I went into this place at the spare of the moment and the owner didnt hesitate to take care of my tint. The service was awesome!! I even went back the next day & he installed my tailgate cover on my truck! I would highly recommend them for good quality service!! The boys and I are super excited!!

I’m very disappointed. I took a 4Runner and a Mercedes S class there and they did great. I took my Lexus back and had the windshield done and it has issues all over it. I went back for them just to see if they could smooth out an issue and the employee (Shelby) said he (Brad) could not even come to the car outside and look at it. She said they had a contract stating where they have 5% right to have trash or whatever in the tint. I don’t remember signing said contract. If that’s the case then I would say 65% of my windshield is problematic. I was going to take my car back to get a clear wrap done. But not now. Not since the customer service sucks

The first experience I had with my tint was A1. Second experience, not so much. Wrapped my rims, but when they turned out to be less than satisfactory they switched up on me a lil bit. Was told that theyd work with me on a solution/alternative and havent heard anything since.

Let me start with: I strongly recommend you stay away from this company. They messed up my chrome delete so bad that now I need to pay someone to remove it and replace it.I have no idea how they thought that this”hack” job was acceptable. Wrap is so bad that some of pro wrap people can’t believe that I got actually charged for it!! I emailed and text Kyle and Debra and so far no responses from anyone.Also,Don’t believe the positive reviews on here, they are all done but their employees and they are fake!!Stay AWAY!!

This place is absolutely horrible I would not refer anyone here. My wife decided she wanted her brand new Range Rover windows tinted now the windows will not let down. She returned back to Tint World to fix the problem and they could not fix the problem and tried to say that my wife wasted coke on her control panel.The windows were working just fine before we took it to Tint World plus my wife has a no food or drink policy in her car. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM TINT WORLD THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU VALUE WHAT YOU WORK FOR STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM TINT WORLD PERIODT......

I have a lifetime warranty and now they are saying that you must keep your receipts in order to use the warranty!!!! I was informed that they are now under new management and they didnt keep the files. If you have a warranty system going on, why wouldnt you keep that!!!! How CRAZY is this?

I went to tint world to get a remote starter on my car.. Upon the first time trying to install the remote the tech best up some wires and i had to get it fix.. They claim the tech did not go under the hood to put on the remote starter. Kept my car for two days and then stated they ordered the wrong part. So the coronvirus came in play so i assumed they closed . I asked for money back and the owner stated we do not give money back... Who does that. SO some time pass and i rented a car assuming that they could do the starter. I get a called 4 days later stated that the tech could not get the starter on and they offer me tint. I do not want tint on my windows. The next option was to give me a store credit . what do 500 could but me in a tint store. So i ask for money back and the owner could only offer me 250.00 because the tech charge me for labor and he called all around and worked on it all day. That is how you get a person money. Claim you can do a job and refuse to give there money back.. Never will I ever come back there or tell any one of you all. poor business

UPDATE!!! My wife had to return for warranty work. Even before then, there was a conversation with the owner who took the time to talk to us about our experience. The warranty work was done quickly and customer service was awesome. After speaking with the owner, I am confident that the experience we had the first time that was less than perfect was certainly not the norm and I am glad we had the chance to find that out. My wife and I were so pleased with the return visit that I felt it imperative to update this post to make sure everyone knows that my initial impression was incorrect. I would recommend this company to any and everyone!I received a quote for tint services that was apparently incorrect. My wife took our SUV in and confirmed what I was told before the work was done. Once it was finished and time to pay, she was rudely told that the quoted (and confirmed) price was never given. While I understand I could have miss understood the quote, what I cant understand is the rude response given especially after the price I was quoted was confirmed. A kind response would have just meant that I was incorrect, and we would pay the correct price. But to get loud and disrespectful makes me hate I ever went to the shop and I encourage everyone to consider other companies.

Went in for window treatment and bumper paint protction. Decided to protect the hood as well. Quoted $650 for hood, actual charge was $680. I didn’t fight it.The vehicle would need to be kept overnight is what I was told to complete the PPE. The product hasn’t adhered around the edges in several spots allowing dirt to get under the film. I also notice where a razor blade was used to cut the film to size on my hood. I know this because I can see a clear slice in the paint where the film has peeled back.I’m now being told the vehicle will need to stay at least two nights for a new coat to be applied. It’s been over a week since addressing this issue and I can’t get a call back. They’ve made their money so all is good on the Tint World side.Numerous calls to Kyle for a refund have not been returnedThe communication is pitiful, they will tell you anything to make a sale. I would take business elsewhere.I would attach pictures but the site won’t let me.

