This shop was amazing to us ! Left my car like new! Nick even showed me how to self park my own car because I didn’t know my car could do that. Such amazing staff friendly receptionist. Will highly recommend !

I went in this morning because progressive sent me to get my vehicle fixed. As I’m speaking with receptionist about how long repairs and all would take Nicholas approached me and answered all my questions not only that he took my car to the back and fixed the (damage) it seems like it only needed to be buffed out and all this time I thought it was a major deal and it turns out it wasn’t and it was an easy fix. Super happy with the services very respectful and fast or express job done.

The work that was done to my vehicle was fantastic! Very professional and kind front staff. Everything was great despite with the problems going on in the world with back order parts they always kept me informed.

Super friendly and efficient people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Used to work for a company that did towing for Gerber, every location I went to was always professional, good with their service and just recently fixed the wifes car under insurance. Less than a week repair time and everything is great! (Edit: Originally put 4 stars accidentally and had to change it to 5 :))

I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Looked brand new when I went to pick it up. Also it was repaired a week earlier than estimated.

Took a month for my car to be repaired!!! I kept getting text messages with an estimate date of completion just for them to tell me that it wasn’t ready. They eventually told me to not pay attention to those messages because they were inaccurate. Never going there again.

The staff is VERY helpful and polite. They are professional and quick, they worked with my schedule and gave me a pleasant experience. I would 10/10 recomend and am coming back for future repairs.

They did a fantastic job on my car. My side mirror was broken off and the door was damaged. 1,2,3 I was able to get an appointment to drop the car off and within a week they ordered a mirror, door, and painted. They called to give me updates which I thought was very nice. I couldn’t believe what a great job they did when I went to pick up my car. You would never know there was previous damage. Again what a great job.

Well some of you must to be very lucky in my case they have my car for more then ONE MONTH and still not finish to me that is to be very unprofessional, and make think that all they wanted is the money, that is have no respect for customers so i hope that at least my car get fix the first time and dont have to go back.o by the way it is labor day weekend and because of that my vacations got ruin, i will never recommended that place to nobody

Sorry late review summer 2019, damage exceeded value of car, due to poor Car inspection condition report. Usaa wanted to total vechile out for 200 bucks! So I read report! Everything was check poor or warn Which was incorrected, Had it reinspected by Communitcating with Usaa and Gerber Collision & Glass manager. It was found car was never check properly because vechile was unaccessible!! The staff had the keys while I sat in lobby!! I got the Car was repaired. Note that I can only go to a location my insurance approves, saddly it was this one.

Dropped off my moms car for some repairs and had a great experience with the curtious staff and great work done by the techs. My moms car looks brand new that we were so impressed I dropped my car off for repairs! The whole staff from the General Manager Hubert, the CSR Gina, the estimators, techs, ect.! Amazing job well done! They kept up with the status of the vehicles. The communicationknowledge and care was excellent! Id definitely come back again with this great staff at Melrose Park!

Does a nice job on your auto and they dont take anything that doesnt belong to them from your auto.

I called hoping to get an estimate and was on hold for 15 minutes. Eventually, decided I could be calling other places for quotes and decided to leave a voice message instead (pressing 1 when prompted to be transferred to voice mail). The mailbox was full and I couldnt leave a message. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
