I auctioned a car on Bring a Trailer. Barry purchased this vehicle for one of his customers. I had never auctioned a car nor had sold a car to a private party--I have only traded cars at the dealer, so I was bit nervous as to how this transaction would transpire.Let me tell you, Barry made this transaction very easy and worry free. The auction was complete on Monday. Barry called me and walked me through the process on Monday afternoon. He wired funds into my account on Tuesday morning. He scheduled a auto transport service to pick up the car on Wednesday. Wednesday evening the car was packed up and on its way to its new owner.I have to say the process was easier than any dealer experience. Thanks Barry!

I was a little hesitant at first buying from a small dealership but I am so glad I came to Medway Imports. I had been looking a while for the car I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. When i called to ask about it, Barry told me to come on in and check it out. Everyone there was pleasant and Barry helped me with all the paperwork needed for my bank and insurance as this was my first time financing a car. He also advised me to sell my old car instead of trying to trade in with them, telling me I would get more money that way. The whole process was no nonsense and fast. The exquisite design and performance of European vehicles requires a special mechanic who cares about attention to detail. I can always trust Barry and the service team at Medway Imports to take care of my Porsche and keep it looking new. On my last visit, I got new tires and my rims refinished, and they even spray painted my lug nuts for me so that the wheels looked brand spanking new when they were placed back on the car. Its rare to find a shop that treats your car as if it were their own, but Medway Imports truly respects your vehicle and gives it the attention it deserves.

I have recently discovered Medway Imports. With my last two vehicles being BMWs, it is hard to find a local, knowledgeable, professional repair facility. They were fantastic, and very patient with all my questions! I plan to return soon for regular maintenance.

This was our first encounter with Medway Imports and my wife and I could not be happier. The sales process was quick and easy thanks to Barry who went out of his way to accommodate us. I would like to start by saying the sales associate was very nice and did not pressure anything and was great to work with. Now for the upsetting news, when looking at the vehicle I noticed the rear shocks were blown and brought that up in the sales, nothing could be done the price was as is and wouldn’t replace shocks. Then after purchasing the new to me vehicle the RI inspection was not complete ( I understand this dealership was in mass and I live in RI). I then had 5 days to complete the inspection. I took the vehicle to an inspection facility to find out the brakes and rear shocks needed to be replaced to pass the inspection.

I feel so taken care of by Barry.

Have gone here numerous times to service my GLA250 and will keep going back for all my servicing. They do great work and offer a huge savings compared to going to the dealership. Barry was professional, honest, and personable as always. Him and his staff will provide exceptional service and attention to detail that surpass any dealership where you feel like just another customer. Best of all he will never try to perform work on your vehicle unless it is 100 % necessary. He even walked me out to the car while it was on the lift and showed me where work needed to be done. Not to mention 1/2 of the price of the dealer and a free loaner car! All parts are OEM! Very happy! Highly recommend!

Barry and John saved us from a bad fate by diagnosing the problem with our SAAB very early one morning after it died on the Mass Pike at 5:30 the night before. Though the news about the SAAB was bad they did everything possible to get us back on the road (they rent trucks, and we had a trailer load of moving stuff to get to NY). Great guys to work with.

Purchased two Jeep Wranglers here - price and trade in offer were spot on with no hassle at all. Very knowledgeable, and the one time I had a problem with one of the Jeeps they knew what was wrong right away and took care of it.

Rip off artists that overcharged for a simple tune up almost 800$ and they couldnt even be bothered to put the correct spark plugs in her Jetta. Even after I went in and asked what exactly they did to the car. Suffice it to say 6 or so months and 1k later and the dealership fixed the problem. Stay from away from these con artists.

In looking for a used Porsche Boxster, I visited Med way Imports to look at one offered. Though I did not ultimately buy my new toy there, I met Barry who gave me his time and experience and made me more comfortable in taking the plunge with a Porsche. When it came time to needing some work done, I felt comfortable in going back to Medway Imports. Barry became my service psychiatrist and gave reassurance that such things happen and the problem was diagnosed and repaired. He charged the same labor rate as our local mechanic who regularly works on the Honda, $95/hr. instead of whatever the Porsche dealers charge. I will certainly bring my Boxster back to Medway Imports when it next needs work. Until then, thanks Barry.
