Outstanding service and workmanship. I’d highly recommend this location for future body work and auto repair services. Couldn’t tell I had damage prior and the SUV glides smooth like an Olympic curling team’s soft release

I was very happy with the job Service King Collision Mt. Moriah did with my car. I was hit from behind, and my car was quite damaged, mostly underneath. They began the repairs right away (ordering parts, etc.), and that was great. However, the most impressive part about the whole process was how they kept me informed every step of the way throughout the entire repair process. I was notified of the estimate, when the parts were ordered, and as the repairs progressed. I was also kept informed about the estimated completion date, which was extended once. That was not a problem because again, they kept me informed about the completion date as well. I would recommend Service King Collision Mt. Moriah highly for the above reasons, but mostly because of the fine job they did repairing my car. Everything works fine and looks great!

My service rep stayed in constant contact with me and my car was back to me in a 2 days. Great work!

Really great customer service and communication!

This Location if not all, was so unprofessional and the lack of communication was literally no existent. They had my car for over a month and when I picked it up the falsified the papers and said they had my car for 9 days and that I picked it up on December 31st when I indeed called January 2nd asking the satisfy if my vehicle and nobody could even tell me that much. Then 3 days later January 6th they called and said my vehicle was ready. The manager here said my car was ready on the 31st and somebody should’ve called me. But there’s no way my car was ready if I called in on the 2nd and nobody could even give me a update on it. This location is just horrible I could write a book on their lack of customer service and customer needs. The DM should really sit in and observe there workers more often, everyone needs a job but some people just don’t need that job. Terrible terrible terrible experience. I’m baffled about all that I went through truly disgusted.

Service was horrible the repair they did has fallen apart. They do not offer good customer service. I will never ever use them again .

I wouldn’t recommend this location. They asked that I sign some sort of waiver to use non factory parts, probably shouldn’t have done that. Car took over a week to complete and no one called with updates or gave a date to when it would be complete when dropped off for repair. The place that was supposed to be repaired was missing a screw in which they didn’t replace. They just tucked that part of the tire weld underneath and when I asked why it was like this, he responded because the non factory parts don’t always fit as snug. Sooo why would use that part then? Anyways. I don’t reccomend this location because the lack of communication and poor repair of the vehicle. I used the Service King on Airways in the past and received much better and excellent service.

A good place to have your car worked on. The Manager was very nice also.

My car has been here 1 month & 1 day just to replace a quarter pound. I’ve never seen such shady work. They did not call me one time through out the entire process, I had to call them!! Customer service sucks! I work in customer service and I would be fired if I conducted my self the way they’ve done. I’ll never come back nor refer them. This is just Ridiculous!