Set up my appointment on the wrong date and tried to say it was my fault. And way to expensive. Tried to charge 280 and tried to TELL ME what percent tint they would do. No youll put on what I want as long as you have that percent tint. But anyway got it done by McIntyre Tint Solutions for 200 with a lifetime warranty. Tint World🤮

Window tint has deep scratches. The tech Bradley says you cant ask him questions about the install cause hes just the tech and he doesnt get paid to know the answers to my questions. Checking out to pay for services my card payment was processed through phone I wasnt made aware of this before doing business. Liz is cool about the only good thing going for this business...FYI

Customer service was exceptional.everyone was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was very clean and neat. Offered a variety of other services other than Tint. I will be going back for a remote start and security system. The pricing was also reasonable compared to many quotes I received on the window tint. You also get a warranty and the quality is great. Whomever answers the phone is very UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady thought she put the phone down but I could hear her and another lady going back and forth discussing a quote. I would think they would have set prices based on the type of vehicle you have but from what I heard, it sounded like oh charge whatever. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my money to a more professional place of business. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time driving there. I would not recommend anyone go here. Maybe once they hire more professional people or get their business in order. Terrible phone service.

I pulled up in front and upon arrival I can see the team through the window with face mask and they checked my temperature once I stepped inside to top it off.I too had my face mask on of course butfor me thats super important because I dont want know diseases when I have someone installing tint in my car.It also shows that they not only care for their customers but also their colleagues.They went over my tint option, and explain to me the different quality of tint available and what tint will block out more UV rays.Of course I chose the higher qualityfor my premium car but it was more reassuring that I was able to feel the difference with there tint to light display.You can really see and feel the difference.However they had plenty hand sanitizer and great atmosphere.For this BRICK AND MOTOR Tint World get Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars.

I brought my vehicle here to have my intoxalock switched to a new vehicle. Upon drop off the car had no issues- outside of the shifter being a little tough. When I came to pick up the vehicle the windows would not roll up, the ac was no longer working, the power steering was out, the power outlets no longer received power, headlights/blinkers not working, and there were 3 lights now on the dash warning of even more problems with the vehicle. My husband went to pick up the vehicle, and was speaking with the owner. Upon his arrival she was a bit snippy with him regarding dog hair being in the back seat of the car, and told him we were contaminating her employees. No where on their website does it mention no animal hair in the vehicle is allowed, nor was it mentioned over the phone when setting the appointment. He asked me to come down as I was four minutes away, and she was not listening to his complaints. Upon arriving and approaching the door I was immediately greeted with curses. I was told to back my A word up simply from opening the front door of the business to come inside and seek help. (They we’re allowing customers inside at this time. I was not entering a building closed for health purposes.) The owner of this company screamed the F-word at me at least 10 times along with other curses, while I never raised my voice or said a single curse to her. I was told to F off several times by the owner over just trying to explain to her how none of these problems were present before they serviced the vehicle and now there are thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. Not once did I even get a chance to finish a full sentence without being interrupted to be screamed and cursed at. I have never meet a more unprofessional business owner in my life. For your own sake I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere- would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I went out of town this past weekend. I got back in town sunday night. Locked my car and went in the house. 5 minutes later my alarm goes off. I turn the alarm off only for it go off again. This lasted for about an hour. I finally just unhooked the battery to keep the alarm from sounding again. Monday and Tuesday I had to do this everywhere I went to keep the alarm from sounding. Finally got a chance to take my car to the dealership this morning because I had to work Monday and Tuesday. Got to the dealership this morning at 8. The alarm goes off twice before they even take it back to be checked out.At 10 am, they come saying that I need a new battery to get more power to the car blah blah blah, the normal trying to sale you something else than what you came for. Also my battery had alot of corrosion. Ok no big deal. New battery and cables are $260 plus tax. The advisor comes back at 11:30 and says Hey weve put the car on the machine and we are not getting a code from it. We cant figure out whats going on. We dont want to have you waiting any longer. We can you get you a rental for $35 a day. And we should have something figured out by tomorrow. I say ok cool. Leave the dealership and about 12:30 pm the dealership calls and ask did I get the rear spoiler put on? Im like yes. So he goes on to tell me that the hole that was drilled into my trunk is leaking water down into the trunk and causing a shortage with the latch. Overall price to fix that problem, along with the new battery issue came out to $430 plus tax.I get off the phone with the dealership and call the place where I got the spoiler put on which is Tint World located at 5112 Old Summer Rd, Memphis, TN 38122. I explain what is going on and ask that do they cover anything like that being that this issue comes from them drilling the hole and not properly doing their job. Also before this incident I noticed that my spoiler was lifting on both ends maybe 2 weeks after getting it installed. Took it by Tint World only to be told that I needed to buy 3M double sided tape to place on the ends when clearly there are holes drilled in my trunk under each side of the spoiler for screws to be screwed in them to attach to my spoiler. The tech also left a screw in my trunk that rattles every time I lift and close my trunk. They go on to tell me that they do not cover anything like this because I didnt purchase the spoiler from them. Im like maam so you mean to tell me you cant be responsible for something that your technician didnt do right and was paid for to do. And also, how could I purchase the spoiler from you all when you dont even offer spoilers for 2018 Nissan Maximas to be purchased? To be just blown off like that was very unprofessional. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience and money that its costing me to fix this problem,which was caused by an employee of theirs. I dont recommend this business to anyone if they cant stand behind their work.

