Melville store is run extremely well. The staff really take care of their customers.

Nice reliable coffee standby.You can get good espresso or cappuccino almost anywhere in the world where there is a Starbucks. Also a place where you can relax and get reminded of home, even when you are halfway around the world

I truly appreciate and love this Starbucks, the staff really makes it a great place! My drink with all its complications, is always made correctly and the staff take the time to call you by your name when you walk-in.

I had to wait a few hours after checking out of my hotel before an appointment, and thought Starbucks would be a good place to wait. Not so: they allowed you to order inside but you couldnt sit indoors; it was raining slightly, and I had to sit in an outdoor table underneath the three foot overhang for several hours. When I went to use their restroom, there is no paper except in the cabinet above it which held completely wet paper so no help there. Very disappointing experience.

Got a chia latte and a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich which were both fantastic. Great service, very friendly and quick! Great atmosphere to sit and relax. Negatives: it is cold, it being winter I would like to come into somewhere a little warmer to cozy up and enjoy my coffee rather than having to keep my coat on. Parking is limited, so finding a spot might prove challenging.

Whats better then Starbucks?Nothing! Amazing coffee and their food! Kudos to their marketing division for coming up with the Pupochino!!!!! I pulled in to get my coffee and had my 2 dogs with me and I was given a cup for each of my dogs. They went crazy! Now when they see my Starbucks cup, they are looking around for their Pupochino....

Right off of a major road in a mini plaza with a few other stores. The lot is small but for a quick stop, it works. The cold brew with pumpkin cream was perfect! Staff was friendly and pick up time was quick.

Might be tough to find a parking spot during busy hours.

Not a very busy location perhaps due to the lack of drive through. My favorite one to stop at when driving up and down the island. Great staff here!

Worst sbux in the area. 20 minutes for bkfst sandwich order on Sunday. Always slow.Last time I mobile ordered a coffee in the wrong location, generally sbux just gives you the coffee anyway, this location didn’t.

Easy to see right off of Broadhollow Road servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

When I ordered my Carmel buree latte they omitted to tell me that they didnt have whipped cream or the crystals to finish the drink, nevertheless it didnt taste as expected. They should inform customers before they purchase the drinks. This location closed early on 12/12/20,

Ideal study spot and exemplary Starbucks, enough space with a mixture of couches, small and large tables. Did not find any wireless table chargers and there could be more outlets, so come charged just in case.

Food came out quickly but the coffee was flavorless and bland. Didnt taste the way it should and it tasted super watered down. I probably wont go back to this one.

Update - After switching to Iced Matcha Latte as my regular drink, Ive noticed they give you half a cup worth of drink!! Such a rip off!Best baristas. Always get the perfect cappuccino!

Cmon guys, seriously is the 3th time that I stop by..every time there is something... a mess. Today a new young guy was helping me .. I bought a travel mug also and I wanted to use it, at first he didnt know how the sale works, then.. OMG I had to stop him and tell him to wash it before use it, then I asked for tea.. oh boy.. he didnt know how to put the bag into.. sorry but everyone is been knew at some point but if you need to be trained you need someone close to you. Im NOT blaming the boy, but the MANAGER of this location.UNFORTUNATELY this is the closer location .. for sure Im done with this

This branch is extremely busy and seems like I end up waiting much longer than exptected. If you have the app to order ahead, definitely do it here. Otherwise - staff is very friendly and the coffee is what you would expect from any other SB

The worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. Service is Turtle slow They even gave me an Ice coffee today that had NO ICE!!! Seriously, Dont even waste your time.

Im in this store 2 times a day since it opened. This location is close to work. Service is slow and has gotten worse. All the good staff have moved on. This seems to be a training ground for newbies. There is usually a line out the door. even with a short line, it has taken 20 plus minutes for 2 drinks. I have also gotten the wrong drink, even if it was properly marked on the cup, many times. On several occasions Ive been told they have run out of milk, half and half and even white sugar. You are a coffee company right? How do you run out of the basic staples for selling coffee? Parking is unbearable even when there is no one in any of the stores. Employees possibly? This will be my last trip to this store. I will be boycotting all Starbucks for sometime as Ive seen most stores service plummet. Im willing to make my own coffee until this company shapes up.

