Nothing good to say! Checked website, for address and hours. Building has no sign. When you do finally find it, front door has small sign that says drive around back. Back of building is scary..its a loading dock! Are you kidding me!Website says they are open. Around back building you find a hand written sign, closed today at 2:30.Hey Sears THANKS FOR NOTHING! I will now go home and order online from Amazon!

Unfortunately Sears has joined the ranks of those companies which are mis-managed and actually work against the consumer. They are focused in a different direction. Parts are most unavailable and the service technicians seems to delight in telling you that you cannot get service on your warranted product. Shop somewhere else. Dont go to Sears!If you DO get involved with them you will be SORRY!

What a joke. They take my gas lawn trimmer in under warranty because we couldnt get it to run. Three weeks later they call me and say they will not cover it because I tried to adjust the carburetor. OF COURSE I tried to adjust the carburetor! I couldnt get it to run so I tried to adjust the carburetor! Why have adjustments if you shouldnt try and adjust it? I was simply trying to get it to work. I knew they would try and pull this kind of stuff. Terrible service. I try and call them back to speak to a supervisor and nobody picks up.

They were awesome, but they were forced to close their doors.

Its closed. There are Storage PODS there now. Such a shame.

DO NOT GO THERE CALL OR DO ANY BUSY WITH SEARS. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WALK INTO ONE FOR ANYTHING. HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOU GET ANY. STAY AWAY!!! TOO BAD I HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR!!

The parts shop in Melville is the WORST, no wonder the brand is struggling.
