I have a new phone, and Ive been having a lot of problems with it.....both getting it to work correctly and learning how to do quite a few things on it. Both Andrea and Marissa have very patiently spent a lot of time with me over the last four days. I couldnt have asked for help from any more friendly, positive, or knowledgeable representatives. Because of them, I am very satisfied with Boost Mobile. Thank you.....and them.....so much!!!

I always dread going into the store when I’m having problems with my phone because I rarely ever have a good experience. I’m happy to say that this time that is not the case. Not only was Andrea very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my phone, I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with my problem solved! Very grateful for her help, I could tell that she truly cares about her customers!

I had the best experience here!!! The greatest friendly staff!!! Shaun was so patient trying to activate my new phone it took him almost an hour and a half and never once got rude .I had my two young boys with me and they all did amazing keeping them entertained. Shanane and Jordan went above and beyond keeping my kids busy and being so friendly and not getting irritated with them,even the owner at one point played with my boys. Amazing customer service and kind hearted people definitely will be going back if I ever have another problem!!

My wife and I came in to change our service and phone to Boost. Our service agent was Andrea. We could not get our service changed to Boost but Andrea fought for 3 hours to help us. She was hung up on 7 times while we were there for 3 hours. I would give her 10 stars but I can not.

So i stopped in here after being in the Brunswick atore MULTIPLE times, trying to get my phone fixed. Came to this store in Medina, and worked with a young man named Brandon. He listened to my problem, asdressed it professionally, and had my phone working in 10 minutes. This is the best experience i have had in a boost mobile location ever. I would reccommend this store 100/100 times.

Their AD is baiting in OfferUP. They dont have the phone in stock and just post the promotion deal. They just said that they couldnt order the iphone 8 plus.
