Great place to go! The employer Antonio and his coworker are really respectful. I was running late to the store and they let me in despite it being after closing on Aug 26. This is the only auto parts I go to despite there being several in the area.

Sam was perfect in every way. He found my part with ease, and installed it in my vehicle within minutes. Definitely recommend him and this store!

Wow! The customer service was top notch. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I typically go to the auto zone that is closest to my house, but the rep by the name of Tony went above and beyond to assist me and others. He was so pleasant to interact with, that Im coming to this auto zone from now on after such a wonderful experience. Keep up the phenomenal job Tony!

If I could give this location a zero star I would. Came here sept 29 and young African American man was very rude. Asked for brake light and he tells me to get it from aisle number 2. Was confused and could not seem to find it and he was very rude and didn’t offer helping. Afterwards two older Hispanic men who had trouble speaking English were asking him for help. Of course they don’t speak perfect English but they were trying their best and you could clearly understand somewhat of what they were saying. The young man told them he was not going to help them because he didn’t understand them.you could tell he was having a bad day but That does not give him the right to treat people this way . I hope something is done about this situation .

I went in for a new battery in the melrose park location and I was helped by a associate name Sam. He replaced my battery and he gave me the best customer service. I will recommend this location to everyone.

Im a local and come here all the time I asked for my discount and the guy didnt even bother to ask me for an email phone number or pin I know the procedure and have receipts to prove I know what my discount is he just gave me a 10% to get me out faster and attend other customers poorly. Guess its a personal issue and they get annoyed doing discounts for students. Im now gonna have to drive extra to find another AutoZone that has better customer service.

This is my GO TO auto shop. LOVE the products and the lifetime warranty on brake pads I get here. Awesome and friendly staff have come out to assist with basic things like wipers and headlights in the past. Great tool rental program. Usually always have what I need right away or within a day. Highly recommend.

Im not use to the service I received at this location. I went in for Wiper Blades in the middle of a snow storm and some air freshers. The employee found the best Ice Resistant blades for me, she put them on for me, and she notice my Veterans Card.She called the manager over and said give my customer the military discount please. Wait what, you did all that and still gave me money off. Its good to know that establishments are focusing on customer service again.Im sure they have a culture of excellence at this location.

Great service here! I stopped in on a rainy day and the counter offered to install my wiper blades because I have no idea how to. The world needs more employees like Angel!

Terrible service. Waited in line for about 5 minutes while the 2 employees behind the counter completely ignored me until they completed whatever they were doing, which simply looked to be straightening up the place. Either way, a simple acknowledgment of my presence and a Ill be with you in just a moment would have sufficed. Then when he was ready, he simply looked up and have me a look like Can I help you? we actually saying that. Good thing I was able to read his mind or that would have been awkward.

The guys there are so helpful! One in particular, I think his name was Gus. He not only helped me change my brake light but he taught me what he was doing too!

Walked in, was greeted right away. The manager was very knowledgeable about parts and helped me find everything i would need to fix my problem. Even offered to go outside and give me a few pointers. Other workers that passed by me asked multiple times if i needed help. Overall great, would definitely recommend this location over any other location near this area.