Staff are great, but this location desperately needs to discourage their customers from parking in the entrances to the lot. This has nearly caused me a number of accidents both on 110 and within the lot as cars dance around to maneuver around these selfish customers. Go to a different location. Its not worth the added risk of an accident.

This place used to be my regular coffee/tea place from 3 years but lately due to a couple of baristas I do not get value for my money. I place an order or iced green tea matcha latte to go in advance to save time and pay $5 every day. But lately i have been receiving tea which is only half to 3/4th of the cup. I am not sure if it is deliberate or the baristas have no interest. There are a couple of baristas who are really good and take their job seriously but there are couple of other baristas who are exact opposite and have no interest in what they do. I am changing my Starbucks visit to a different location tomorrow onwards

This is the Starbucks I visit on my way to work. The store is great and the baristas are fast and friendly. I would only caution that the parking lot gets very full, very fast in the morning and stays that way virtually all day.

This Star Bucks is the worst!! To order a coffee from Starbucks you must use Google translate to decipher their lingo. If you dont understand what they are saying they become very rude, Their attitude sinks. When I didnt understand what a skinny coffee was, Her immediate reaction was to to push me away to another server. I do not need to pay high price for crappy coffee. Im taking my business to Dunkin Donuts. Buying coffee should not be so hard!!

It seems they only care for regulars and not new customers... my order was messed up. No one pays attention. Poor customer service and there were hardly sorry about it.

This Starbucks went down the tubes real quick. the service is terrible here, the severs are not customer friendly at all, and it takes way too long to several a very simple drink like black coffee. so after a year of coming here. this place has officially lost my business.

Always a hopping place with full capacity crowd. A bit loud, but that goes with the large crowds. They always get my coffee just right.

Ive been to most Starbucks locations in Suffolk and this one is in the top two. The baristas are cheerful, helpful and friendly. There is usually a line, but it goes quick. Their brewed coffee is excellent. Not sure why other locations have problems brewing their regular coffee (either too weak, burnt, too acidic), but the one in Melville is excellent. Parking can be a challenge though. Often times customers will have to park on the shoulder of 110. A little dangerous during the morning commute.

Everyone at this store is super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. If you ever have a problem tell them Tony sent you ... LOL ... they always do the right thing by me and they do remember who their loyal customers are.

Great location being so convenient off of 110. Its clean, not really a ton of seating available but enough. Parking at this location is a nightmare FYI.

I rarely ever rate or comment on a business, but just had to. Today was my fourth time in the last 2 months my order has been either wrong or horribly made.Twice they gave my co-worker her double dirty chai latte without and espresso in it. Twice they screwed up the cold foam on a cold brew and today completely made my maple latte wrong. Its not just a regular latte with maple syrup, it has cold foam and some autumn topping stuff.Each time other than today I could have asked them to remake but I was already at work. I order them online so I dont have to spend time waiting for it.Theres just not enough staff during the busy times here and the staff that is handling online orders are not paying attention.

Only starbucks that always makes my drink correct and everyone working there is very friendly

Every time they forget my order or miss something. They forget my soy, forget my syrup, make someone else who is after me their drink before me. Their customer service skills suck. I hate this starbucks.

This starbucks is the slowest one ive ever been to. i placed my mobile order as i was passing WW Mall, still had to wait almost 15 mins for my order on top of the 7 mins it took to get to this starbucks. so a total of 22 mins for a grande drink and a cookie. The store wasnt even that full!! i only go to this one because its down the road from work. then they didnt even have the cookie i wanted and had to take one that wasnt as good bc they cant make refund on mobile orders. i was late coming back from my lunch break as a result
