This is the BEST Jiffy Lube in the area. I have never had a problem with their service and the more I have them do the more I appreciate this location. They have always been professional and honest with me. Ive had multiple oil changes done here, they did my brakes, and most recently they replaced a knock sensor and oxygen sensor. No more check engine light and I passed my emissions test. These guys are awesome!!!

I want to say Thank You!! To the team here at Jiffy Lube that did an amazing job replacing My headlight light on the right hand of the passengers side. The cost was decent. I had been to two different locations and they were charging me wayyy more than this Jiffy Lube did. Saying they had to remove a bumper. I was like what. So I thank you and the team here that were able to put my light in without saying they had to rebuild my entire car at the bottom. Much appreciated I would go here again in the future. Thank you!! Started using this location last year and now I wont go anywhere else. Theyre extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always go above and beyond!

On my way hone from work i decided to stop and get an oil change, after they finished i get in my car and go home, and thats when i saw the front of my car and saw the damage as you can see in pictures, the oil residue i can clean, but those paint scrapes will cost, i went back there and all they said is we looked at video and we cant see it being done, but the employes where leaning over there without putting any protection on my car, usually they put something to protect car but not this time, the car is a 2020 with 10k miles so im sure the damage was not there when i drove in.......and its a big coincidence the damage is where they have the oil residue and where they leaned.

Fast, in-and-out, and what I liked most is that they did not try to up-sell me. Showed me the car filter (slightly dirty) and said replacement was up to me, it was my decision, no horror story about what was going to happen to my cars engine if I didnt replace the filter.

Service here was great. Prices are fair and they vacuum your floors and clean windows. While you wait there is delicious popcorn to enjoy. The assistant manager(Gerzon according to my receipt) was very helpful and every employee was professional. Best jiffy lube experience Ive ever had in my life! Ive been to jiffy lubes all over Chicago and Ive never been treated with such kindness and respect, not just at the front desk but ALL the employees. Fast clean service and a free car wash coupon for the wash across the street. I will be coming back for all my service needs!

This is a quick place to get a quality oil change. I wouldnt look for anything special, I would just look to get the job done with a good group of guys. This isnt the cleanest auto shop, but I do like the way they get to your vehicle really fast.

Quick Professional Service

We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super friendly service from the guy who held the door open for us when we arrived to the courtesy air freshener at check out. We also enjoyed a cup of coffee and some tasty popcorn. I have already recommended this location to a family member, I was that impressed. :-)

Even the photo on this website is not what the jiffy lube looks like. Melrose Park my local location, So very convenient but service was horrible. Needed brake light replaced. They put in wrong rear bulb and told me both of my headlights were also out. I asked them to show me the headlights and only one headlight was out. Then they told me after they replaced the one headlight the other one went out. In the end, I left thinking everything was fixed. Only to discover nothing was fixed. I still had a headlight and now rear passenger light out. The manager on duty was not helpful. He treated me like how dare i question their work. After asking several times, he finally said they replaced the wrong headlight meaning they replaced the good headlight and also put in the wrong bulb in the rear! Horrible service today!

I called ahead and they said they could change my oil without wait.When I arrived they took my vehicle right in, and after a short wait they brought it outside - it was all done. They even applied an in-house discount, I was very pleased with the visit.

Great and quick service

This place got worse over the years due to newer employees not knowing how to run a business. Their customer service is sloppy and they are not respectful even after the mistake was made on their part. A customer before me had a big argument and waited 40 minutes only to leave in disgust because he was tired of waiting. Then the employee wanted to stand in the rain to argue with me because I told him that they used to be better that this.... his response was basically I can go elsewhere. Never will I give them my business again. I highly suggest you do not go here for service

First time there with my 01 Town and Country. Barely had time to sit down before my oil change was done. They ran a full inspection and let me know of everything with my van. Did the check engine light for free. Great service and guys who know what theyre doing. Will bring all my familys cars back here.

Went in for an oil change. Never had anyone else change my oil since I bought my Jeep. One of the employees push my emergency brake,and was trying to move it while the brake was on. Frank claims hes the manager and decided that since I addressed the concern in front of others that he no longer wants my business. My advice is CAUTION yourself,if going to the place. And watch them.

Cant say enough about how hard these guys worked to service my fleet vehicle. They made sure everything was done right and in a quick time. Definitely recommend.

I got a tune up and everything was running great then I started having issues with my battery so I brought it into another Jiffy Lube. When they opened the engine took the battery out they saw a bunch of extra wires hanging. Could have started a fire, caused real damage, or been the cause for my battery shortening out. I have been using Jiffy Lube for ten years and while I do not plan to change that, I was very inconvenienced by this mistake that not only cost me the battery but could have costed a lot more

Friendly, fast and nice! Everyone here was polite and I was in and out quickly. They even fixed a few other repairs for me and for less than my mechanic charges me.

Brought in my car for an oil change on January 2019. That same afternoon my car was out of whack (loud noise under the hood, shaking). Car had never done this. Returned the same day to this location and Mike gave me the run around. Had to pay for unnecessary car repairs due to this location’s incompetence. Filing a formal complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate.

I really love this place I would recommend this place to my friends and family to go here theres this guy that I really liked the most because when I brought my wife and kids there he was polite and helpful I forgot his name I think his name was arty or something like that but thanks again bro keep up the good work

Really nice staff and they hustle to get you in and out. Far better than the Jiffy Lube on North York Street in Elmhurst. Theres a carwash right next door that they give you coupons to use there as part of your oil change.They dont push you too hard on the up-sell of the air filters and what not, either.

Didnt fix a problem that they charged me for last time. Wanted to charge me for fixing it again. Didnt fix it. Didnt charge me. Found another problem that they wanted to correct. No thanks.

Services are ok. They just seem a little over priced. They will give you a discount if they can get away with it. But the last 2 times I went they wrote the wrong mileage on my sticker. Its not that big of a deal but just seems like they are just rushing you out

I always bring my 2001 Honda for any maintenance that needs to be done. They always have refreshments like popcorn and coffee, so waiting for the work to be done is never a hassle.

Service was quick. There is only one lift for three bays, so if you want a tire rotation or brakes, they may need to jostle or wait for the lift to become available.

This is the most unprofessional jiffy lube I have ever been to. They did not know how to reset the oil change light in my Audi after they changed my oil . They did not inform me that they did not know how to reset the light until after they changed the oil. I went to have air put in my tires and that light is also still on. The guys were hanging out like they were at a party instead of working.
