I took a package in 10 days before Christmas. To be delivered to the other side of the country. Two days later, it was delivered. Crazy, wonderful service. Two young people working behind the counter were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They knew what they were doing and got me back out to my car in quick order. Great service. Thank you!

Overcharging people way more then other stores. Ask around and you will see that it’s a ripoff. Each UPS store dictates their pricing. Franchise owners can be crazy so you’ll find that if you goto any of these owned by them. Goto a store that’s fair and reasonable.

Taking packages here on a Saturday never get picked up or scanned in until Mondays! They must have no driver pickup at all/ That sucks if you sell online and want profits asap!

Love The UPS Store on Medina Road! We have rented a mail box from them for years. Great customer service and friendly people. They take packages, mail and UPS things, and interface with my clients to give or receive packages for me. It is a wonderful office experience.

Very slow service. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to do an Amazon return, which takes literally 10 seconds. I stood and waited for 20 minutes behind a woman mailing 100 things for eBay and there was only one employee behind the counter. Ridiculous. Go to the one in downtown Medina if you can.
