I will be cancelling your top of the line spa this week if someone cant show some backbone and be accountable. Bought a spa from spa king which this company now is. No one will call me back to fix it.. I have a 5 year warranty theres not one thing I can do about it from the manufacturer. They told me I have to go through the company I bought it. Guess Im SOL

I purchased my hot tub from what use to be Spa King ( the company Aqua Living now owns, as I was told by Michael who I spoke to on the phone) about a year and a 1/2 ago .The heater in the hot tub is not working, the hot tub is Ice Cold . There saying the warranty is only for one year. As you know, hot tubs are you cheap and one year is a joke .***Buyer Beware***If I were you Id go somewhere that offer a better warranty, and wont leave you high and dry .

Fantastic Service. Went in there about a month ago with an interest in getting a hot tub. Rick was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Since I needed to first install pavers before getting the hot tub, they held onto it for me for the last 3 weeks until my pavers were done and then installed it at my convenience. Great service from start to finish, and he has been extremely easy to get ahold of via text for follow up questions.

I bought a jacuzzi from the spa king 2 years ago. I had a great experience and the sales person Ben, was absolutely the best. He didnt try to push an expensive spa on me. Instead, he listened to what I needed and matched me with a spa that focused on the areas of my body that always ache. Two years later, my spa still helps pummel my painful knots away and relaxes me completely. I really appreciated the help and expertise of Ben and highly recommend this establishment.

We stopped in at the Spa King a few months ago. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful.Today we went to the Spa Expo at the Melbourne Auditorium, very misleading. The add made it sound like there were several manufacturers there, but there was only, Master Spa. I read their reviews on line and it seems many customers question their integrity. Been wanting to put a hot tub on my back porch for as long as Ive had a back porch, but I could never justify the purchase. Well- Ive come into some money and its been burning a hole in my pocket and I remembered my dream to have a hot tub right outside my back door. Quick google search led me to Spa Kings website... I was very intrigued. A dusty warehouse you say? Didnt need to hear one more word. I drove down there and lo and behold, the rumors were true. This is like Disney World for adults... adults who want really nice hot tubs at way better prices than you thought you could get a really nice hot tub. I was greeted by a friendly fella who I cant remember the name of right now. But he was truly kind and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted because I really had no idea beyond a hot tub that I could fit about five people in. So he showed me several different options (who knew there were so many options!) and I never felt rushed or pressured which I really appreciate. Sometimes if I feel pressured to buy or they give me the sense that they have better things to do than be in my company, I will just leave the store! See how they like all their free time theyll have without me dirtying up their carpets and breathing their precious air!!! But, I digress... So this nice gentleman helps me pick out the perfect model of hot tub. Measure your space beforehand! I had to run back home and measure. They have a guarantee apparently that would have covered me if I measured wrong but who wants to go through all that hullabaloo. They delivered it to my house and set it up for me and the process was nice and painless. So far Ive had two great parties and I was so glad to answer my friends questions of how I acquired such a nice hot tub... little do they know how inexpensive it was! Okay I actually had to tell them because I love sharing when I save money! If youre in the market for a hot tub- or even if youre not, go check it out. Youll probably end up wanting one anyway! Just wanted to share my experience with the Spa King. I recently purchased a home in the Melbourne area which came with a hot tub that was purchased at another local spa superstore in 2016. I noticed a big leak in the hot tub, it has completely drained out . I called the superstore first who told me they would not allow the warranty to transfer and Id need to pay for any repairs, with a minimum of $150 just for the service call.I looked for other spa repair services online and came across the Spa King. My first contact was with Benjamin, i called on a Saturday (of course leaks happen on the weekend). Benjamin was so helpful and kind, trying to help me find the problem. He then suggested i contact Spa Kings repair people. I next encountered Ricki, who was very professional and scheduled me promptly. Barry came and fixed my hot tub within 3 days of my initial call, for cheaper than the Superstores service call. Im very grateful to The Spa King and their employees. Really great experience! This is my first spa, and I really had no idea what I was looking for. I went to several showrooms, big and small, including Spa Kings Port St. Lucie location. I found exactly what I was looking for at the Melbourne location and couldnt be happier. I actually spoke with Jim in Port St. Lucie and he happened to be in Melbourne when I was there as well and he really made the whole process of buying my first hot tub easy. When it was delivered, and I had it hooked up, I had some questions on how it was operating and Jim sent someone out to make sure everything was working properly, it was -- my questions on the operation were from lack of experience on my part not the operations of the spa! I liked my spa so much, and dealing with Spa King, I sent my sister to them and she also bought one -- though from the Port St. Lucie location. As a first time buyer, I can highly recommend them -- not only on the product they sold me, but on the services and followup they provided to this newbie to the hot tub world.

By far Benjamin is the most knowable non-pushy sales guy around! I shopped in Melbourne looking for a new hot tub under $8000.00 went to several places only to see stripped down brand-names spas with very little bells & whistles until stopping by Spa King on Wickhan rd. They had 4-5 tubs that fit my budget and he explained why they buy those brands, whats was the difference between 110v and 220v not to mention we placed the order and received the unit the very next day. On 6/25/18 I drove to Melbourne from Deltona to meet with Jim who I had spoken with several times via phone and email. We had discussed I couple of spa options, but I had somewhat decided on which spa I wanted. I meet with Jim and we ended up spending a couple of hours looking at, and discussing the features a variety of spas. After seeing the spa that I thought I would purchase, I decided I wanted to have a larger spa. After wavering between several models, I decided on the Premium Leisure LE 850 because I didnt want to wait for a Premium Leisure 742 to arrive from the Manufacturer. While the LE850 was $1000 more, Jim gave me a great deal to offset the cost between the two models. On 6/26/18 the delivery crew arrived with my new spa after a 2 hour drive from Port St. Lucie. There was only one problem. Neither Myself or Jim thought about the location of where it was going in my sunroom. An unpleasant surprise we wouldnt be able to get the spa into the area. This as the skies opened up with a deluge. I called Jim and explained the circumstance. We talked for a couple of minutes and had the crew return the spa. Jim then sent me a couple of videos of the other spas that I had considered. I called Jim back a little while later dejected about having to return the spa. We spoke for several minutes and discussed the options. I decided to opt for a new model spa that Spa King had recently brought into their company. (The mfg. date tag inside the spa read that it was manufactured on 6/12/18) That was a Catalina Armstrong spa. This spa was less expensive than the original spa. Jim promptly refunded the difference between the spas, even though there was two deliveries that he had to cover half the cost of. The Catalina was delivered the next day by Chad, who made quick work of the installation and set up of the spa. I am extremely pleased with the Catalina (and the service of Spa King) and have used it at least twice a day since getting it running. I had looked at other spa from other Dealers who were higher priced and less Customer orientated. I wouldnt deal with any other spa company in the future. Work with Spa King and you cant go wrong.
