Ive been here a couple times for service and they always try to do me right. So far, no complaints about sales or service. I do wish they had a better stock of ATVs.

I purchased my first bike (Indian Scout) from Polaris of Medina and it was great experience. I worked with Pao, who was professional and took the time to assist me through the process, from purchase to picking the bike up. Whenever I had a question the staff was thorough when answering, which helped my decision to buy the bike. I live two hours from Medina and being an inexperienced rider I was not going to ride the bike home. The closing process went smoothly and they loaded and secured the bike for me. They made sure I enjoyed my experience of buying a bike from them. Which I did!

I have went here for years but will not be going back. I had them repair rear bearings and a couple other maintenance items on my Scrambler 500 back in January. After waiting almost 4 months to get my Scrambler back I get it home to hear the rear end making a whining noise. I call to let them know and they said it was fine and it would go away. First time riding it this year and my rear end is grinding. I take it back and they said company policy that we cant help you...it is past the 30 day parts/labor warranty and it would cost me around $600+ again. They do not stand behind their work. Beware.

Band new vehicle warranty is only 6 months and even with extended warranty doesnt cover premature wearing out parts or really any thing for that. Quad is only 8 months old and had service done every 25 hrs of the 150 hours thats $250 every 25 hrs of use. Now they say it needs $1800 of work not covered by warranty. Not to mention you cant take the sportsman in water deeper than undercarriage or it fills up with water and stops running till you get off and remove the drain plug.I was very excited to buy a new atv and now I have serious buys remorse.
Working with Polaris Medina was an easy experience when buying our new Ranger. Our sales rep answered all questions and was helpful in suggesting and pricing accessories. Communication was fabulous keeping us updated on delivery and our machine arrived much earlier than expected.
We had a polaris ranger in for a first service. After trying to upsell us parts they asked if we were happy. My response was no (just being honest). I never planned on discontinuing doing business with them, I know every business has their mistakes. Now, they refuse to finish the warranty work and are sending parts back instead of doing the warranty work paid for by Polaris. Fine, fine people here.

This is my first experience with Polaris of Medina. I am the service manager of Schiets Motorsports in Fremont Ohio and we had an older Victory that had a serious running issue and none of Polaris shops close to me would or could help me out. I called these guys and their Service department was outstanding. They took the time to locate the scan tool that was so hard to find and we scheduled an appointment a couple days later and resolved our issue while we waited! Being in the Power Sports industry myself, this is The Perfect of Example of how to take care of a customer and keep them coming back! Thanks again guys and keep of the Great work!
SCAMMERS! They tried to sell me $1200 worth of 4 shocks to a 6 month old ranger with 300 miles that rides around a neighborhood. I told them you know that isnt possible, ends up that Polaris would cover it for free but they didnt mention that. Then when they asked if we were happy and of course we said no we werent happy about trying to be sold something that could be covered for free...... they then refused to do the warranty work because they dont work for people who bash us.Quite a pathetic company.
The whole experience was awesome overall.
Horrible experience spending $16,000 with. WILL NEVER use this location again. Should have went to Harley!! $150 prep fee for nothing performed. Bike had a security issue they were overlooking, battery wont hold a charge (they still let it sell). I understand why State 8 separated and removed their name from this location.
Love the service at Polaris. I wont take my bike anywhere else. Staff is great from service to sales and finance you couldnt ask for a better group. They all really care about what you need and do whatever they can to help you out. Thank you Ben in service, Poa in sales and Tommy in Finance.

Never again with this place. Bought a 2021 Polaris Ranger and found the day after it was delivered that it had a defect covered by warranty. When it was time to get it back the Service Department tried to scam me out of an extra 250 when they were supposed to be delivering a UTV to my house. And when I told them no they told me I had to wait another week which turned into 2 weeks. 3 or 4 different people there claim to be the manager on the phone and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I couldnt reach the manager until about 30 minutes after I opened a ticket with Polaris corporate. Then the real manager called and told me that they thought I was some other guy who got into a fist fight with the manager of one of their other locations. As if that was supposed to be some sort of legitimate excuse for what they were pulling on me. Their is something fishy going on at this place avoid if possible.
I live in the Columbus area and called a few dealerships in the area. The Medina dealership was the only one to return my call, so I drove an hour and a half from my house. They made everything super easy and my ranger was delivered earlier than they estimated.
Pow was great! I contacted him online he was responsive, and provided what I asked for. State 8 made me a fair deal even when they were the only one with the ATV I wanted, they contacted me promptly when it came in and offered me a reasonable deal. Thanks State 8. Very happy with my new Sportsman!

