This location is well maintained and run efficiently. Inventory varies depending on which location you go to on Long Island, but this one is well stocked, organized, clean, and not nearly as busy some other stores. The parking lot has plenty of spaces if you go around the back of the store (the walk is a little longer, but far less stressful), and when the checkout line grows longer, employees step up to direct traffic, improving efficiency. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is easy to get to.

Terrific selection of quality items at excellent prices. Store brand items are at times better than name brand items. Of course, you have to buy bulk for many things here. Return policy is excellent and ample parking. Membership isnt much. Also available is their online store which Ive been overly pleased with 3 couch purchases.Where this Costco comes up short is no signage. Aisle are not marked which means you have to hunt for some items which becomes annoying fast. Signage would give it the 5th star.

One of the best run Costco locations I’ve been to. I used to go to Westbury but that location and parking lot is just a mess all the time that it’s more efficient to just drive to this one.Everything you expect from a Costco. Well stocked and maintained. Staff were all very helpful.

I am 9 months pregnant and my husband and I just had the most incredible experience at Costco. We had 3 stocked carts of just about everything Costco has to offer and Jerry not only helped us to our car, but helped us unload the carts in an organized fashion with a smile on his face. He truly saved us on this hot Sunday!! Thank you so much jerry!!!!!

This is a very nice Costcos they carry a lot of stuff here but theres something they dont carry that other Costcos do You can buy Rotisserie chicken here but they dont make baked Barbecue ribs that other costcos do

A very mellow shopping experience with plenty of plenty parking. Checking out is well organized and moves very quickly. I live in Manhattan and use this Costco because it’s very easy to shop and pay.

Great sensible wholesale prices. Product selections are limited. The warehouse is always packed with shoppers especially at Westbury NY compared with other warehouses on Long Island. Return policies are generous. Costco always stand behind the products they sell. Be careful with food you purchase from Costco. It is large package size, waste is a concern if you don’t have a big family to feed.

Great place to buy in bulk. I love their app with the option to store my membership card which allows me to use my phone to check in at the door and scan at checkout. I also love using their self service checkouts for faster checkout especially when Im doing a quick Costco run. My only gripe is that Costco refuses to label their aisles. I know this is on purpose so people will wander through the aisles and find stuff they didnt know they needed, but it still sucks.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. I just wish their hours were a little longer on Saturdays. The one in Westbury is open until 7:00 on Sat.

Westbury Costco always seems to have more of the ethnic goods. This time they had some specialty products for the upcoming Lunar New Year! Taiwanese Pineapple cakes, little egg yolk cakes (they look like small pastries) in tins.They have also implemented one long line to be allocated to the first available cashier. This is much more efficient than having multiple queues.

Need more cashiers at all times. Lines are too long.

The place to go for bulk shopping. Tons of brand name products. Lots of sample tastings during the day. They only take cash, Amex, Visa and debit card. They dont aacept Mastercard. Definitely worth the membership fee if shop for the family and want stuff in bulk. This Costco also has a tire facility to buy tires and have them installed while you wait.

This place has everything we need, my dad LOVES going here. Whenever we send him out to go get paper towels, he will come back with 10,000 other items.

Pretty excellent Costco, only complaint is that it gets pretty busy even during weekdays and that the lines can be pretty hectic/disorganized.

We love that Costco more then other stores b/c that store is clean, neat and big.

The flu b is well run. One complaint is I just took the pumpkin muffins out of the freezer and when it defrosted I began to eat one and instead biting into it and tasting the powdered cinnamon sugar topping, it was flour! Yuck!!! Quality control, or lack thereof, cost a star.

I love Costco! This is a nice location, with many types of produce. Social distancing is practically impossible, and the line outside is long due to the popularity of the stores. Nice indoors, and you must wear mask due to the pandemic.

Its busy an not quite like the others..get there early..also the food court does not carry what they advertise . Selling only hot dogs an pizza..you would think that this a a food supply store but they dont have any condiments ..wow

Always clean. Sometimes disorganized, skids if items that dont make sense down aisles. They could really improve the place by having the app tell you what aisle things are down. Some items have prices that cannot be beat, particularly friend. Meat prices are only a bargain for large quantities. Hours are poor, only open to 8:00 six days a week and only 6:00 on Sunday. Selection is excellent. Great deals on extended warranties for electronics.

