I asked for an evaluation of a broken laptop. They provided it quickly and explained clearly what needed repaired/replaced. When I added up the total, repair was more than the machine was worth. They had some laptops for sale at reasonable prices. I chose one and asked to have more RAM installed. They did it while I waited. The machine is great, just what I needed. I am very happy with the service and the purchase.

A few Christmas’s ago my son was 13 1/2. He wanted to order all the computer parts necessary to build a gaming computer. He got his part list and instructions from a YouTube video. All the parts were from Amazon. After he received all the parts he carefully followed the instructions and built his new computer. He installed Windows 10 and everything worked. I was impressed. He then decided he needed more FPS and better graphics. He couldn’t get the née graphics card to read so ordered an upgraded motherboard. This wouldn’t read the graphics so a new CPU. After working on it for months we took the box and all the parts to Astro. They spent a few days putting it together, installing all the necessary software and made sure all the LED’s were lighting up. The computer finally worked the way my son thought it should. This was over a year ago and it still runs great and looks great. I would definitely suggest doing the research, purchasing the parts from Amazon then drop it off at Astro to build it. Makes for a great value on a high end gaming computer. He can do homework on it also.

I dropped my computer for work off they informed me that it needed a new motherboard. The backed up everything to a new faster computer and when I got it home it was like it was the same computer. I was so happy I did not have to do anything with but plug it in thanks for the great work.

Astro Computers is great. I use them for my business. Whenever we have a computer problem they always get us back on track. I recently had them install security cameras and they are working perfectly. I highly recommend Astro Computers, especially for small businesses in the Medina area.

This place is EXCELLENT. They know what they are doing and communicate very clearly what they can do for you and how long it might take and cost, etc. I needed an emergency overhaul on my laptop and they were incredibly helpful and efficient and assuring. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go back!

I went in looking for a hard to find cable for a power supply. And they had one . the sales women and the guy were very helpful and very kind. I will be back for more stuff.

Cliche alert! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have been using an old computer since 1998 for order entry of our printing/promotional product business and when it crashed due to a mother-board malfunction, they were able to salvage/transfer our unique software and all the old orders to another computer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful company to work with when we were having issues with our router. They came out same day and it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them in the future.

Dont waste your time. The woman working in there is extremely rude and wont help you at all. They sold us a $400 laptop that doesnt work for more than 5 minutes. We tried to have it fixed or replaced and was basically told youre out of luck.

The hard drive on my lalaptop crashed. They replaced it with a solid state drive, upgraded my operating system, and returned it to me within 36 hours. I would use them again for all my PC needs. Their great.

I couldnt be happier with the service that I received here from the staff, went in with damages to my laptop and within 10 minutes the technicians had fixed the issue and my laptop is once again working great, very professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with any sort of computer needs.
