First time customer. Four tires, new electronic valve stems, and alignment in less that an hour. Professional and quick. I was able to use their website to accurately determine my tire size. After that the website also mentioned the promotions for each brand. Then I was able to set my appointment AND given the chance to pay in advance or in store. All so easy. I will definitely return.

The mechanics and team were kind and polite, were honest about what worked needed done on my car and didnt pressure me into anything i didnt want done.The mechanics are great guys and they did a great job getting my car fixed and running the same day as I brought it in.

Most professional ntb I have ever been to. I had two bearing replacements, four very hard to deal with tire mount and balance, and control arm bushings in a half a day, and at my budget. Nick and his staff knocked it out of the park!

I scheduled an appointment to have 4 new tires put on and an alignment. No phone call to let me know my car was ready. Im driving to work and my car is shaking bad. Take it back and Im told that they will take a look and see if they can figure out what the issue is. I drop my car off at 8 am and at 2 pm they are just putting my wheels back on my car. Turns out the guy who put my tires on the first time put them on backwards? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!??? The same tech,(Im using that term very loosely), was the one to correct the issue and was not happy about it. I get it home and find that ALL 4 rims are now damage, and the vibration is still there. There is curb rash on one wheel, scrapes and missing paint from several spokes on the rims, and pry marks on each rim where the old tires were removed. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I call corporate and get an appointment at another ntb to have my car looked at AGAIN. Turns out they never did an alignment on my car. The tech also noticed all the damage to the lip of my wheels from prying the old tires off. Very unprofessional!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Do not take your bmw for an alignment here, honest terrible review 3 alignments later, steering wheel is still leaning left

Good place for new tires today

Went for oil change, tire rotation and top off fluids. I watched them not complete anything except oil change through window. When I brought it up to them at payment the service manager and other guy told me back tires were 3/32 and being front wheel drive they were better on back. I watched them not even check them, it was a lie to cover them. It’s a 2010 Explorer rear wheel drive truck, they argued that it wasn’t. I think I know my truck. I took it straight to my friend at ford dealership after and they confirmed tires were 5/32 and it was rear wheel drive. He confirmed my hunch and said they ripped me off and just didn’t want to do the work. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!!! Scam artist! Now I have go pay somewhere else to have tires rotated and buy bottle of washer fluid. I hope the owners can hire new honest employees with actual management training. Mike basically just shrugged it off as not his problem and argued with me instead offering fix it.

I would recommend NTB in Medina to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. My go to from now on!

Ive been taking my car to NTB in Medina for a couple years now. Mike and his crew are dependable, honest and hard working. Ive never had an issue with the service and the turn around time for my cars service is always great, definitely check these guys out if you are in the Medina area.

Needed a tire swapped out for a vehicle with a cracked rim. They did it while I waited. Always go here for all my tires. They always treat me good.

Needed air in my tires and none of the gas stations worked, the employee opened the bay door and checked all 4 of my tires and did the same for another lady. He didnt have to help us but was more than happy and verynice. Thank you very much!!!

Im from out of town and was having tire issues. Didnt know how I was gonna make the drive back home, especially since it was already getting late and most places were closed. Went to NTB and they diagnosed and fixed my issue within the hour; Im very thankful for their service and store manager Nick Dietsche. This Medina NTB store is an excellent place to go for service (Batterys, Brakes, Tires, etc.) I have always had a good experience with this store. I find that NTB spends more time servicing your car properly than trying to play salesman with service and parts you dont need. I needed brakes. They took me back and showed me what I actually needed replaced. Honesty is what you will find at this Medina NTB. Mike Pfeiffer is an excellent service manager. I highly recommend this store for your auto service needs. My car was fixed and I didnt leave the store broke!

Went to NTB for the $19.99 oil change and tire rotation. Made the appointment, intending that my son would take the car there for the service and handle payment. When I saw the charges in the afternoon, I noted that the charges were $55.76.I had spoken with the shop in the morning considering the circumstances (my son would be bringing the car in and not me) just to make sure we were on the same page. We discussed the vehicle (Honda Civic), we discussed cost ($19.99, though the staff member told me it might be up to $24.99 but not more - considering fees), we discussed the work that would be performed (oil change and tire rotation).Given this level of communication, I am disappointed in this outcome. Apparently they upsold my son to a synthetic blend. Authorized work? I suppose. But not what was expressly discussed with the car owner in an extended call that morning only a few hours before the appointment.All I can say is trust is the coin of the realm and mine was undercut. For those in the Medina area like me, who want to do business with those shops they can trust invariably and feel good that the work they had discussed would be done for the price discussed, my experience is a relevant data point. I wont be back. I cant do business like that.