I was looking for a difficult to find machine. Paul was very responsive and helped me locate the machine. I interacted with several Polaris dealers in the midwest and southeast and Paul and Medina Polaris were far and away the most professional and the most helpful.
Went here to purchase a cruiser for my first bike. I had cash in hand, easy sale if I liked something. We were there for about 20 minutes before one sales person acknowledged us. None of them were doing anything, it wasn’t busy. Finally found a bike I liked and they argued with us about a test drive. I told them I won’t be buying anything without trying it first. Finally they let my husband jump on the bike but it wouldn’t start. They had to jump it because it was sitting for months. I noticed the bike had been dumped before, had a lot of scratches on its one side. I really liked it but we didn’t buy it due to the damage and the fact that they wanted $2k more than what it was worth. I ended up buying the same bike fully customized with everything for less than half of what they wanted. I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

Pao was a nice salesperson ....look him up if you go there....no pressure sales.
There were a few communication issues at the begin but Ernie the general manager is great. He resolved those issues with one phone call. Ernie is very customer driven and made sure I picked up my bike ahead of schedule. And though Josh needed to communicate a little more he was great too, very personable and friendly, and patient while you made your bike selection.
My salesman Pow was very knowledgeable and did not try to push me into a premium machine. He took the time to explore options with me and when I picked up my machine he throughly went over the ATV features with me.

Great place to buy an ATV. Fast and easy.
Ive been waiting on my four-wheeler for 3 and 1/2 months. I was told it was a 10 day a job. Mostly because of waiting on the company they use to bore out the head. They lost the bike, did not entered in the computer. Then I would call to find out if it was done and I got the runaround. After 3 months I was told the top-end was finished By the way, I had to call and now it needed two crank seals and I was told it was a one-hour job. I have now been waiting another two and a half weeks. Three and a half months I have not been able to take my daughters out for rides. I only took it to a Polaris dealer because I figured theyd be fast and professional and its been nothing of the sort.
Out of state purchase made easy. Being nearly 2,000mi away presented some challenges but Pao sent me additional pictures, videos, and answered all my questions. All-in-all great experience.
Not impressed with their service department. They had my bike for 3 weeks...no phone calls or anything to give me an update on its status. I had to call them twice. Both times I called them, their response was, We will call you back. But I never received a call back either time. Finally, I just decided to show up & take the bike. They told me my bike was just put on the rack. I explained my frustration & told them Id like to take my bike. They were nice about it. This is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars.

Service department did their job, but the employees all need to work on people skills. Been here twice and everybody seems like they are bothered. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

Worst service experience ever. Took my quad in for a new starter on 6-19-2020, just picked it up on 8-1-2020. The wait to get it done wasnt the bad part, but the lack of communication/professionalism was. In the month and a half they had my 4 wheeler I received 2 phone calls from state 8. Every other point of contact was due to my calling. They received my part Monday 7-27, and it takes them 5 days to do a one hour job, after it was already there a month. I called on Thursday and was told it would be done Friday. Think I ever received a phone call. Nope. I again called Saturday morning to check the status and technician was on town motor and told she would call me back. Did I ever get a call? Nope. I called at 3 (they closed at 4) and was told it just got done. My frustration is not how long it took, but the lack of communication/professionalism show here. I will never be back. Take your toys elsewhere for service.

Went there from Dayton to purchase a Can Am Spyder. Pao was fantastic. Always communicated well - as I traveled a few miles. I needed a follow-up and he took care of connecting with Service. I am very critical when it comes to customer service and Pao and his colleagues were tops!
Rude as hell zero communication about your bike you go in with one problem that is overpriced dealer labor and come out with a different issue please don’t go here or buy your bike from them I made both of those mistakes

Started out pretty good experience sales girl was no but really good. I feel upper management let me down didnt let me know the side-by-side I bought needed work done on it. Ask about price and sales the items for my side-by-side and never got an answer. Finance guy was awesome. I have to say they did deliver My side-by-side the very next day no charge.
Big shout out to Tommy at State 8. I drove four and a half hours from Indianapolis to purchase a used 2016 Harley Davidson Road King. Had a minor issue with the Harley as soon as I got home. Called Tommy and he went above and beyond to care of the issue without hesitation. I would definitely recommend State 8!
Its a great dealership, plenty of options to choose from. Staff was friendly, could be a little more knowledgeable instead of the um..... or let me look at the specs real quick also too, you cant start the bikes or test ride them..... makes no sense at all...they say because it will foul out plugs.....ok.....not sure if I will purchase from them for this reason. Im not going to buy a bike if I cant ride it first.

