Personal shopper was the best.. TY for help with finding exactly what I needed

While I find many fabulous finds at HomeGoods, certain stores get so picked apart that they cant restock quickly enough. I fear the same with this new location. Seems that going early in the morning when the store doesnt look like a runaway shopping cart ripped through the aisles, is the best option. Rugs, wall art, mirrors, lamps, and small tables are their strengths. Textiles-bedding, larger case pieces, and discontinued kitchen/housewares are their weakness. Overall, you can easily and stylishly furnish a room with just a few trips to the various locales.

Small but full of fun items for the home!

This store discriminates against older workers and uses fraudulent hiring practices. My wife was hired to be a coordinator of a team in the high ticket items. She was hired to manage a team of employees to create displays of the most expensive goods in the store to make them sell quickly. She was hired away from a job she had had for more than 10 years.Upon arrival at the store, the fraud was made clear. Most of the day she was called away from her job to do menial manual labor such as unloading a truck, checking prices, cashier or carrying out heavy items to customers cars. She is over 60!After a day spent doing everyone else’s work, management would criticize her for not getting the displays done. This was quite unfair and discriminatory as she was hired to be a team coordinator but there was no team.Incompetent management intentionally understaffs the store to perpetuate the employment fraud.

This Home Goods is one of the bigger and better ones in the area. They have various items that you would find in other Home Good stores but this store often has rare finds that people immediately get

Can’t go wrong at home goods!!

Don’t shop here - bought a four piece glass set as a gift with only three items in it. No interest in helping me get a new item with four pieces or issuing a refund won’t be going back

Most retailers trust their customers that are fully vaccinated not to wear a mask and ones that arent to wear masks. HomeGoods does not trust their customers everyone wears a mask inside. So sad! Someone should call a corporate and talk to them, very sad! Its May 25, 2021

My husband and I found some beautiful pieces for our newly renovated home. We love shopping at Home Goods.

Nice prices and selection of items.

Lots of seasonal decor in addition to an array of gift items, home decor, good selection of kitchen gadgets and pots and pans etc. Bath section is nice too; have an array of frames, pictures too. Major downside is that items can be scattered all over the store, but I blame that mostly on the patrons.

Always avdun place to look around. And the food department is wonderful for finding unusual things

It was a great experience picking out furniture during Covid because an employee named Joe helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Great customer service!!!!

The store doesnt have as much as before covid but still alot of choices. Its also not as organized as some of the other stores but they were working hard moving things around.

My girlfriend and I were experiencing an issue with a gift card there. The manager that was working (didn’t get his name) was very nasty and short with us. We were trying to purchase things on a gift card from my parents and it was coming up unregistered. I right away was trying to call my mom to resolve the problem but he was treating us as if we stole the card and came in and tried to use it anyway. I considered for a minute putting it on my debit card but am happy I decided to leave without spending my money there. We will not be back to that location of home goods. The original girl at the register was very polite and nice to us. The manager came up with an attitude from the jump and seemed annoyed that she needed a managers help to begin with.

They have a line of sanitized carts inside the store, so nice to see this

This store on 110 seems to have a low stock level and few choices in several departments. Disappointing. . .but they are a stand alone business. Nearest neighbor (restaurant) is closed/ out of business.

My sister bought an entertainment center and Jamilyah, Gina and another gentleman i unfortunately didnt get the name of were an aweesome team and huge help in getting it in the car with us

Easy to see right off of Route 110 servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Credit cards. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.

This was my first visit to this Homegoods location and will certainly not be my last. The manager at this location, Regina, was simply amazing to deal with. Regina made this experience a great one and was extremely courteous, professional and very helpful. You dont get this too often. I can tell she puts alot of care into her work and has trained the team at this location to follow her example.Kudos to Regina for representing the brand exceptionally well and making this shopping experience one worth mentioning.I will certainly be returning to this location.- Michael and Tasha

06may, we went there on their opening day.Its brand new building next to Bertuccis pizza.A very big showroom and all types of home goods available for your need, all the aisles were nicely stocked . and the whole staff is very nice and helpful.They are asking every one, if they need any help. Rates re very reasonable. Bought a very nice clean with a goof reasonable price.Good luck to the home goods management. will shop again.Store is very clean and easily visible from rt 110 and parking is not a issue.

This is the one store I can spend hours in. What a great eclectic selection of merchandise they have. I am a shopper who knows what I want when I go into a store. Dont have what I want...Im gone. Home Goods merchandising strategy is great. Put a hundred (maybe less) different items on a shelf and they have captured your attention. Retail is all about getting the customer in your store. You spend all that money in advertising to get them in, now, you have to keep them interested in staying. Good customer service, selection, prices and not waiting in long lines is what makes them (and me) stay and come back.

The lines are long and there are not enough cashiers. Cute merchandise but I wont be going back.

Paid 1 price for an item come back to purchase 2 more of the same thing in a different color. Tried to charge me more because there were no stickers tried to charge MORE for a SMALLER version of the SAME product from the SAME manufacturer.Keep doing stuff like this and you wont last long. Dont recommend shopping here since the employees arent helpful.

Clean a little un-organized, help far and few, and need more deals ie.... Clearance, open box etc... More of a price drop on clearance items especially if theyve been sitting in the store week to week

This place is a mess. They have rolling carts down every aisle, making it hard to see the items on the shelves or even fit your shopping cart in some of the aisles, and it didnt help that it was a busy Sunday afternoon. I ditched my cart, and drove across the street to Marshalls. I found the exact same item I was going to buy at Home Goods, for the same price, minus the hastle of maneuvering my cart around the mess that was Home Goods. Next time Ill head to Marshalls first and avoid the headache.

Store has a ton of kitchen supplies! Decent selection of foods that Marshalls usually carries, as well.
