The only place I take my cars to. They do great work the staff is very nice. They also did the Soundsystem on my slingshot. I would recommend them to anyone

I took my Toyota sienna for interior detailing they ask for $180 which is fair, when I check the van they did a good cleaning for the seats and the floor mats and the carpet, which is I give them 4 out of 5 for the floor and the seats. But they missed a lot of interior places such as the gloves compartment they didnt clean two of them the cup holders and my windows it has shims to hold the glass, I found it remove and fall on the floor, and the mirror the cleaned one and missed the passenger side, when I show them all these details they tried to clean it in front of me which is too late for them to fix it, after I checked out for this reason I rated them three stars.for the detailed I received from them it just worth only $120.

Bought my 2 year old truck to get a full exterior detail. Cost me $400. The overall job came out good but if you’re looking for a detail oriented job then you might want to look elsewhere. Came back twice for them to remove excess polish compound all over the trim. For $400 this should have been a spotless job and unfortunately it wasn’t. Would I give them a second chance? Yes, but I would have to be an extremely picky customer at that point.

5 star hand wash. The washers and detailers take their time with your car. Get there early before they open and wait. Trust me, its much better than getting there after they open. You will wait more than hour if you do.

They helped me get my car ready for a photo shoot. Amazing service! If they miss something dont be scared to say something theyll be more than happy to correct it. Very impressive being under $30!

I took my car there and I paid 24 dollars and it does not look clean at all. A real waste of money. If you want your whole car actually cleaned then DO NOT take it here. My car still looks the same way I brought it. Absolute terrible work

The service is not what it used to be. Ive been a customer for at least 15 years. I have noticed a decline in service for a few years and its at it worst. I paid for a deluxe wash and it is obvious that my interior was not wiped. Dust remained on the dashboard, etc. The time before there was a visible black mark on my driver door that came from the car wash. I had to bring it to their attention and then they wiped it. The car never smells good anymore after being cleaned. Its as if they are only vacuuming the rugs/mats. Other customers were complaining while I was waiting. Very disappointing. This was my last visit. Ill be trying different places and I do not recommend Windy City Auto Spa.

Don’t go to this place at 6:45p.m. because they’ll make you wait 10 minutes in line ONLY to tell you they are closed and can’t take your car… Change the hours to 6:30p.m. If your employees are that eager to close down early.07-02-2021 REPLY to your reply: There was never a sign.... Overall a good experience. First time there and the Supervisor had to tell one of the employees to hit my wheel locks but of course he told him he did it already so the Supervisor had to do it himself. The Gentleman who was wiping the the car off was AMAZING. THANKS

My second time in this car wash and the experience gets worse each time, the owner their is very sensitive and rude, when answering any question asked, I felt threaten by him today, he has a big male ego, and does not know how to treat customers, my rugs were all soaking wet! Including me! a bad job done all the way around. Poor service! He needs anger management. Also the employees do not have on mask, and not one sign up regarding any COVID safety or concerns, But then leaves people sitting in the car while the vehicle is completely being washed by is employees. Not once informing you in advance, he should not take so many car at once, if it’s a safety concern of his, regardless of situation he does not have the right to treat customers poorly! So unprofessional.

My car got hit by a plow (thanks village of Franklin Park)...and Windy City Auto Spa gave me my baby back, she looks absolutely perfect! They’ve been my go to for regular car washes forever and now they’ll be my go to for body work. And yes they redid my tints too ❤️ Please check them out! They’re great guys to work with & super reasonable. If you’ve ever been in my car you know I keep her brand new at all times, and it’s because they keep her beautiful!

