Good service there is a parking lot to park your rig until you get called for your repairs & a lounge area for the drivers on the second floor. Bathroom & coffee while you wait.

Very good and serious truck shop.

Came with broken tire of my champion trailer,another rim was broken a little also,just got on their lunch time but in mean time they did all paperwork and after lunch a guy comes take my truck inside and in 30 min job was done without too much talking,what surprised me was price,for brand new tire and rim fixed they charged me 250 + 25 labor +20 tax so comes to 295 $ !!! That was very competitive price especially in Chicago area !!! Highly recommended !!!

Merx Truck and Trailer repair is one of the best repair shops in Chicago. We have been using their help for quite some time and we are really happy, because of time efficiency, plus honest/good prices for all repairs. Mike from this shop has tons of experience with insurance companies and has helped us with several of accident trucks and saved quite a lot of time comparing to other repair shops. We use their service every week, I went and checked out their service bay area, really nice and clean with high standard quality. Drivers have a waiting area with some free drinks and TV. I really recommend this place if you want some quality work done with time efficiency, especially great for saving time when dealing with insurance adjusters. Thanks

Very good mecanics

Very good service without trying to “over sell” unneeded stuff. Every time that my trucks had issues Mike (the manager) tried to find the best and the cheapest solution to get a job done and to save me some money. I use this shop when ever my trucks are in Chicago area and I’ll keep using it in the future.

This is one of the most professional and well organized truck maintenace shops in the Chicagoland area, I highly recommend it.

Great experience. I wash my trucks here on a regular basis. People are very friendly and they provide excellent service at a very reasonable price, probably about half of what other truck washes charge. Plus you dont wait for hours to get in.

Great truck washout. But entrance is very crowded with trucks awaiting to be loaded next door to Merx truck wash. Kind of narrow entering and leaving Merx. Location needs a better entrance because it was nerve wracking snaking thru parked trucks to enter lot. Reasonable rate to washout trailer made up the difference. But this isnt your typical truck wash since it is primarily a private smallfleet business that is low volume.

Just awesome, from the time you enter to the time you exist - awesome.

Good service,good peoples,bought 8 drive tires, good price, replaced for less than 2 hours.Another time was here with replacing of rear differantional seal,price was reasonable, was ready about 45 minutes.

They do a nice trailer wash. Reasonable fee. A bit hard to maneuver around though.

I’ve been to at least 7 Volvo dealers and 1 Cummins dealer for repair and none match the expertise of Louis and Carlos at Merx truck repair, they fix my problems every time. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

This place DOES NOT wash trucks anymore. Not for the general public anyways. Stopped in for a washout and was turned away. Go to J&M truck wash. Not too far from here.

Here is my 2 cents for a 40$ wash out. Who in the hell charges 40$ for a wash out, must be insane to come back, I hope I can get my 15% OFF after this review, but then again I wont be back.
