or to your home.Their is more merchandise available through their (.com/jewelry) section and can help couples select glassware & other wedding related items& the bride & groom can makeup a registered gift list from the store always. Stop in& ask any associate to learn more detailed information at the store nearest you.

If you shop in-store they have very nice employees who try their best to make it an enjoyable experience, but the curbside pickup is extremely lacking so next time I choose to ship it to my home. Or go somewhere else regrettably like Amazon or Ebay

Clean place! Very friendly staff. Only down fall was i found an 8 qt instapot in the clearance. Opened it and it reeked off whatever the last person made. Also had food on the plug. gross ! Took it to the counter and she pulled it out and there was a massive dent in the side as if it was dropped....HARD! They said it was still 84$ no thank you!

Everything you could want and more! Perfect place to get my cat a new scratch stand and some new exotic coffee to try. From towels and beyond, they have everything! No fresh food but if you can sticker it and find shelf space, its somewhere lol. Definitely a unique experience.

Ive never been in one before. It was very pricey. I was going for cooking pans, but they were 10-30 dollars! I figured Ill get one from Dollar tree, not looking for something made of gold! Staff was really nice though.

I love BBB stores. Coupons are great and the way you can use more than one per purchase is a great savings. Theyre always ready to help you find what youre looking for. Their store aisles are narrow and crowded but they have so much to offer as far as inventory in the stores.

So sorry to see this store closed.

I think it’s down right dishonest that you tell people if they make their wedding registry with you that everything that’s bought would have a life time warranty. I just came from your store and was told that they “no longer” accept warranty replacements and that I would need to call the manufacturer. Well I just got off the phone with them and for the parts that they want to replace/charge us for it’s cheaper to go and buy a new blender. Worst customer experience and I definitely won’t be buying from you guys not to mention I’ll make sure I tell every person I know that you don’t honor your warranties and that you flat out LIE to your customers to get them to use you all for wedding registry’s.

My fiancé and I went here for our wedding registry. We had two employees assist us, Dawn and KD. Both of these ladies were tremendously helpful and full of knowledge about the products offered in the store as well as navigating the online registry. We had so much fun with the whole process and would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Their selection of fine made-in-China merchandise is decent, for a lower-volume Bed Bath & Beyond store, however, if a consumer needs to return something, he/she might have trouble figuring out where to stand. The design of the customer service area of the store is confusing and has no direction of where consumers are to go.Instead of having an organized line, there are boxes of merchandise with displays in the way, preventing any kind of order for customers to be corralled in order to handle their returns.The chance of accidentally cutting in front of another customer (who was waiting there beforehand) is high and may lead to chaos and negative verbal confrontations (because of the inept managerial skills and poor design of the customer service area)You might want to bring a security guard (and a baby pacifier) with you in order to avoid confrontational events, as people in this region are extremely confrontational and dont like to lose as they think that EVERYTHING is a contest.

Not gonna lie, I never shop here, but I was given a gift card, so I had to go. The selection and prices for what I was looking for were rather underwhelming. I hope I dont get anymore gift cards because it isnt my first choice of where to go shopping.
