Called and was quoted $2100 for a KFX90. Called again next day to verify this was correct before making the drive and was quoted the same price $2100. Needless to say, I showed up and they denied the price that was verbally quoted. Stated that was for a 50 even though they didn’t even have any 50s available! Took my business elsewhere. Not a good start for business for this new company. Unsure of what they have going on here but buyers beware!!

First time customer. Great experience so far. The staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. They will definitely help you out. Love the fact that they have storage you can rent for the winter. And I like that they help out military personnel. Just waiting to see the end result on price and maintenance. But I will be coming back to these guys for now on.

Do not keep promises. Was told an item would be ready at 3:30pm. Stopped at 3:55pm and still needed to get a signature from a person who had been there all day. Did not care that they were dishonest with me. Steven was actually rude and got loud with me. I hope the new owners are customer focused.

Great place to have some work done on your atv or bike. They changed the tires on my quad for a really great price. I just gave them the wheel, and the new tires and they were done in about 1.5 hours with them. Sam at the parts counter was very helpful with making sure that I got the right parts for my 09 Suzuki King Quad 750. Plus they were very helpful with the questions asked about a side by side.

The salesman Rick is a good dude. I couldn’t make it up the first time I said I could. He held onto the bike for ANOTHER week and set another day I could come. Needless to say it was one of the last KLX 230’s around. Overall good experience. Will definitely recommend him to friends even though it’s a farther drive

Bought my first bike from here. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me being a new rider. Steve was helpful in the buying process and even gave me tips on how to ride. I was browsing their website the other night looking at the inventory of Motorcycles and saw a 2020 Kawasaki z900rs cafe that they had for sale and decided to randomly put in a credit application online without talking to a salesmen because it was late and they were obviously closed.Well the next morning, Steven, from sales called me, which I missed his phone call but as I was about to call him back after hearing his voicemail he sent me a text, confirming I was interested in the motorcycle, making this very convenient for me.We spoke on the phone briefly and I told him I was worried I wouldnt be approved because I didnt have a super high credit score at the time, but Steven told me to rest assured knowing that he will go to bat for me and do his best to get me a lender.Fast forward a couple hours and Steven asked me to come in to finalize paperwork because they got me approved.I show up and they had my bike all ready for me, I signed my paperwork and hit the open road.What an easy transaction at a great dealership with hard working staff. What can I say about our experience except beyond exceptional- we were greeted by Steven, who was helping another couple at the moment but said he would be back shortly. He provided us with information to help us discuss while we waited, he came back shortly after and arranged it so we could test drive the Mule. We came back and asked a few more questions, took that info, went to lunch to make our final determination, allowed us to put a hold on the machine so we didnt lose our chance to buy that one since it was last they had in stock. Decision made, he handle all the financial transactions while we got the trailer situated to bring it home. It was so smooth, he even handled the paperwork so we could get on road home with our new Mule. Very smooth, pressureless and efficient deal with Steven and would recommend looking him up if you are in need of any machine. Very good experience.

The 5 stars is for Sam. I brought in my bike after an accident and am working with insurance to get payments and all sorted out. I was having difficulty getting the updated costs over to my insurance guy. Sam who I believe doesn’t even work in the service department stepped in and is trying to help me out getting this paperwork over for me. Unfortunately the service department is very overwhelmed right now, but once again I appreciate that Sam is jumping in and trying to help me out here.

My experience started with Lori Cucuzza. I called and spoke with her because I was looking for new dirt bikes for myself and my son. I asked her a million questions and she answered all of them with knowledge and professionalism. She was so incredibly helpful that when it was time for my niece to buy a dirt bike for her son, I told her to go to Roush. I called Lori again and asked her to help my niece navigate the process. She connected her with Steve and the whole process was simple and very pleasant!

Ive been a customer here for years My, but always just parts and gear. My first time buying a brand new bike last week couldnt have been made easier. I found the bike I was looking for on their website and hauled butt down to Rick Roush to snatch it up. Steve was running that whole place, taking care of a few customers at the same time. The guy was in the groove and was doing a great Oprah impression: You get a Honda Fury! You get a Dyna! You get an XSR700! He gave me an awesome price on my trade-in and got me in and out in no time. The whole experience was great and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and Steve.

So today I had an issue with my truck on my ninja 650 and once I arrive they took me immediately with the best customer service I’ve ever had especially at a bike shop. Not only were they fast but Chris the technician was phenomenal he saw the problem with less than 10 minutes and by the time I arrived he already had my bike fixed and I was on the road under 15 minutes. I was shopping at Rick Roush to buy either a new Kawasaki Concours 14 or a new Yamaha FJR1300.Steven Andrade was the Sales Associate who was helping me.I decided on the FJR1300, we closed the deal, and signed all the papers, including payment.Steve Andrake checked if there were any recalls on the FJR1300 and discovered that there were 2 recalls.One recall required opening the transmission.We cancelled the deal and then I bought the Kawasaki Concours (no recalls).Special Thanks to Steven Andrake !!!If I ever buy another bike, it will be with Rick Roush and hopefully with Steven Andrake.

