Great service, my product works like a charm, and the staff was very friendly to me!!

Spoke with someone at the Medina location named Robert. He got upset with me and started raising his voice at my frustration. I was frustrated because I have called for 5 days now waiting on them to take my Tv and repair it (at my expense, of course) and I keep getting...we forgot.When I stated “ you can’t forget something that I call about everyday.” He began to raise his voice & yell at me. I will never give them my business again, 10/10 recommend going anywhere but here.

These people WILL lie to you. And they through hidden fees at you with out telling you. Unless you enjoy wasting money i highly advise not to go here

We were in a awful position we just moved and te first night we had to sleep on our box spiring of our bed let me tell you uncomfortable we both decided that we couldnt go wrong with the store in Medina, we were so happy to see a friendly face on the other side of the counter ready to help and end our misery Will went out of his way to make sure that we didnt have to sleep,without a matress.Will, you were a friend and my helping Angel the other day Thank you!!!!!!!Sara Riedel &Robert Brumfield

Was renting here for a while and all was good, then i brought back a laptop and the manager there threw a fit like a 4 year old, tone change and everything, so if your looking for a proffessional place to go, this isnt it, id try aarons

Employees are very rude schedule appointments and take all day to pick things up will never rent from them again service is poor poor poor