This was an very interesting encounter. I see their sign outside their business stating $129 for detail cleaning and engine steam clean. I asked the asked manager how much will it cost to detail clean inside, steam clean engine and wash the outside of my car. The manager says $180 due to the pandemic price has increased. I said ok. It’s about 1:15pm and the manager informed me that my car will be ready at 6pm and he would give me a call when my car is ready.I come back early at 5:20pm to pick up my car. I was looking forward to my car being spotless for the price $180.Well, unfortunately it was not worth paying $180. The reason I say this is because I use to wash cars myself for 5 years and I use to manage a detailing car wash business. And not to be arrogant I have worked my way to corporate level positions in healthcare, hotels and restaurants. From a business stand point their quality of service of work was below standards. As a business owner myself, I recommend not using this service.I was very disappointed,1.) The Detail clean on inside was not good. I had to point out and ask the guys who supposedly cleaned my car why is it dirt still on inside doors and dashboard and outside mirrors etc.2.) Engine was not thoroughly clean or steam cleaned like he said. I had to ask them to wipe down areas I pointed out that was dirty.3.) Did the manager do an quality clean inspection when my car was supposedly cleaned/detailed?4.) For $180 your car will not be waxed or polished. There is an extra charge for it.5.) For $180 your inside detail clean will not include shine clean with armorial, that will be an extra charge for it.6.) Before I seen my car, the cashier asked if I wanted to leave an tip. I laughed and I said, um I haven’t seen my car yet so I’m not sure if I should leave a tip. That should have been the first sign.. Wow!!! Lol!Be careful, it feels like it’s about making money and not about providing quality service. It’s best to get a regular car wash only.Once again I was very surprised the quality clean of my car was not good. I should have went by my first mind and took my car to an car detail cleaning place that I usually go to that cost much less and do better work than this place.This review is to help the business do better in areas that they are not great at. Customers that come to your business know quality service. Don’t test their intelligence thinking that they are not aware or don’t know any better. Trust me customers see right through you.Don’t risk it just to make a profit by not doing quality work and not providing genuine service.There are a lot of businesses trying to stay afloat due to the global pandemic.When you provide quality service and you are genuine about the service and information that you provide them. I kinda feel like I was ripped off. I called the day before Christmas Eve and asked if they would be open on Christmas Eve. They said yes, so I asked what the price was going to be. They said they didn’t know I would have to bring the car in. I thought that was kind of weird but I still brought in my car. I went in on Christmas Eve at 730am and asked how much to have just the inside detailed. They told me $180! I said isn’t that a little expensive? The guy said that’s what we charge but he could do $160 and they’ll make the outside nice. This was a Christmas gift for my wife so I just had to go with it. I said I’ll be back at 4pm. They call me at 1pm and say the car is ready and I need there by 230. I was told they would close at 5. I told them I couldn’t get there til 330. So they said they would have to leave the car outside. When I went to pick up the car nothing was done to the outside beside a car was and tire dressing. Engine was still dirty. So with tip I paid $181 to have to interior cleaned and I couldn’t ask anyone questions at time of pickup. This place just makes up prices and takes advantage of who they can

Sorry I’m not usually a “Karen” but today my boyfriend and I were shockingly exposed to the setting at this location and if I could give 0 stars I would. According to our experience, service was unprofessional. Employees were seen distracted in the vehicle, goofing with one another causing minor damage such as scratching and breaking things in the vehicle. The service we asked for was a simple car wash, imagine the things they do when we’re not around. Would love to put trust in handing over my vehicle and not unnecessary stress whether they’re treating it with respect or not.

Paid $50 and my car was still dirty even exterior!!!You would better go and wash your car by yourself.

Windy City has an awesome car wash system. However I ordered rims and tires and the customer service was mediocre at best. My rims came in and no one bothered to notify me. My tires still havent come and its been almost 3 weeks. Never again

I had a complete detailing on Friday 10/9 when I bought my truck home I checked underneath the hood and it was wax everywhere they didnt take the time to double check to make sure everything was okay, Im very disappointed 😔

My car has never looked this good. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. I brought my ‘85 Corvette here and was literally stunned by the time they were done with it. With just their standard inside and out wash they were able to get years of dirt and grime off of my wheels to the point where I didn’t even know my wheels could look like this. I’m very interested to explore some of the other services they offer such as engine cleaning and detailing. I was surprised to learn that the even refinish wheels and do custom interior installation. I’m supremely satisfied with the quality of work they provide and will continue to go to them in the future.

The worst car wash in my life, never come back

The detailing was good, but was not happy that at all with my side view mirrors had smears on it it as well as the windshield. For the price I paid, I expect better than that!

Got there at 7:30 exactly. Waited over half an hour in line to get my car wash. No one was there. Cars weren’t moving and there was a long line. Super unprofessional if they say they open a certain time.

I recently moved and was tired of driving 20-30 minutes to my usual car wash place. I pass Windy City every day on my way home from work. Finally decided to give them a try. I picked the deluxe wash and the car came out great! Granted I always keep my interiors very clean. When I got home I found maybe 2 water spots that I quickly took care of with a towel (no problem). My usual place always left a lot of spots so I was really surprised when I got home. I was also surprised that the tire shine didnt fling all over the paint from the quick drive home (again... The other places tire shine would fling all over the fenders). Anyway 5 stars from me. Now I know where to go when I need a wash. Ill definitely visit Windy City again. I like to keep my cars clean. You have a repeat customer for sure.

Your car will be clean. It will be cleaned quickly. Somehow, the wash is much quicker than the wait. Oh, you will wait. If there are three cars in front of you while youre outside, youll wait 45 minutes. Youll be satisfied with the detail that they manage in such a quick wash, it is worth the price, but that wait time is worth a star. P.S. the leather treatment smells like leather, and I will be back often. Hopefully the queue will speed up, I cant imagine what its like at busy hours.

Hubs took my car to wash. But......he does a better job himself. They did not vacuum properly floor or seats.Not the first time. We will be glad to take our cars and money elsewhere.