Me and my wife went to Rick Roush Motor Sports which is three hours away to purchase a used 2016 Goldwing.Steven Andrade was our sales person and did outstanding job of helping us through the process to quickly get us back on the road for our three hour trip. I came in for my very first motorcycle and was met with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I left straight from work and got there just 45 minutes before they closed but the sales representative, Bones, treated me with kindness regardless. Not only did he make the buying process less intimidating, but he went above and beyond when I had trouble on the phone with my bank. While my bank was telling me that there was no way to raise my daily purchase limit, Bones was willing to talk to the bank and he truly stood up for me. After driving an hour to the dealership, I had already lost hope but he is truly the only reason that I was able to leave with my own Yamaha MT-03. Thank you so much Bones, I already love the bike. To anyone looking for a motorcycle dealer, I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

Very disappointed. Took in a 50cc Kawasaki ATV for carb fine-tuning...booked 1st appointment which was 4 weeks out. They tuned it well, but called to say the carb now leaked gas and a new carb was the only solution. They didnt even do the tune until 7 days after drop-off...a far cry from their 3 day guaranteed turnaround.So 2,3 weeks go by and I call back. Oh yea...your carb shipped today! Itll be here in less than a week and take a day to install. 2,3, weeks go by and I call. Yeah, sorry...not sure whats going on. Ill call you back. Never called back. Its now been another weeks...total so far is 8 weeks to fix or swap a $99 carb on a 50cc bike with NO communication except that which I initiated. Pretty disappointing!!

I called Roush in search of a certain size helmet in a specific model and finish. Nick at the parts counter physically checked his stock to verify he had what I was looking for. (Before I made a 45min. drive) When I arrived at the store, he helped me get a battery also for my bike. He explained the filling and charge procedure to me. Id go back to Roush for parts and deal with Nick again anytime.

I waited 3 1/2 weeks for them to get the utv I wanted when I could have gotten it somewhere else quicker... I went to sign papers and asked if they could deliver and they wanted to charge me $100 bucks...even after explaining i was loyal and waited...salesmen told me delivery guys get paid too...after I wrote the review the salesmanager called to make things right ...Rick Roush even called they both gave me their personal phone numbers in case I needed anything even though I gave my word to buy from another dealer....To say the least it made an impression on me and even felt bad for going somewhere else...But a mans word means nothing if they dont stick to it...

Well if I was going to be robbed I wish they would have used a gun! My wife and I purchased two 2009 Suzuki Bergman 650’s from the dealership in 2010. These bikes have been hauled all over the country since purchasing them but mine only has 3100 miles on it. With everything going on and both of us not being as young as we used to be my wife and I decided to try and sell them. So this morning we made the trip down to Rick Roush Motorsports where we purchased them. Before riding down there I looked on line at the current NADA Book which showed a trade-in value of approximately $2100 with average miles. I have to believe that a one owner bike with 3100 miles on it is well below average. We arrived and asked for “Bones” and he came to the showroom within a few minutes. I gave him the key and he walked outside to look at the bike and provide us with a purchase price. He came back in opened a hard copy of the NADA Book and then proceeded to offer us $1600 but since he might have to put a new tire on it he could only offer us $1500.00. The retail for the bike in the NADA Book is $3100 and with very low miles you could asked a couple hundred more. My point is why would you offer me less than fair trade-in value? I mentioned the low miles but he stayed at $1500.00. So we made the educated decision to bring the bike back home and we will sale it. I understand profit is important but we purchased the two bikes from your dealership. We financed them where the dealership made money and we purchased two extended service contracts where the dealership again made money. You would have been a hero and retained any of our future business had you made an offer closer to what this bike is worth. So my suggestion is look carefully at trade-in values as in my opinion they will try and low ball customers.

I have bought 3 bikes from here in about a years time and traded in two. First thing Steve in sales is the man! Down to earth and honest. Unlike most sales people he doesnt forget who you are always greats you and treats you like a friend. Second Bones is just as great have me a fair price on the trades and was super fast. Parts Jerry and the girl ( forgot her name sorry! ) are just amazing. Friendly outgoing fast and fair. They remember a face and always ask how is it going with riding Jerry also asked about my son and his riding. Service. Well I have only had one time I went to them and that was this week. Super friendly drop off was eazy everything went smooth. Only thing is that I think the diag fee was a little high but with amazing customer service like they have I would pay more happily. Walked in as a newbie and asked for help on helmets. Lady named Samantha helped me and was so very helpful. Helped explain different types and brands. Did not push me to get a expensive one, just one that fit right! Would suggest anyone looking to get gear to go here as they have a big selection.

Took my bike in to get speakers and lights put on it and Jeff went above and beyond. He did all kinds of professional custom work to make everything fit properly, come apart if I need to work on the bike. I am beyond happy with how it turned out and I would definitely recommend going to them with your bike.

AVOID if you think you might need customer service or warranty work because you will get neither in a timely fashion!! Excuse after excuse that will surely lead to buyers remorse. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

I took my 919 honda in to have a new chane put on .and talked to service advisor Noah .he was very helpful and polite. Come to find out the chain i supplied was to short. I bought my motorcycle here and the people I think were very helpful they have all Japanese brands and a few used Harleys and they sell motorcycle brand name cloths from just casual wear to protective jackets for the road.

So for a month I had a issue with my trunk on my 2019 ninja 650 bike and I guess some glasses and a hook fall were the latch is. Somehow my key was not turning so I brought it up there and Noah the advisor told me to bring it to the side of the shop and they will take care of it the best of customer service.

I was here because I needed a new helmet. Given the pandemic the stock may not have been on the best side but they had enough for me to be able to try on a few and find the right one for me. While there I was was being helped out by Nic, this guy was great I feel as though he went above and beyond to help me out. He answered ever question I had.
