Mr. Charles Has TERRIBLE Customer Service. Don’t Get Me Wrong, He Was Cool... IN THE BEGINNING!! Towards The End Of The Sale, He Missed Out On His Money Trying To Talk Like He Knew Me. All I Wanted Was A Bed For My Daughter, Once We Got To The References Thats When Everything Went LEFT... He Was Talking Like I Was Trying To Steal The Bed Or Something... “You Trying To Run Off On The Plug” Like Dude Are You Serious? Cash Was About To Get Handed To Him & I Signed My Paperwork... Just Because I’m Young Doesn’t Mean You’re About To Stereotype Me, I Wouldn’t Recommend If He’s The Salesman For Young Adults

Ordered a bedroom set waited 2 weeks for delivery just for them to drop dresser and break it ok so I’m like dang I also waited 2 more weeks for a replacement which when the day came they didn’t show so now I’m waiting on a dresser that has been a month now very very disappointing and they also hung up in my face 😔 when clearly anybody they made a mistake. Gotta wait 2 more weeks for a dressser in all will b a month and 2 weeks

I went to the Winchester location and had the greatest experience ever! Tammy Denise was the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable rep/sales person I’ve ever met. As a follow up, she even sent me a beautiful card later! She went above and beyond to make this one of the best purchases as well as the best furniture experience I’ve ever had! Very Bad Experience the employees at this store are offering our youths jobs at the Lamar location and using their ID and social security numbers to open up accounts in their name sending them the bills and keeping the furniture or selling it under the table. These are young black uneducated, unemployed kids whi are looking for employment but getting taken advantage of. They are paying them a couple of dollars and charging up 2 to 5 thousand dollars of merchandise. The company needs to take care of this problem immediately. Im getting legal help for my son reporting it to all the news stations and any body so that they will clear up my son credit.

By far the WORST experience I have had. Not to say that the my sales lady is bad. But the company as a whole has really left me very disappointed on how my situation has been handled. I financed for a living room set that included a sofa, loveseat and chaise. But because of backorder, the chaise was not available so I was told that I should get it in a few weeks max. This was in October 2016. Guess what? Its January 2017 and still no chaise. And honestly, what made this horrible was not the fact that Im waiting on this, but the fact I have to call EVERY TIME to find out whats going on with the chaise.

Please dont buy anything from them they use our kind rip off any body

Horrible experience, theyve had to replace my couch THREE TIMES in a month and a half. Poor quality and drivers/delivery men had terrible attitudes. One of them had the audacity to tell me my furniture keeps getting delivered broken because the Mexicans throw it around. HORRIBLE
