Ive used several other shops in town, as Andy doesnt work on Volkswagens.. but Id trust him over anyone else in the Medway area to do fair, honest work.Will give you an honest opinion, charges very fair rates for labor & doesnt nickel and dime you, wont accept work he isnt comfortable doing. Relatively quick turnaround.

My family and I have been using andy as a mechanic since I was a child. He does quality, honest work. He doesnt upsell you. If you ask him to do just enough work to get your car back on the road, he will. His prices are more than fair and if you become a regular he has lower rates for that too. Hes not a talker, but he gets to work as soon as he can and calls you with all the information you need. Stand up guy.

Called and asked to have a few things ( Wheel Bearing) looked at, Andy said I do really feel like doing that, call some other place. I would never take your car there.

This guy is a loser. Doesnt want to do anything you ask. He reset a my engine light and tightened a bad wheel bearing and sent me on my way for the bearing and engine light to go bad the next week. Never go there.

Rude. when I asked if they could take my car for an oil change today they said no, and then hung up. Didnt event try to reschedule. Guess they dont want new business.