A friend and I both purchased Polaris Rangers through Pow at State 8. He was very knowledgeable and State 8 was easy to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I initially stopped in and just had some questions. Pow, the salesman was willing to take the time to talk with me and answer my questions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force a sale. I did not purchase my first stop in. I did call about a week later and we negotiated to a satisfactory price for me. We set a date and everything was ready on that date for payment and pickup. Easy and friendly to work with.
I have called several times and checking on the status of getting my bike repaired. I have been without the bike for 2 months now and i am tired of waiting for it to be fixed. They keep telling me they are waiting on 3 parts but how long are we going to wait? I feel like my situation has been overlooked for way too long. I would never recommend bringing your business here for repairs. (One star because the system wont let you choose zero.)
Disappointed that they dont have anything in stock besides customer orders waiting to be picked up. Went in to try to see a certain model before purchasing... 0 help there
Picked up my 2011 zx6r ninja from Pau. Even during the vivid fiasco everything was smooth and easy. The staff was great and so far almost 600 miles of therapy with no issues other than it needing a new battery. Definitely recommend shopping here. Thanks again State 8 Medina.
Purchased a 2019 Ranger this Sept. 2019 from Steve at State 8 Medina. I have purchased accessories since then. I also took my old 2002 Polaris 325 Magnum in for service for a low range transmission adjustment. Shifts easily now! Very professional staff in all departments. First class operation.

I recently purchased a new Camo Polaris 850 SP (Which I love) with a Polaris 3500 winch. The parts guy accidentally gave me the wrong winch. I called up to the dealership and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I received the right winch in a timely manner. Also the head light on the handlebars came loose but right away Ernie sent me a quick homemade video to remedy my problem so that I didn’t have to post pone my quad adventure by going into a dealership. Thank you State 8 for your integrity and a great experience.
I purchased a new Polaris ATV a couple weeks ago. That experience was very good, they found the machine I was looking for and the deal went down as planned. I just took my new ATV in today to have a winch installed. I CAN’T give a review for the winch install yet, so that is why I’m giving 3 stars for now. I will update this review when my ATV is finished.I’d like to add that the salesman Pow has contacted me a couple times to make sure I’m happy with my purchase which is a nice personal touch.
Walked into the store with my wife just looking at a motorcycle we saw online. Met with Lawrence the sales rep and he was beyond mega awesome!!!! After sitting on the first bike, he noticed we were not feeling the warm and fuzzies. We talked about what we were looking for, price range, and the purpose as to why we want a motorcycle. After looking at a couple of bikes we found the one we loved. He worked with us and made sure we were in love before walking out. It was wonderful and welcoming to the point we even bought some additional accessories. Please, when you go in; make sure to see Lawrence as he will be able to relate to you if you are couple looking for a cruiser.

Wasnt really impressed. I contacted them online about a bike on their website. We made all the arrangements over the phone or thru text. I had my bank ready to go. I had contacted them when they opened. They had ALL day to get the bike ready. We drove over a hundred miles to get there and the bike wasnt ready!. They said they would have it detailed. It was not. My bank closed while we were waiting. I hadnt even seen it in person yet. So, in order to take the bike home and not have to come back I had to go thru their bank, which the interest rate was double! Now I have to go thru the hassle of refinancing thru my bank. This should have been so easy since I thought we had everything taken care of before wed even left the house.Also, the bikes tires were over inflated. The ride home it was kinda squirrelly. Once we checked the tire pressure and let some out it handled fine.

At first they were great, but then when we got the bike for my husband the week b4 fathers day 2020 we asked them is everything good ? Nothing loose, my husband drove it home got about 5-10 mins from home and off went one of the side bags that was checked and on tight. So they took it to fix it and has had it for about 7wks we go to pick it up today & they said its ready we get here and have been waiting at least 30-40 mins bc they have to put the chrome on it ????? Whatt 🤔🤔🤔 u said it was done & that we could come pick it up.
Pow Hang was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. Honest guy. He even called me the next day to ensure I got home alright since it was a 5 hour trip home for me. I have never had anyone do that before. Way beyond what I expected. I would deal with them again anytime.
My experience buying my motorcycle from State 8 went well. I was nervous about making a purchase from out of state, my salesman Drew stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Which made me comfortable. My bike arrived and it was perfect, I got a good deal, and good service.
