Horrible company. Lied to me multiple times about when Id get my order. Terrible and snarky customer service people with poor communication. They dont tell you when you place your order that they will charge your card right then but not ship for several months and then they act like Ive done something wrong when I question where my order is. They claim its because of perishables - but theres nothing noting that on those items AND still doesnt explain why I didnt get one of the 2 orders I placed that had absolutely no food or candy in it. I suspect they are cash poor and use your money to buy their inventory - the old borrow from Peter to pay Paul. I would NEVER order from them and Schools shouldnt use them because they are not reputable at all so Ill never support a fundraiser that uses them again!

Great place for all sorts of wrapping paper/gift bags etc, some candy and miscellaneous stocking stuffer type stuff, travel supplies, pet accessories, and its all pretty cheap. Like a glass chess set for $5 or $1 for decks of playing cards that have been used for just a few hands of poker (TIL professional poker players change out decks after 2 or 3 hands even when theyre just practicing).

This company is a disaster. My child used Miss Chocolate for a youth group charity fundraiser and the results were very disappointing. We ended up with half our order and I had to pay twice for nothing. The worst part is I have no idea if the charity got any of that money.My coworkers paid for their orders on-line and their credit cards were charged but Miss Chocolate told us they couldn’t find their orders. I had to pay a second time in order for my daughter to get credit, my coworkers to get what they ordered, and the charity to get their money. However, only one of the items ordered by my coworkers arrived for delivery and no one can explain why items that were paid for twice never arrived. Here’s the kicker, now I have to refund my coworkers for their orders which means I am out twice the items’ value for nothing. Since Miss Chocolate has no record for the lost orders, I believe the charity did not get any of that money. I would encourage anyone exploring this company for its charity fundraising program to go elsewhere.

This is a look for a bargain type of place. The wrapping paper, for example, is a fabulous buy. Some of the gift items are also a good value. Some of the smaller gift items are good for party favors, if that. You have to be careful buying stuff in here. Some would call it a glorified junk shop, some would csll it a gold mine. Depends on what your needs are and what you can afford. We have gotten some wonderful small toys and gifts in here, Go, have fun and buy lots of wrapping paper at prices you wont find anywhere else.

Discounted stuff from kids fundraisers that didnt sell....great for stocking stuffers, christmas wrap prices are great, all occasion wrap, gift bags, small gifts, teacher gifts.

Great outlet store, wrapping paper is nice and cheap, they have great stocking stuffers for the kids.

I chaired a Pta fundraiser with Miss Chocolate for my school Passover fundraiser. At first it seemed like a very easy fundraiser to run, we did our part, sold the chocolate, paid for our order on full, had both internet orders and orders paid by credit card. Everything was good up until this point.Miss chocolate took our check and did not send us a confirmation of our order, and a total for what we collected. On several occasions I reached out to their office spoke with Maryanne. Maryanne at first was helpful and would tell me that she would get me the information...but it never happened.Our order got delivered the 2nd week of April and again no check for our school. I called Miss Chocolate and spoke with Maryanne who told me she would get back to me. 3x I was sent invoices stating that we owed them money....I requested to speak to the owner last Wensday and I was told he was on vacation and their bookkeeper was out sick....again this is their business they run fundraiser and write checks back to the organizations...Spoke with the owner who yelled at me, because I wanted the money we raised. Yes seriously he yelled at me because from March 18th until April 30th his company could not enter into quickbooks our payment and write a check for the amount due back to our school.Finally Today May 1st our check is ready to pick up. Lol it is wrong. Miss chocolate shorted our group $30 because on their website they had a link for donations and they only wanted to give us 40% of the $100 donation we got...yes they wanted to keep $60. In the end they only gave us 70% of the donation.....how foul is that..Perhaps they are seriously hurting for money. But when your business model is scamming charities I guess eventually you get hit by karma. Perhaps we should know better when $7 worth of candy is marked up $11. Not a 40% markup 157% mark up. All of their products bared the same ridiculous mark ups $7 candy for $12 again 70% mark up.Miss chocolate is a huge scam and there are other ways to raise funds for your groups..

I thought Miss Chocolates was a retail warehouse for chocolate/baking supplies. Umm No! Its a place to buy gift wrapping supplies and small toys for a childs birthday goodie bag. Little knick knacks to waste your money on. We saw only 3 boxes of chocolate. Very nice guy in the office said they are a place to come when its Christmas. He said they will have tons of chocolate baskets. I dont think I will be coming back.

I just got the milk chocolate Lollycones not the best chocolate . The texture is not smooth and with too much sugar. Not goodquality.

The products are typical fund raising items for a school .There is a nice selection as well. However, this company cant be to environmental friendly as they used styro-foam peanuts for packing material. That was my upset!