I wasnt going to leave another review, but I just had a ton of work done again and, as always, the work was perfect . Like beyond my wildest expectations. Its rare to get the highest quality work combined with great pricing surrounded by the best customer service in any business, but especially this part of the industry. Ive said it before, and I will say it again, I tried all the other shops in town and theres no comparison on any level. And a major reason why is this is family owned, and they include their employees as family clearly; quality driven, customer care built business. They are all in and fully vested which gives the customer the very best product outcome. The owners, as Ive said, are not your typical, office floundering, uninvolved owners. Deb, who Ive come to love and greatly respect for her integrity, deligence and tireless work ethic, is all about the customers quality of work and total satisfaction; over all else. Her husband is never not physically, and with complete focus to every single detail, customizing, evaluating, and giving all his attention to each customers vehicle and the customers needs. Hes a great guy, and as talented and expert as they come in all aspects of the business. The entire crew is top notch, and that includes the daughters, one who is so gifted I always request she be on my vehicle. Two last points, if you take the time to walk in and meet them, it takes two seconds to realize they care and they wouldnt ever want a customer not totally happy. Second, once you get any work done, just once, you are never going anywhere else. From the highest quality, to the best team, to the most honorable owners ( deb is,always looking to save you every dime she can while n ever sacrificing quality) to the way soon you find yourself just stopping by like you would an old friends house. So yes, Im giving this review the full respect because they deserve it and more, because I want anyone like me to know they and their vehicle are in the very best place, no doubts. Love all these guys, and gals. Thankyou for all yuve done, and for being so good to me.

I brought two cars in for them to do Tint work on.Upon completion, one had tint issues and other work that was supposed to be done was not.I returned it to be fixed, the tint was fixed but again my other work which Deb said would be done, the first time and this time was not. Debs husband tried to explain it could not be done, even though Deb said it absolutely would be done. I was also told they would call when it was done, they never did, so I come to find out it sat there for over four hours for no reason until I finally called to inquire. The second car had two of the windows done poorly and obviously so.I returned it to be fixed, one is good now while the second window is the same. One time is a mistake, this amount of issues speaks to the competency of the employee tinting and the lack of leadership of management and care for the product which they provide. I will have to pay someone else to fix what they have done, as it doesnt seem they are capable.

I had purchased a Pioneer NEX navigation unit, dash kit, rear view camera, and parking brake bypass online. I called local installers to get a price quote and chose Tint World because they were new in Memphis. The appointment was scheduled at 9 am Saturday morning. When I arrived at tint world around 8:47 I got out my vehicle with all my installation parts in hand but the doors was lock but when I looked on the front door the operation hours were Monday thru Saturday 8am — 6pm closed Sundays. I could have taken that as a sign to turn around and go so where else but I decided to get back in my vehicle and wait until the doors were open so, I waited for a couple more minutes until I saw a tint world employee going to the front door to open it up. While waiting for my vehicle to be completed, the customer service was great. Me and fiancee was greeted and offered bottle water or coffee. When my installation was completed I first noticed that the dash kit trim was off a little on the right side and not flush. However, the co-owner explained that most aftermarket dash kits are not going to be perfectly flush. I also notice a black and red wire exposed underneath the vehicle, so I going have to grommet the wires underneath the vehicle from the rear view camera and zip tie them to the frame. After getting my vehicle back I took it around the block before hitting the highway to test out the main features of the pioneer unit like the Bluetooth hands-free calling, audio sound, navigation system, and backup camera. The GPS antenna couldnt pick up a signal anywhere but everything else work. Then when I turned off my vehicle the dashboard lights started flickering and gauges started jumping so, I had to take my vehicle back to tint world to troubleshoot the problem. The dashboard lights flickering and gauges jumping problem was fixed. However, the GPS antenna wouldnt pick up a signal so the installer called other tint world installers about the issue because the pioneer customer service was closed on the weekends. I was advised that it could be a bad GPS antenna or the pioneer system itself but the installer would call me back with a solution to the GPS problem after talking with a pioneer technician. When I got home and started taking the leftover parts out the box that wasnt needed for the installation. I notice I was missing another part that was used to install the rear view camera. Now there is a parking brake system error that shows up every start up.So, I left tint world a voicemail explaining that I was missing a part to was used to install the rear view camera. A tint world employee left a voicemail on my phone saying they found my missing part. Now I have go back to tint world to pick up my missing part.
