Love this dealership.

My friend had to take her car in to be serviced they accommodated her with another car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Edited my review mainly because since my friend bought the car she has had issue on top of issues and has yet to get the situation resolved or rectified. Proceed with caution and really check out the car and if need be possibly bring your own mechanic to check it out

I was pleased that the technician advised the tire had a nail go through it & it needed replacement. I like taking necessary precautions for safety.Tire was ordered. I returned later for the new tire.

Melrose Park Al Piemonte Nissan location was visited Jan 24th regarding Battery trouble when my car wouldnt start. I had purchased a battery last year Feb 2017 with 5 year warranty but had to get it jumped. They refused to give me a replacement battery because the jump boosted dead battery and they say it tested good. Very dissatisfied Customer and do not plan to patronize them again. I will go further although they are near my neighborhood.

I have a free car wash, sometimes the service is very fast and sometimes very late. But while you wait you can have a coffee ☕ or expresso, also a hot chocolate that is delicious for free ... your popcorn is also free but now because of the covid19 I think this courtesy is not there.