After waiting about 45 minutes in line to get my truck washed it was a disappointment to see the results after they missed a lot of parts on the vehicle they were dirty went back and spoke to the manager. Manger got a spray bottle and start spraying and and wiping it down they offer to rewash but had to wait another 45 minutes or more.To me the places over priced and overrated you get better results at a delta sonic and less expensive

Took my car a couple weeks ago and they did a good job on the deluxe wash. Took it yesterday for a shampoo and wash they did an OK job on the shampoo but it didnt look like they even washed my car because there are still bug guts on the front from my traveling and the windows are not clean at all. You figured you get a shampoo they would wipe it everything else down....I honestly do a better job myself. They could 1 star for the job they did last time and 1 star for cleaning my seats.....Probably wont go back.....

Amazing fast an detailed service

I have been coming here for the past few months. They always take care of me and do an amazing job.

After 1-1/2 hour waiting for my car, when they finish (deluxe wash) I got it with dirt marks everywhere, when i ask the manager if they can clean it, he said that were marks and they cant do anything else, when I got home I was able to clean it with a wet towel just great,,,, I will never go there again

After procrastinating in getting a much-needed car wash, I decided to check out this place. What specifically brought me here is that I liked the fact that the staff hand washed the cars. Despite it being a busy day, Black Friday, I was able to get in and out within less than 45 minutes. I personally believe the prices for a Basic Car Wash along with an upgrade is very affordable considering the services they provide with the packages.

I bought the deluxe wash, my back window was half dirty from inside, also I saw a lot of dust inside still on the doors, they should put more attention instead of playing around like I saw!

Exceptional attention to detail!!! Was referred there from a friend and exceeded every bit of expectation i was looking for. Purchased tints and received a wash for my truck. Tints installed within an hour and cant find a better price within or out of city limits. Even the washes, for whats included, are at least 10 bucks cheaper then anywhere else. More bang for your buck plus very social environment. NO BRAINER!

This business has done nothing but annoy me. I was recently egged and I came to Windy City Auto Spa from a recommendation from the company I work for. After paying $75 and leaving a tip (I saw it was hot and they were busy decided to be nice) they claimed that they wet sanded my car. Which was a pure lie they did nothing but give me a regular wash not even a wax. The eggs did not come off and theyre still visible. I came in and the manager offered to pick my car up from work to fix the problem which they have yet to do! They promised me this twice and I am still waiting on them do give me what I paid for. Terrible business to work with.

Went here for the first time 12/9/18. Bad service and overpriced. Service by the person directing traffic and taking payment was horrible, he was rude waving his hands like he wanted to fight his customers with a chip on his shoulder. He had a White baseball cap on. Not many cars ahead of me outside and yet the wait was very long just to get in the building. Blocked in the way they manage their traffic so captive customer at that point. Once inside I ask for the options for a wash with tire dressing and the same guy again says it’s either 24 or 27 had an attitude takes the payment on their credit card machine and just walks away without a word after me swiping my card. The inside of my car and touch screen was left dusty without wiping and the rims looked dirty after the wash. I picked the higher wash option and could not tell. I hope this guy is not part of the ownership here and someone needs to educate him on managing a business and dealing with customers. With service like that, don’t expect to last long or have repeat customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.2/7/19 owner responded 2 month later saying they know how to deal with customers......OK ......2 months later, no thank you. I won’t be going back.

I drive BMW 7 series, today was last day I allow these guys to wash car inside. If you drive luxury car this is not a place to come. They deserve 3-4 stars. For outside wash. I asked the guy(wigger) nicely to clean the driving wheel he used chemical spray directly to leather, and never cleaned. Its like you go to a restaurant or fast food place, this is fast food drive thru....

Took my car in there for complete detail, payed 129 dollars. All it was a decent car wash. Engine was simply sprayed with water and a quick 1 minute last minute wipe, sorry I for got to tell guys to do it Issa said . I though is was supposed to be steam cleaned and detailed . There was water dripping everywhere in trunk, door trims, mirrors, moldings, under car. I would have been happy if it was just a wash. But never expected that to be an supreme detail. Very disappointed. Never will be back again

Took my car for the 1st time and i will only take it again if they were not too busy, my rims were like if they never washed them plus they guy who actually clean them, did some scratches to them. I think the boss called em over to clean em again because he notice that they were not clean, the guy actually only clean that specific rim and left the other 3 so dirty. For what i notice their staff was probably new guys cause i saw to main guys i believe the ones in charge of the place that were teaching them how to use the equipment. Prices were not bad but service was ok besides my rim being scratch.

Not a lot of bang for your buck!! $26 can I get a little admiral with that. I could have done the wash they gave me at a drive thur for $8! topping on the cake was when washer guy told me how to get the two drops of tree sap off of my windshield. Thought to myself why am I paying you guys?

Horrible experience this car wash is a joke I took my chevy tahoe 09 to get a complete detail it looks like they just washed it with water and soap. Dont waste your time or money and go somewhere where they actually do what you paid for. The owner in is a joke and has no care for his customers.
