We were cared for by the store manager Marc. The entire experience was easy. We felt no pressure, and there was no annoying sales pitch. He got us the best price and we didn’t feel like we were being up sold. He made sure the bed we got was just right for our personal needs. Definitely a great experience. We haven’t received the bed as of yet so this is for the in store experience which was great. Thanks Marc.

The sleep number store at Melville has excellent service. The sales woman was very patient and didnt try to push us to buy. Infact when I was going to for a higher priced model she reminded us that we gave better feedback to the lower priced model and asked us to try that again. We ended up buying that model. Will give another feedback on the bed after using it

Mark was very inviting and polite sales representative. I do not believe I have spend so much time in the store with my husband in the past 20 years. Very great experience. Jenny was a great salesperson! Her 19 years with the company was demonstrated through her knowledge and experience with the products. She asked questions which helped us narrow down the bed for us! She was funny and easy to relate to! Nice experience - Melville, NY

Salesman was very helpful. Unfortunately he was not able to impact the miserable customer service people. When I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor I was told I was speaking to highest level customer service supervisor. This model is unsustainable for a businessBought mattress almost 2 months ago and after they were unable to complete delivery as scheduled I have to wait another month. Paying rent on an apartment hundreds of miles from my home and I have no place to sleepNever buy from that company again!

Store itself is well maintained and the staff are courteous when speaking conversing with.The beds are maintained, no signs of abuse or use, sanitizing products throughout the area.Variety of products on display upon back wall. Majority of store front is windows which provide pleasant natural lighting conditions.

The product is great. I am very happy with it.My only complaint was i didnt want to spend the money for top tier and the sales lady while super nice and overall professional didnt really take into account my budget.I am a salea person so i get it, making the sale is paramount. But she took my info and mispelled my name instead of trying to elimate or identify the reason behund me nkt buying at that moment.Just a helpful hint a sale on a $1500 bed is better than pushing for a $10000 bed i would never buy.Shop online if you are on a budget like i am.Plus the 100 night sleep trial makes it easy to buy and be assured you cant lose.

The worst bed company, customer service stinks they never respond kept me on hold for probably over two hours then disconnected me never call back then dont pick up the phone for another 43 minutes. Toldme I would have bed in a week still waited 3 months for it, then cancelled bed and never charged my account back. Never again, dont sell beds you dont have to deliver!!!! Not worth it, had to buy a different frame just so I can put my room back in order after 3 months, before Christmas...
