I always go to Staples to buy Antivirus software for my computer because Staples always seem to be the cheapest especially when the Antivirus software is on sale. The people that work at Staples are always friendly and very helpful.

Ive been going here for years. The employees are and have always been very helpful. The products of the store have always been quality and long lasting! Not everything is cheap, but you get what you pay for! Office supplies done right✅

Treated me like i was going to steal stuff. could not wait to get out. manager was rude and cashier did not want to answer my questions.

The Medina Staples is very clean & organized. I was able to find most items. I had to ask a staff member where to find 1 item, he was so helpful (& offered to help me find the printer ink i needed but i found that). I will definitely be back!

I bought some permanent markers yesterday got home I didnt realize there were three different sizes in the package took them back today exchange them for some other ones. The girl was very nice at the register.

Not one person in the store asked if I needed assistance. Had to go up to customer service and the person walked me to what I was looking for. Person at the print center was very helpful.

Looking for a particular desk chair. An associate offered to help me and informed me it was in the back. He brought the chair from the back and put it in my cart. Very friendly and courteous individual. Great experience!

I had a very pleasant experience here with the printing services that were provided by Tom in the Copy and Print center. I had called the store multiple times for questions and design help via the online business card builder to get something printed last minute. Tom was both incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the extra time to help me use the front that I liked from the website while bringing in a design for the back of the card Id made myself, all quickly and easily. I will use this establishment again, if only for the wonderful customer service provided. Thank you Staples and Tom for the great job!

Ran in after the store opened. Had my list in hand, found everything I needed, checked out with everything I needed. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

I usually always pick Staples over other office stores. I usually find everything Im looking for and I find unique stuff too. I like the fact that I can drop off my depleted ink cartridge for recycling.

The Staples copy & print center either does not have their act together or are not staffed well. I went in and requested 1 copy of 2 different documents I had stored on a thumb drive. It took roughly 45 minutes for them to ask me a clarifying question regarding my print job even though I was in the store. Two things for people wanting to print here: send in your documents electronically, and choose a different store.

This is a good place if you need something now. They have a big variety. Their prices for what I needed were more than double what I could purchase them for on amazon though.