Went in cause my check engine light went on. Hooked up my obd scanner to my car and it said that cylinder 4 was misfiring. Took it into them and they said it could be a coil, original estimate for service was $248. They worked on my car for 5-6 hours pulling it apart checking every part. Nothing seemed to help so they put it back together and everything was fine (maybe a loose wiring or something finicky). With that being said they could’ve easily charged me the $248 and I would’ve had no clue if they put a new coil in or not. They did not charge me anything for all of the time they put into it. Very honest!

I bought a set of tires there. A few weeks after purchase I get a flat tire. The store manager worked with me and was able to help make everything right. Thanks, NTB!

Tires were a good deal,it was buy 3 get 1 free on Cooper tire. Had sent son there with truck to get tires before going back to school. He was not asked and did not request a wheel alignment that vehicle did not need!! But on the bill was $90 + tax for wheel alignment. Free tire disappeared into the bill in a hurry. Shame on me for not being more explicit when setting appointment. CHECK YOUR BILL WHEN DONE!!

I will tell you Mike and Mike the managers at this store..are the BEST! They got me in asap as I needed to be and then they found some very fraudulent work had previously performed by Mr.Tire...(who I may add is just awful and very dishonest)...and fixed said work...so these guys rock and hooked me up and I would recommend NTB Medina any day.

Its taken an hour and a half so far and tires still arent rotated. Had an appt, I was early, one worker said truck could not be lifted, now it is ...the only way I would come back is at gunpoint. The tires are from ntb to boot, just not this one. Budget the whole day for added oil change?

Came in on a Sunday and Mike pfeiffer did an awesome job getting my truck in and out with some new tires!

Took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. They didnt do the tire rotation due to some wear on my right front, and not knowing where the wheel lock key is (its in the spare tire compartment, with all the other wheel tools, where it should be). Tried to talk me into, and quoted, an $880 repair for CV boots ($30 part). I was there an hour and a half for an oil change. The staff was friendly.

They have some extended hours that might let you sneak in for an alignment or other service after work. Kinda pricey

I have been dealing with this NTB for several.years and always enjoy visits there..The manager Mike is great and always very accommodating..the technician Chad in the back is great too.

Really helpful with choosing good tires for my budget and quick with replacing my damaged tire.

Horrific. 5 visits for a new set of tires. First time was over 2 hours to put on tires. Second time was same apointment when they sent ME to OReillys to get wiper blades and bring them back for them to install bc they were out of my size. Third time same night was when TPMS light came on on the way home and they tried to tell me that was normal but I insisted it wasnt and went back to find they had mounted the tires on the wrong rims without TPMS. More than an hour later they finished. Driving to work the next day, hubcap came flying off. They bought aftermarket one without logo and replaced that. Then TPMS kept coming on. Every four days I had to put 8 pounds in my tires. I drive 1-1.5 hours each way to work. He sent me to Conrads to have them checked and tried to tell me it was normal due to temp change. I called to get in after lost air again. He said they didnt have an appointment. I told him to make one. Here AGAIN to try to resolve. Got 50% refund after I called HQ who sent me to district manager bc all the manager was willing to do was give me a free oil change. As if I will let them touch my car again! Turns out they didnt clean the rust off the rims and the rim was bent but they mounted them anyway and the bead didnt seal. These tires have been taken off 3 times now.

They did anything they could to scam a penny from me. Never use this place they make ignorant remarks when you ask for work and they do whatever they can to empty your wallet.

They have always treated me fairly, plenty of coupons and deals if you look on their app or website.

All the guys at Medina’s NTB are top notch! Most definitely will be a returning customer.

Went in for a set of new tires last week, after a call a ahead to ask if they were to busy to get me in and out. I was told to come on up no problem. When I got there, no one was at the counter. Stood around for a while listening to who I assumed was a customer getting work done chit chat, while I patiently waited to be handled. After the guys finished there conversation of at least 10 mins one of them walks around the counter and asked if I needed some help..... I did but I would rather spend my money else where after feeling insulted. You sat in a lounge chair and finishied your personal conversation while you watched me waiting at the counter. You didnt even greet me when I walked in. Bad business.

They accidentally pulled my dipstick tube out and did not tell me I got on the highway and car spewed oil everywhere the manager tried to help but the oil change techs there just must not care I would not go there again or would I recommend this place to anyone

Got tie rods replaced somewhere else and they didn’t give me an alignment, came to NTB and Mike Pfeiffer stayed after hours to make sure it was done.
