Good prices. I like how they remodeled the store. Friendly staff. Slow checkout if its packed store but be patient because they are doing their best.This location carries a wide variety of items that other chains dont.

People that work there are always nice. Its right by my house. Quick in and out unless I bring my girlfriend. Then we are in there for ever.

My son and I made a quick stop at this store on Easter Day. He went his way, I went mine. He was PROFILED by your employee. So uncomfortable, he PAID and waited outside!! I WILL be contacting the DISTRICT manager and go into more detail. We were only there 20 minutes!! My son STOPPED me from going back in to SPEAK and confront that employee!!

The employee are very nice and helpful. The one on wickham road and Lakewashington.Its also the cleanest one I have been in.

I was very disappointed. This is a dollar general I shop at regularly. But based on todays customer service experience I will not be coming back. I was in metro PCs buying a phone. I had to use the restroom so the lady told me go to Dollar general. And literally 10 min before me a lady with 2 kids just used the restroom. I politely asked the cashier for the key. He had a complete attitude and told me its out of service. He didnt want to let me use it. Iam 8 months pregnant with a bladder that felt like it was about to burst. This was Saturday January 2nd around 11am this occurred. I asked him how was it out of service when 10 min earlier a lady with 2 kids used it. The fact of his attitude and not wanting to let me use the key is why I will not be returning.Its not his store he acted as if he owned it. Treat people and customers better!

Love this location. Its a major time saver and money saver for me, never packed, so you never feel crowded or rushed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to my home. The biggest plus is they have the best digital coupons of any store I go to. They have awesome deals, that match up and are cheaper than any competitors, but its the easiest app as far as digital coupons and the website over all is user friendly. 4.6 out of 5 for this specific location!

I enjoy coming to this store. The staff is friendly and always very polite and helpful. Its usually always stocked with everything me and my family need. They have great prices on most everyday items.

The reason Im giving Dollar General three stars is based on their horrible website, Android app for shopping and digital coupons, and the second app to scan items in the store. I signed up for the digital coupons and store coupons using my laptop and installed the DG app and Scan app on my Android. When I shopped online, added items, clipped the coupons, NOTHING transferred to the Android app shopping list. I had to enter all the items again on my cell phone app. The digital coupons were not there. I spent the $25 to get the $5.00 off but since the digital coupon did not load, was unable to get the discount. They have another app you can use to scan items from your cell phone to find the price and add them to your shopping list. The time it takes to prepare a shopping list, add the digital coupons, and use the in-store scan features are not worth the time it takes to prepare to shop at the store. The savings at Dollar General are good when buying sale items. Signing up with DG using your phone number to check out does give you additional savings. The store was in need of additional employees and I think Dollar General does not hire enough people to ensure products are displayed correctly with prices clearly marked. This is not the fault of the people currently working at this store. They were great. This is an issue with Dollar General. Hire more employees! And fix your stupid multiple shopping apps to merge with each other.

Male clerk claimed not to know what a digital coupon was and that I must have a paper version. Obviously poorly trained. Store has been a mess the last few visits. Go to the one on Parkway Drive. MUCH cleaner, employees are kind and knowledgeable, and they know what a digital coupon is!!

They dont have a couple things I would like, but no biggie. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The guy there was super rude because I was taking pictures of a few things for reference. He said it’s Illegal to take pictures of the store or in store. If it’s not allowed, there is supposed to be a sign stating so. He talked down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I worked for DG. You can take photos. Never going to this one again.

Cashier was very patient with me... left money in van to get it. When I apologized she said dont worry about it with a beautiful smile.

The first hour of the store being open for seniors is not being followed. 8:02 am and the store was picked clean with 20-30 year old with carts totally packed. The manager said he had to let everyone in. Greed? Stupidity? Non-compliant? Yes, all of them.

They have alot more items in stock at this dollar general ppl should give these stores alot more credit

This DG is nice and clean. Fast friendly cashiers. Smelled very fresh when I walked in today. I was at Walmart and their greeting cards are $5.67 each! So I went to my local DG, I bought 4 cards (American Greetings) for $1 each. Its always worth the trip

Walked out today, had just started shopping and my 12 yo son had to use the bathroom, new manager would not allow it. Aint got time for that, will shop somewhere manager doesnt have a bad attitude, btw, I shopped here regulary, $50 to $100 a week.

I went in as I needed fabric softener. They have great prizes on cleaning g supplies.

When I asked for the bathroom key the cashier by the name of jaime threw the bathroom key my way and went on talking to someone that she had already cashed out. While talking she had a line all the way back to the greeting cards, not cashing anyone out. Not paying attention to anyone in line. Rude rude rude! Also her appearance was highly unprofessional.

My cashier and the other staff I encountered were very nice, no complaints!

Although we are in the middle of the beginning of the virus the shelves were disorganized and items were all over the floor in every aisle.the lines were long and their were only 2 employees in the entire store both running register that being said they were very upbeat and friendly smiling and laughing with customers
