Horrible customer service. Restroom was disgusting and workers refused to clean it. Don’t buy anything here go to the Bolla on the next block!!!

Good customer service always clean and fresh coffee

So I have been going to this 7-11 since I began working out here in 3/17 and this morning I went in to buy some tobacco and without even looking at my ID she being rude says we dont take out of state ID anymore I was like what do you mean I was in here last week with no problem and she continued to be super nasty Guess there is no way.

Hands down 👇 the worst 7-11 Ive ever been 2. Do urself a favor and pass by this store and take ur money and business elsewhere..

Great store great staff clean and always have what you need

I wish I could give this store a zero. I purchased a few items in the store and then asked for change for $20. The cashier gave me a very nasty look and said no, we dont have change for $20 the old women was very rude and came off as a racist individual as she stared me down as I walked In to the store, after that experiance I returned all my items. Sad to say that this happens in the 21st century.

Every single time I go in that store to buy a pretzel, there are none. They never have any ready.

Racist cashier horrible attitude kept looking at us in the isles we work next door why would i rob my neighborhood?

I visit a lot of 7-Elevens but I visit this one on average 3x per week. Never have I had such a bad experience as the cashier refused to honor posted prices. He grew belligerent with me and controlling over the other worker who Ive seen working there for months and had always been a friendly face. This guy does not belong in customer service and if the store is not going to honor posted prices no one should buy from them. Note every other store, including 7-Elevens, have always honored posted prices in my experience.