The costco is run pretty well, even when its packed it usually runs pretty smoothly. Which is impressive during the state of the world. There r great deals and the store tends to tell you when they are out of stock of products like paper towels for example. I enjoy a bunch of the items they have even some of the furniture and out door items they have. There is not place for like some costcos, but this one does have a body shop. Overall its a pretty good store, they even have some cheap food you can eat.

Alex Molina, one of the managers in the Tires Service Dept was professional cheerful and helpful. Promptly assisted me in getting my installation done and with in an hour of my appointed schedule I was finished. But for customers reading this be sure to obey the STOP signs in this Costco Lot. I observed a ratio of 5 drivers to 1 who just zipped through the stop signs endangering Costco staff and customers alike. SLOW DOWN. Again kudos to staff of the Tire Center here in Melville.

I dont like to leave bad reviews. But the store is doing worse and worse over the past few months. The store is usually dirty, meat department smells badly and customer service is very poor. I am not extending my membership definitely. They did not update their hours, so I went with my 2 y/o in the morning and was turned away because it was seniors hours (again no notice online). What a discrimination!

This store is probably the best Costco. I went there looking for my favorite coconut water and when I couldnt find it I asked an employee. He directed towards a manager who told me unfortunately it seems we sold out. About 10 minutes later I was approached by a different employee who asked me if i was looking for coconut water because we just got a pallet in. Teamwork and communication made a customers night. Thank you so much.

The costco itself was run of the mill...but went for hearing aid tweaking...strongly recommend Leo...he is so professional and at the same time so caring and courteous. I would give a raise if I was costco management...

Went on Sunday, store was overwhelmed by customers. Did not feel safe and did not see social distancing strictly enforced. Signs are posted but no one was truly following.

Purchased my card on line but when I went to receive membership card machine was down so I received a paper to shop for the day only. Customer service rep was nice so I wasnt extremely upset just disappointed.

Shopping is great here, always new things arrive. They even open new checking out your own orders, which helps speed everything. Always someone there to help.

Costco in Melville NY, has instituted a Can return policy of only reimbursing one $12 a day for their returns. An individual can return to them $100 of returns in one day, no limits, But they will only pay you $12 per day. I have heard many excuses at the desk of why this policy was put in place. I was told yesterday it was a NYS law... lol. I have not found the law they state.The management should be ashamed to pushing it members, thats right we pay a fee to shop there, to come back daily, wasting gas and time to collect money that should be given easily back to them.If you look at the volume of NYS can deposits collected by Costco monthly and their reluctance to pay patrons back on returns, they are making a BIG buck and could be fraudulent.Shame on the Management of Costco and their lack of Customer Service.

Rude staff... Asked several staff members for the item that I was looking for, and guess what? Everytime I was pointed in different direction.No one knows anything at this location. Furthermore, I asked a question to a gentleman who clearly seemed to be in some sort of management position, kept talking to his employee and told me ( without making any eye contact with me) keep talking I am listening. I will stick with the location that I always use.

Costco on 110 best for shopping and customer service

I have a grand preference to visit this Costco over the one at Westbury Plaza. The wait lines for the entrance, the customer service desk, the checkout, the food court and even the bathrooms are almost always shorter and at times non. The exterior and interior is more clean and quiet, literally no one uses the bottle recycling machines here and the neighborhood just seems more higher end. A very pleasant Costco to visit and worth the longer drive given that its at a very gracious location.

It was easy and convenient to recycle water bottles. COSTCO Staff Jordan was quick to fix the machine and clean it.

Great Costco. Always easy to get in during covid, lines move quickly.

The self service kiosks were very convenient during the pandemic why did Costco remove them from the Farmingdale location? It was a breeze to use and made the visit even quicker, which as a guy. Was a Godsend. Costco, if you want to spend more money at the store, please put the self service kiosks back, please! Every Costco store is clean and the employees are friendly end very helpful.
