I love the staff here. Theyre all sweet and never mess up my drink order.Only coffee ill drink is a frappe and the breakfast tomato basil sandwich is always hot and ready to eat. The chocolate cake pops are delicious according to my toddlers face afterwards.The line is pretty speedy as well. Not much of a wait to get a coffee and sandwich and get to work on time.

The morning crew of this Starbucks make my day so much brighter. Such good customer service, always a positive attitude, and they always make my drink perfect!I cant express enough how much I appreciate them in the mornings and how much they make me feel ready for the day. Such good people!

I’m giving 5 stars to the employees who work here for busting their tails to accommodate huge influxes of people.But to Starbucks Corp, 0 stars.I was here a few weeks ago waiting for a mobile order and the mobile queue was absolutely insane. I’m talking 40,50, maybe even 60 slips came out in the time I stood there. I was ready to step back there and help them. I really think corp needs to support these stores and either auto turn off the queue, or give the team the power to do so.People over profits. No wonder they have a “now hiring” sign practically the size of the building in front.Thank you Medina Starbucks team for your hard work and composure that day. I nearly lost mine and I don’t even work there 😂😂

So I came in on a Sunday and apparently even tho there are 4 baristas “working”, no one can take orders inside. Drive thru only and app only orders…why only do it one day a week if it’s for covid? And it didn’t seem like a staff shortage since the 4 people there weren’t doing much when we came inside. I wish I could’ve given them my patronage but they said no and refused to give me service.

The barista that my my drink did a fantastic job. My daughters drink looked like amazing, a work of art.

This location needs to work on there customer service skills and the speed in which they serve. I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes and received no apology when finally reaching the window. When I brought up the wait time to the employee I was told ( in a snarky tone) that they were very busy.I said I understand that but 25 minutes is a little excessive. She then crossed her fingers from both hands together and rested her head on her hands and asked in a condescending voice, if I wanted to speak with a manager....Very rude. I wont be back to that location anytime soon.

I have never been more impressed with the service. I believe the gentlemen’s name was Cody. He was running the drive thru and while waiting for my drink he didn’t just shut the window and look away, instead he sat there and talked to me and made the wait so much shorter by keeping conversation. He is by far the best barista I have ever met!! I went in the next two days because his service was so great and told many friends to go to this location due to his service! Great job Cody!

For the last two or three years they have made my drink wrong basically every time except for the people who transfered from the medina rd store. Today they made my first drink and second drink wrong. Id rather drive the extra distance from now on. They used to be so good.

Need another solution to drive thru and the line was in drive thru 25 mins 8 cars ahead of me and 5 deep behind me. Asked for extra caramel only and got ex whip cream in it to which left barely and coffee still love my Starbucks drink though lol

The workers were rude about me having my mask under my nose (i can’t wear it for long periods of time due to my anxiety and other medical issues) and all of the workers had theirs under their noses. so i’m just confused. I had a mobile order and i was waiting for it and someone else came in and the employee helped her and completely ignored me and walked away, until five minutes later when i was still standing there. would not recommend, very annoyed, spend your money elsewhere.

Normally great but today they gave me my vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it had zero vanilla sweet cream in it. I asked to have it fixed the girl rolled her eyes then said yes and brought it back and it still had no sweet cream in it. So I paid extra for nothing.

I always enjoy coming here after a long day at work. Finn and Chase and awesome shifts! Cody is absolutely hysterical and makes my day so much better. My beverages are always good. Rachel does a good job on bar; she is newer, but she gives her best effort and is a great team member. She should know she does an outstanding job. Oh, did I mention Cody is funny? Overall, best crew is vintage Medina!

I was in the parking lot changing my daughters flat tire and one of the awesome girls pop their head out the window and tell me they would like to buy me a drink.they came outside and gave me a nice warm drink as I was shivering in the snow...how awesome to know that theres such good people working here in medina! Never have any of the menu items. No sausage egg and cheddar... take it off the menu if you can’t keep it stocked. It’s that simple.

I come here almost every day and the staff there are absolutely wonderful. Theyre pretty much the reason I continually visit this location, even though there is a closer one to my residence. My order is always perfect.

Always quick and friendly. Ive seen the staff here knock out a 8 or 9 car drive thru line in seemingly less than 10 minutes. Theyve never messed up my order and always make my drinks with the same quality.

I love Starbucks drinks, although they are pricey, they do taste delicious. If you want them made right, Medina is the place to go. They make it just like the advertisement looks. From whipped cream to the little chocolate shavings.

The coffee is great, of course. The service was very cordial. Most importantly, there are sufficient numbers of tables and chairs to sit down and get work done. Plus the music didnt interfere with work.

I love going to this Starbucks. When I go I usually just get the Dark Roast of the day. The service is friendly. It is just a good place to go and relax, drink a little coffee, and listen to the music.

The staff at 5 am is very hostile to the Latinos. Especially if they are going to talk about a client by the microphone. Also the group in the afternoon are very sociable and friendly.

A realised later as we discussed the situation, that the flies in the case did not effect the food being sold.They also took our literature to read and then make a decision whether to fund our cause for the CAP program of Medina.

Went there first thing this morning, lady was very rude.... her name was Debbie. I ordered a peppermint mocha latte she rolled her eyes..... she didnt say good morning, didnt say thank you.... I got outside and it tasted TERRIBLE, I threw it right in the trash! It tasted as if I was drinking coco powder...... ugggg my kcups tasted Better than the garage she made.....I have tried to see if I can let Starbucks know but know way of emailing them..... imagine that.....

Location is not 24 hours. Staff is cheerful and friendly. They do their best to make drinks to preference. I tried a blonde roast while I was working on a school project and the first make was too strong. Got a free refill and the barista reduced the strength. Still a bit too strong, so he tried again, and it was perfect. Hes remembered me and my drink ever since. The atmosphere is nice, but, like all Starbucks... It is frakking cold inside, no matter what.

They had four employees, which is plenty. Unfortunately they were all very busy taking care of the drive thru customers and ignoring the inside ones. I had a hard time getting waited on. Its very frustrating to just stand there and wait for a long time.

Mixed feelings about this location. They dont serve a lot of food. they have some bakery items and the panini for lunch and I think oatmeal. The place is very clean and workers have nice attitude if nothing wrong happens. I had ordered a skinny drink, which was not made skinny. the worker got a bit of an attitude about it. I heard him say to another worker, She didnt order it skinny ughh And saw him roll his eyes etc. Was not professional. Otherwise has been very good but I prefer the Target Starbucks service besides them not accepting most promotions.
