That rarely happens, it’s usually the other way. In talking with Dave, the owner, he shared that they only charge true work time and not what is stated in the estimator data from the manufacturer. I am SO pleased with my experience at Burnt Rubber Garage! The guys are so friendly and answered all of my questions. I had my car looked over that I was thinking of trading in because I wanted an honest opinion on what to do. They itemized everything for me telling me what should be done now and what could wait and explained it in detail in a way that I trusted. My car honestly feels brand new and runs so well when before it was struggling so much that I had considered getting rid of it. Well, its pretty obvious that everyone loves this garage and I understand why after just going there today for the first time. Dave and his staff were awesome. They all seem like really good guys who just want to do honest work and have customers treat them with the same respect. Anyway, I had a bunch of problems from another mechanic who just wanted to replace every part in my car vs fixing the things that needed fixed and doing it right. Dave took a look at it and about 3 hours or so later the car drives flawless again. He showed me a couple of really sketches things the other mechanic did and he corrected those as well. I spent significantly less than what my former mechanic told me and I feel very safe driving my car again. So, yeah, there is a reason they have a 4.9 star rating. Its because they really do good work.

Great service and amazing people. Dave made a custom exhaust on my truck and it sounds great, and no other shops could figure out what was going on with my truck. It was clanking shifting from park to reverse or drive and Dave exchanged the fluid in my transfer case and my differential and it does no clank no more! His machine is real nice also! Dave and his team worked on my 1986 Nissan 300ZX I brought it then running on just a couple of cylinders I found a wiring harness problem found mass airflow sensor was bad And on top of that timing was off by one notch which they had to take the front of the motor to get to the timing chain to fix when I brought it home it still was not quite running right Dave and his team told me to add seafoam in my gas tank and run a full tank through it because the car was not quite running right I had to run car hour a day for a couple of weeks or more it finally started working good I can’t thank Dave and his team enough for everything they do and for such a great price way more hours was put into this by them then I paid for I would Recommend them to anyone with any kind of problem with your car

Just hand my 94 z28 Camaro in for a full exhaust from headers to the muffler upgrade . Im super happy with the work and the service. they came into some issues and with every issue they stopped and took the time to inform me of what was goin on . 10 out of 10 in my book will be back for other upcoming projects with this car

Took my husband’s Hellcat in for an oil change. While we were there I mentioned my Durango RT was running strange. Dave the owner asked if he could look at it. Upon opening the hood, he immediately diagnosed the water pump was ready to blow up. He was able to get my truck in right then and replaced my water pump. Could have been a disaster if Dave hadn’t looked at it. Of course the Hellcat continued to purr like it should after it’s oil change too. So performance car or everyday driver, Dave works on all of it. We couldnt be more pleased with his work, timeliness, thoroughness and of course price and professionalism! BRG has our business!!!

I very rarely take my vehicles anywhere to be worked on. But if I do, Dave at BRG is one of the few places I take them to. Always had a great experience and no bs. If youre in medina area and need repairs, I recommend you stop in and see him.
